国际机制与南海问题探析

南海问题涉及本地区错综复杂的利害关系,当事方之间缺乏有效的问题解决机制加上外部势力的介入,使得该地区从20世纪70年代之后一直处于紧张状态并不时发生纠纷甚至冲突。2002年中国与东盟就冻结南海争议地区现状取得共识,南海问题纳入机制化解决之路的条件已初步具备,但南海地区还远远没有平息。现从机制角度对南海问题进行分析研究。     

南社社员孔昭绶与青年毛泽东的成长

近代著名文学团体“南社”的社员孔昭绶曾两度担任湖南第一师范的校长,他的办学理念和治校方略对青年毛泽东的成长有直接的影响。     

台湾南社不是“南社”的支社

曾有文献论及1906年成立的台湾南社是近代著名文学团体“南社”的一个支社。本文提出了“南社”支社必须具备的条件,认为台湾南社与“南社”不存在着隶属关系,仅仅是同一时代两个同名的社团组织。     

Approaches to caring, essential elements for a quality service and cost-effectiveness in South Africa

By 2010 there will be close to two million orphans in South Africa, mainly as a result of HIV/AIDS. This paper assesses different approaches to the care and support of children orphaned by AIDS and other vulnerable children, as well as the cost-effectiveness of each approach. Using a typology of care and essential elements of care, six approaches are evaluated: informal, non-statutory foster care; community-based support; home-based care; unregistered residential care; statutory adoption and fostering; and statutory residential care. A cost-effectiveness analysis assessed actual programs and the costs of providing a minimum standard of care for the six approaches. High costs are associated with formal models of care. Informal approaches may lack the resources to meet children's rights. Resources should be largely allocated to the more cost-effective, informal, community-based structures, but formal models will still be needed for those children who cannot be placed elsewhere.     

日本军事法制变革对南海局势的影响

近年来,日本军事领域内通过制定一系列有关法案,突破了战后的和平宪法,使日本的防卫政策发生了重大转变。在军事“先发制人”理念的指导下,日本先后从法律制度和国家实践方面力图改变其在法制上受制于和平宪法、在国家军事防备和军事行动方面不独立与不自由的地位,为成为军事大国扫清了障碍。日本军事法制变革带来的军事力量扩张对我国南海问题的和平解决有着不容忽视的影响,为南海周边国家在岛屿争端、海域划分、资源开发等一系列问题形成定势增添了相当的变数。     

Developmental Processes in African American Families: An Application of McLoyd’s Theoretical Model

In accordance with McLoyd’s model of African American children’s development, we examined the linkages among family income, maternal psychological distress, marital conflict, parenting, and children’s outcomes in early and middle childhood, using a sample of 591 African American children from the National Longitudinal Survey of Youth. Income during early childhood had a direct effect on behavior problems and reading recognition in middle childhood. Income also had an indirect effect on the child outcomes via maternal psychological distress and parenting. In a comparison of African American and White families, marital conflict predicted children behavior problems only in White families. Findings suggest that family psychological and material resources influence parenting as well as behavioral and cognitive outcomes for African American children.

国粹学派的核心组织国学保存会和南社是近代先后成立的文化文学团体,它们的学术思想和文化情思有很深的联系。后来加入南社的黄节在国学保存会的经济、文化理论等方面起了举足轻重的作用;马叙伦、陆绍明在世纪之交建立“新史学”的思潮中,他们的史学评论代表了国粹学派的史学思想;黄节、陈去病、庞檗子等人的史学写作也代表了国粹学派的史学实绩。由此可见南社与国粹派的亲缘关系。
