高职院校青年教师到企业实践的制度建设研究

提升高职院校青年教师的实践能力,需要青年教师定期到企业进行实践.通过对政府、学校、企业和教师自身存在的问题进行分析和研究,提出了在明确各方权责关系的前提下,建立由政府主导,由学校、企业和青年教师参与的协调制度、运行制度和保障制度,从而确保青年教师到企业实践的顺利展开.

烹饪实践教学是烹饪专业教学的核心。经过多年的教学实践,笔者对五段教学法有了科学的认识和成功的应用。基于此,对讲、演、练、品、评五段教学法进行了全面解析。     

“习行之学”与“六艺之教”——颜元学术思想的时代文化意义与文学表现

清代前期的思想家颜元从批评理学入手,探求儒家经典之原旨,以习行为中心构建了自己的思想体系。颜元强调外在的事功,将经世致用视为成为圣贤的条件,将＂六艺＂视为原始儒家思想的核心。在六艺之中,颜元又特别强调射和御,主张＂文武相济＂。颜元对儒家原始经义的探究在清代影响甚大。颜元所推崇的文武双全的豪杰,在通俗小说中有形象的表现,文人豪杰之事功在这些通俗小说中被发挥到了极致。在吴敬梓的《儒林外史》中,＂礼乐兵农＂被视为挽救世运、世风的最后手段。

石长平的《实践本体论美学思想研究》是关于刘纲纪美学思想研究的最新成果。它不仅揭示了刘纲纪美学思想发展的必然趋势是超越认识论美学而走向实践本体论美学．而且表明了这种发展趋势的前提条件是批判继承中国传统美学的非认识论倾向以及“后现代实践转向”的思想成果。刘纲纪的美学研究路径对于发展中国化马克思主义美学有着重要的现实启示意义。

作为一位被中国禅文化和隐士文化深深吸引的西方读者,美国著名汉学家和翻译家比尔·波特将自己后半生献给了修禅译禅,并通过中国禅诗佛经的翻译逐渐走入中国读者视野之中.与其他译者相比,比尔·波特的最大不同之处在于禅修不仅直接影响了他对生命的理解,这种生活经历和信仰取向也同时影响了其翻译之“道”,并最终实现了最佳的结合模式.     

Parents' Definition of Effective Child Disability Support Services: Implications for Implementing Family-Centered Practice

The current study examined parents' perspectives of services within a community-based childhood disability program in the process of enhancing the family centeredness of its services. Qualitative interviews were conducted with 39 mothers and 22 fathers approximately 18 months after entering the service delivery system. Parents reported that effective service delivery requires service coordinators with interpersonal and practice skills working within an adequately resourced service system that has policies and procedures that are responsive to family needs. Parent feedback was congruent with the principles of family-centered practice and has important implications for the implementation of family-centered services.     

Perceived Family Functioning and Family Resources of Hong Kong Families: Implications for Social Work Practice

This article reports the results of a telephone survey (n = 1,015 respondents) that aims to identify the perceived general family functioning and family resources of Hong Kong Chinese families and their linkage to each other in a rapidly transforming society. The perceived general family functioning of the respondents was average, and the five types of family resources—time, income, human capital, psychological capital, and social capital—of the respondents ranged from average to good. The following family resource domains, in descending order, have accounted for significant variance in perceived general family functioning: income, time spent with family, stress coping efficacy, religion, and satisfaction with the living environment. Our findings provide empirical support for policy formulation and social work practice.     

Family-based approach to the child welfare system: an integration of Bowen family theory concepts

The purpose of this article is to apply Bowen family systems theory to work with families involved in the child welfare system. An overview of family systems theory is provided, and then specific tenets of Bowen family systems theory are presented. The authors highlight incidents within the child welfare setting that can be conceptualized through Bowen family therapy terms and concepts. A case study is used to highlight how this theory could be applied in practice. Furthermore, recommendations for child welfare practice and policy implications are discussed, utilizing the lens of a Bowenian family systems approach.
