道德原则与道德重构

社会主义市场经济条件下的道德原则应包括三方面内容 :尊重和发展个性的原则 ,公利的原则和和谐的原则。在此基础上 ,建构出具有现代意义的高度发达高度文明的新的经济和价值观念模式 ,正是当代哲学伦理学存在之意义所在     

Organizational contingencies,organizational blogs and public relations practitioner stance toward publics

Public relations practitioners in this study who perceived social media (e.g., blogs) to be a normal part of their organization's day-to-day communication were less likely to choose an accommodating stance toward a key public than practitioners in “low-tech” conditions. Forty-three practitioners with a mean of 14.5 years professional experience participated in a 2 × 2 (contingencies for dialogue × technological orientation of organization) experiment. The data reveal a disconnect between the potential relational benefits of social media and the stance public relations practitioners in this study chose when social media were introduced as a regular part of their working environment.     

Information subsidies and agenda-building during the Israel–Lebanon crisis

This study examined the impact of information subsidies on media coverage during a crisis. Using the July 2006 Israel–Lebanon conflict as a backdrop, this research reviewed access that U.S. military public affairs officers provided the media and analyzed subsequent coverage for the presence of the military's message. Coverage was more neutral to positive than negative. Items containing organizational messages were more positive; those quoting practitioner-facilitated sources introduced organizational messages into coverage and generated more positive coverage. Access to information subsidies had a positive impact on coverage and aided in the successful transfer of attribute salience from practitioners to the media.     

我国公共人力资源管理现存问题探析

公共人力资源管理在我国呈现出较快的发展势头，这与我国的公共管理面临的国际国内环境关系密切，西方相关的公共人力资源管理理论能否为我所用，关键看其是否与我国国情相适应，这也是国内公共人力资源管理的核心之处。而目前我国公共人力资源管理存在着很多的问题，在实践上缺乏完善的人力资本投资市场，公共部门的优胜劣汰机制还没有真正发挥作用，先进的人才理念还没有真正树立，还没有形成完善的科学用人机制。这些问题的存在，促使我们进一步探索公共人力资源管理的规律，有利于我国管理实践的发展。     

Dangerous liaison or perfect match?: Public relations and social marketing

This paper considers a possible match between public relations and social marketing. It positions interchanges between the two as the strongest and most desirable partnership possibility for public relations with any aspect of the overall field of marketing. Working from definitions of social marketing as a profession and academic discipline, it reviews approaches, including textbooks, from the two disciplines in order to compare and contrast their strengths and weaknesses, to examine their perceptions of each other, and to identify the opportunities and challenges that social marketing represents for public relations. The paper also looks at what social marketing might learn from public relations. It concludes that public relations should look at improving the relationship as a matter of urgency in order to augment professional practices; to open up employment opportunities in an expanding market for social marketing expertise; and to improve the social reputation of public relations.     

《大众文艺》《西南文艺》《红岩》演变的文学史思考

20世纪重庆文学史的写作是20世纪中国文学的重要组成部分,《大众文艺》、《西南文艺》和《红岩》值得文学史家关注。它们是当代中国文学的重要阵地。目前重庆文学史写作中,文学史家忽视这几个刊物的关系,遮蔽了一些真实的文学史细节。本文就这一问题谈谈笔者的看法。     

历史语境下行政法特质的解读

公共行政关系的演进使得行政法随之发生嬗变：传统视阈下，谈不上行政法治。到了近代，行政法从限权到控权，从一种消极的、形式上的法治到一种积极的、机动的法治。现代视阈下，行政法与公共行政的关系被不断地调适，突出表现为行政主体多元化、行政合同和行政救济的运用。现代中国的发展同样需要有自己的行政法体系，从行政权、行政行为这两个基本的行政法范畴入手，探讨和谐社会语境下行政法的特质，可利于不断完善行政法体系，使之成为构建社会主义和谐社会的推动力量。     

我国公共定价管制研究——以输配电价管制为例

尽管公共定价不涉及政府对经济的直接调控,但科学管制公共定价同样关系到资源配置效率、收入分配公平以及财政收支规模等重要问题,因此对公共定价管制进行研究,对于推进我国现阶段市场经济体制中的公共企业改革、政府职能转变及经济结构调整有着重要意义。在此背景下,以输配电价管制为例对我国公共定价管制进行研究,尝试为政府管制放松浪潮背景下我国公共定价管制机制改革提出可行的改革思路、路径及政策建议。     

Does familiarity breed contempt?: Analyses of the relationship among company familiarity,company reputation,company citizenship,and company personality on corporate equity

The effects of familiarity have received little attention in the areas of public relations. This study used structural equation modeling (SEM) to predict the influence of familiarity on corporate equity, which is measured by willingness to invest in a corporation or purchase its products or services using several mediating variables such as citizenship, reputation, and personality. The Roper Corporate Reputation Scorecard was used to study these variables using an online panel survey from NOP World of 1500 participants. Results found familiarity does have a positive relationship in each industry regarding citizenship, reputation, and personality. In addition, the latter three variables had a significant positive effect on corporate equity.     

Credibility of PR practitioners: The impact of professional journalism background on trustworthiness,expertness, and homophily evaluations

This study demonstrates that a professional journalism background contributes to the credibility evaluations of public relations practitioners in regards to expertness and the capability to meet journalistic values and expectations. However, having a professional journalism background does not necessarily render public relations practitioners any more trustworthy than not having such credentials.
