Social work values,anti-discriminatory practice and working with older lesbian service users

It has been suggested that social workers are not adequately meeting the needs of lesbians and gay men. This paper explores some of these concerns with reference to social work's theoretical underpinnings and value-base in relation to working with older, non-heterosexual women. The paper considers some of the particular issues that affect the lives and needs of older women whose primary relationships are or have been with other women. It concludes with a discussion of ways in which such issues may be addressed in social work education, training and practice.     

关系保持策略量表在中国人群中的初步试用

为了满足亲密关系的研究和婚姻家庭心理咨询的实际需要,对国外该领域中广泛采用的“关系保持策略量表”（RMSM）进行了翻译和修订,并使用一个包含246名被试的样本对该量表的信效度进行了检验。统计分析表明,修订后的中文版RMSM具有较高的信度和效度,符合心理测量学的基本要求。使用中文版RMSM,以818名已婚人士为研究对象,对中国人的关系保持策略特点进行了调查。结果表明：性别、文化程度、家庭收入、年龄、结婚年限、子女等因素都会影响中国人婚姻关系保持策略。     

Probability matching priors for two-sided tolerance intervals in balanced one-way and two-way nested random effects models

We consider two-sided Bayesian tolerance intervals, with approximate frequentist validity, for a future observation in balanced one-way and two-way nested random effects models. Probability matching conditions, specific to this problem, are derived in either case via a technique that involves inversion of approximate posterior characteristic functions. In addition to yielding probability matching priors for the present problem, these conditions are useful in evaluating certain other priors that have received attention in the literature.     

Data-dependent probability matching priors of the second order

In this paper, we consider the preliminary test approach for the estimation of the regression parameter in a multiple regression model under a multicollinearity situation. The preliminary test two-parameter estimators based on the Wald (W), likelihood ratio, and Lagrangian multiplier tests are given, when it is suspected that the regression parameter may be restricted to a subspace and the regression error is distributed with multivariate Student's t distribution. The bias and mean square error of the proposed estimators are derived and compared. The conditions of superiority of the proposed estimators are obtained. Finally, we conclude that the optimum choice of the level of significance becomes the traditional choice by using the Wald test.     

试论全国人大法工委法律询问答复的效力

根据我国《立法法》第55条的相关规定,全国人大常委会工作机构有对法律询问做出答复的权力。在某些具体案件的审理中,该种答复作为审判的依据被人民法院所适用。法律询问答复不是立法解释,亦非类似司法解释的具体应用解释,不具有作为有权的审判依据的效力。法律询问答复在普遍适用性、强制适用等方面仍存在着较多的争议,其作为规范的效力如何有待讨论。法律询问答复制度的存在反映实践工作的需求,需要对相应规范进一步地明确和改造。     

高校科研管理工作的几点思考

本文从五个方面对高校科研管理工作进行了阐述,提出了一些自己的看法,旨在进一步改进科研管理工作.     

清人传奇三种考述

清人黄图珌《看山阁集》有九首诗与《鸳鸯幻》传奇作者及其内容有关,此前无人注意.从黄图珌诗中可知,《鸳鸯幻》是一部才子佳人戏,约作于乾隆初至乾隆二十二年(1757)之间,作者是松江府(今上海市)诸生戴蓉石.收录于台北文海出版社出版的《清代稿本百种汇刊》(79)中的《灵山会》传奇,未见任何曲目及曲籍记载,其作者幻园居士为清宗室,剧作完成于咸丰五年(1855)七月.《海宁州志稿》卷二九载陈乃赓《黄堂梦》传奇八卷,无其他文献记载.陈乃赓是光绪十八年(1892)进士,曾官刑部主事,长于词曲,卒年34岁.《黄堂梦》当为其于光绪二十二年(1896)回籍后所作.     

商务英语课程设置折射出的两个深层次问题

基于交流需求分析,着眼于跨文化交流能力的培养,理想的商务英语课程设置包含着语言、沟通、文化和商务四个模块的课程体系。在现实中,这样一个理想的商务英语课程体系是否能够得到实施,人们对于商务英语课程设置的认知与现实中的教学实践之间是否存在差异,以河南高校为样本,对商务英语课程的实施情况进行了实证调查。在对调查结果进行分析时,得出了数项结论,同时发现了两个待解的深层次问题:一是如何培养商务英语专业的核心竞争优势?二是什么是商务英语课程体系的共同核心?     

非摄影专业摄影艺术教学有效性之探讨

培养综合性应用人才是现代大学生教育的发展趋势,摄影教育能让学生在掌握摄影技术的同时,引导学生根据自己所学专业的特点和要求．进行有针对性的专业探索和创新,培养学生对视觉感受和艺术形式的创新能力,从而构建非摄影专业教学新体系。     

情绪化进食量表在高校大学生中应用的信效度检验——以黄山学院为例

为考察情绪化进食量表在黄山学院中的适用情况,采用EES对600名黄山学院大学生进行施测,同时施测正负性情绪量表（PANAS）,采用探索性因素分析、验证性因素分析、相关分析、信度检验、方差分析进行研究。结果表明：（1）情绪化进食量表的正式量表包括17项条目;（2）经探索性因素分析发现中文版EES由4个因子构成,共解释63.934%的方差变异;（3）验证性因素分析表明量表的4个因素结构模型拟合良好;（4）情绪化进食量表的信效度良好,信度分析表明总量表的α系数为0.879;（5）女生在积极情绪方面显著高于男生,在抑郁情绪、焦虑情绪、敌对情绪3个因子上差异不显著。总之,EES中文版具有良好的信度和效度,可以作为测量情绪加工的有效工具在黄山学院大学生中使用。
