The context of program implementation and evaluation: A pilot study of interorganizational differences to improve child welfare reform efforts

This article contributes to the growing literature on evaluation and implementation science by examining the interaction between staff perceptions of organizational strength with perceptions and indicators of program fidelity. As part of a pilot project related to the evaluation of the Family to Family initiative, a survey was distributed to employees within two urban child welfare agencies with a total of 410 respondents across both sites, for a combined response rate of 72.2%. Survey results were analyzed both in terms or respondents' perception of their agency as well as in relation to measures of program performance and workload. Multivariate models show that organizational indicators are the most significant and positive predictors of perceived program implementation. Specifically, staff who positively perceived the availability of information within their agency also believed that the programs were well implemented in their agency. These findings suggest that as the value of program changes are articulated within an organization, the implementation of the initiative is perceived to improve.

Evaluation plan of the 6for6 research skills program for rural and remote physicians

Overwhelming issues and barriers often prevent rural and remote physicians (RRPs) from pursuing the many socially accountable research questions they encounter on a daily basis. Although research training programs can empower RRPs to rise to these challenges, there is a lack of evidence on how they should be developed and refined. At Memorial University, a faculty development program (FDP) called 6for6 has been helping RRPs surmount their research quagmires and engage in scholarship since 2014. After an initial three-year (2014-17) pilot, we prepared a detailed plan to evaluate the 6for6 research FDP for RRPs and inform future years of delivery. Using a modified Delphi method and participatory action model a group of program team members, stakeholders and evaluation experts developed an evaluation plan including a logic model and an evaluation matrix addressing five key themes. To our knowledge, this is the first evaluation plan for a research-focused FDP targeting RRPs. While this plan was developed specifically for the 6for6 FDP, our approach to its development may be useful to any institution interested in evaluating an FDP with limited resources.     

312经络锻炼法对函授学员高血压病的疗效研究

目的 研究312经络锻炼法（简称312）以函授班形式教学,对原发性高血压病近、中期疗效追踪及相关机理。方法 40例函授班学员有高血压病者,进行教、学、练、督导312,自身对照分组。于312前及后第1,3,6,12个月分别观察其症状、体征、血压、用药、疗效等指标的变化,数据综合分析总结;并与以往面授班者作比较。结果 ①血压：40例于312后1,3,6个月与312前比较各均有显著性差异,P〈0.01（图1、表1）。②疗效：症状其他指标,用药指标等相应地有所好转。312后1,3,6个月显效率逐渐递增,各分别为18%,35%,42.5%;总有效率各为95%,97%,100%;无效率各分别为5%,2.5%,0%,呈逐渐递减趋势,（表2）。③本文函授班血压和疗效结果与以往面授班者比较,完全等同。结论 312函授班对高血压病有良好效果。     

最简方案视角下否定祈使句中心语Don’t的句法分析

在最简方案的框架内对否定祈使句中don’t的句法分布及相关特征进行了讨论。认为否定祈使句中的do作为“最后一招”而被插入。T位置上的do和Neg位置上的n＇t在其局部句法操作中组合成了一个复合中心语。否定祈使句的句法主语位于否定节点下面的一个功能短语指示语位置上。     

培养彝族预科生的英语口头交际策略

彝族预科生英语表达困难,问题的症结主要在于语音基础差、语言储备不足。针对这个症结,我们建议从语音练习着手,分阶段实施口语教学,采取控制性口头表达和自主性口头表达相结合的方式,让彝族预科生掌握一定的外语口头交际策略,从而解决彝族预科生由于英语水平有限而无法表达自己思想的困难。     

湖南省退耕还林工程后续政策探讨

湖南省自2000年开展退耕还林试点,2002年全面实施退耕还林工程以来,取得了良好的生态、经济和社会效益。但在退耕还林的过程中也出现了一些问题,如：补偿政策、工程管理、后续产业培育等。文章据此提出了完善湖南省退耕还林工程的后续政策建议。     

大型工程项目进度—费用联合风险分析

从工程项目风险管理的角度出发,阐述了大型工程项目的风险特征。基于Monte carlo仿真方法,建立了大型工程项目进度-费用联合风险估计仿真模型,并对仿真结果进行统计分析,获得了进度-费用联合风险曲面。由此得到各种进度费用组合下的风险概率分布。最后结合算例说明了进度-费用联合风险的定量估计方法。     

Evaluation of Yoga and Meditation Trainings with Adolescent Sex Offenders

This project was a program evaluation of an innovative approach to working with adolescent sex offenders at a human service agency in the Intermountain West. A literature review shows little content on the use of yoga and meditation instruction in general, and no content on the use of such methods with adolescent sex offenders. There is evidence, however, that such techniques can contribute to the improved physical and mental health of adults. Adolescent participants, their parents, and their trainers in the program were interviewed. Results of the interviews are summarized, and recommendations are forwarded.     

美国联邦政府社区“一老一小”代际间互助项目的价值取向与运行机制——美国代理祖父母志愿者项目的经验

美国代理祖父母志愿者项目是借助代际间服务型学习方法,以满足社区需求为导向,利用各类资源实施的一种社区教育和服务活动,旨在改善老年人生活质量,促进老年人和儿童青少年共同发展,构建互利共生社区服务型学习生态。其运行机制包括涵盖招募选拔、志愿者培训、服务实践和绩效评估四个环节及分工明确的协同合作。其项目实践以循证服务模式为依托,项目设计与运行保持了一定的自主性,效果评估体现了综合多维性。美国代理祖父母志愿者项目可以为我国发挥社区作用,推动社区教育发展,促进养老托幼一体化服务建设,构建互利共生的服务型学习生态提供参考借鉴。
