论相对的"绝对"--从康德的"本体"谈起

康德坚持“本体”不可知，作为主体的人只能谦虚而现实地去求知以不断扩充“现象界”；“本体”永远是一种“理想”的召唤；“本体”既不是绝对的绝对，也不是绝对的相对，而是相对的绝对；一切真知都是有条件的、相对的；所谓“绝对”的东西，其实都是相对的“绝对”。     

“学术反思”视域下的先秦女性社会地位研究--读《先秦女性社会地位研究》

《先秦女性社会地位研究》一书,从“学术反思”的视域对先秦女性社会地位问题进行了深入的探讨。先秦女性社会地位是历史上形成的,是各种文化要素相互作用的结果。从部落社会到文明社会初期,正是这些文化要素促成了两性社会地位的逐步分化。进入文明成熟期后,男性主导的社会通过各种制度性文化规范巩固了两性社会地位的分化。在这些文化规范制约下,女性已经认同了男性社会所赋予她的性别角色。该项研究具有突出的问题意识,其结论及研究方法对当前性别社会史研究具有一定的启示意义。     

FINITE MIXTURE OF CERTAIN DISTRIBUTIONS

ABSTRACT

A two parameter extended form of standard gamma function is suggested which provide extra flexibility to the density function over positive range. A finite mixture of beta distribution is defined by using the suggested extended form. The shape of density function of extended gamma distribution and also that of finite mixture of beta distribution for various values of the parameters are shown. Inverted distribution of extended gamma and that of finite mixture of beta distribution are given.     

The political position generator—A new instrument for measuring political ties in China

This paper proposes a novel instrument – the political position generator - for measuring individuals’ political ties, or personal, affective connections to state officials and other political actors. It adopts and adapts the more general position generator framework in social capital research to capture three key dimensions of political ties – upper reachability, network diversity, and tie strength. The measure is validated with data from a representative survey of the Chinese population and three scales representing the three political ties dimensions are created. In correlational and multivariate regression analyses, we find initial evidence of the instrument’s criterion-related (discriminant and concurrent) validity.

海岛妇女民间信仰活动的调查与思考

近年来,随着宗教自由政策的落实和文化多元化的发展,我国各地民间信仰的存在环境不断宽松,民间信仰活动也日趋活跃。浙江舟山地区民间信仰活动的发展也十分迅速,妇女已成为民间信仰活动的主体,其信仰活动的影响力已渗透到妇女生活的各个方面,在女性作出决策、进行人际交往和提高自身话语权等方面,都发挥着作用。海岛妇女民间信仰在现阶段的存在和活跃,虽然有一定的必然性和合理性,但作为较低级的一种文化现象,其负面效应也是相当明显的。关注海岛妇女的信仰活动状况,既有助于客观地认识妇女所面临的处境,也有利于相关部门做好对民间信仰的引导管理工作,实现民间信仰与社会主义主流价值观的协谐。     

Outsourcing Decisions and Managerial Incentives*

An agency model is presented in which outsourcing strictly dominates in-house production. We argue that firms outsource in order to improve managerial incentives. Conditions are established under which the firm is strictly better off with outsourcing. The benefit of outsourcing, however, is constrained by the trade-off between the incremental coordination costs of outsourcing and the improved incentive structure. The optimal contract is also shown to be a function of whether or not the firm is publicly held. For a publicly held firm, the contract is constant. For a privately held supplier, the contract is likely to be of a cost-sharing type. These findings offer preliminary incentive explanations for commonly observed outsourcing practices.     

Fostering Risk Taking in Research and Development: The Importance of a Project's Terminal Value

Large firms face a conflict in managing a portfolio of high-risk projects. When an ongoing project is thought to have a low likelihood of success, project team members take risks to improve its chances of success. However, upper-level managers who allocate resources tend to withhold resources from a project with a low likelihood of success in favor of others in the portfolio that look more promising. Because this paucity of resources influences project team members to avoid risk, the total effect of success likelihood on risk taking is conflicted. The influence on risk taking of a project's terminal value—defined as the value that remains in the firm in the event of project failure—is unequivocally positive, because both senior management resource allocation and project team risk-taking propensity are encouraged by terminal value. Thus, firms can override the ambivalent effect of likelihood of success on project decision making by focusing attention on a project's terminal value.     

融入全球价值链对中国制造业国际分工地位的影响

本文基于附加值贸易框架,测度了中国制造业各行业的国际分工地位,并探讨了融入全球价值链分工对中国制造业国际分工地位的影响。结果表明,我国制造业的国际分工地位经历了先下降后上升的“V”型发展轨迹。融入全球价值链的模式不同,导致参与全球价值链分工对我国不同技术层次行业国际分工地位的影响存在差异。中国低技术制造业在融入全球价值链的同时实现了国际分工地位的提升;而对于中高技术行业,参与全球价值链分工的 “锁定”效应十分明显。     

动物真的能够成为法律主体吗?——关于法律主体的前提性说明

动物权利论主张将动物纳入法律主体的范畴,但是要成为法律主体必须满足这一逻辑前提,即作为法律秩序内的成员必须对法律秩序和共同规范怀有内在的认同感和自愿服从的义务感,这一逻辑前提决定了理性能力是成为法律主体的必备条件。而动物不具备人类的理性能力,因此不能也不应当成为法律主体。
