从“黄昏”意象看《边城》的悲剧情怀和隐忧意识

在文本细读的基础上,结合沈从文的创作心理和小说产生的环境,对其代表作品《边城》中的“黄昏”意象进行解读.文章主要由语词、意象、主题三个层面来展开.通过总结“黄昏”意象出现的次数,在对“黄昏”各个意象进行分析之后,提出《边城》表现了人神（主要指傩神）之间隔阂的悲剧,传达沈从文对本民族（苗族）在汉族文化冲击下可能被湮灭的担忧的同时,还表现出沈从文的现代性反思.     

Navigating terrains of violence: how South African male youngsters negotiate social change

Two concepts of separatism, embodied in the doctrines of Black Nationalism and Apartheid, have been advocated by sections of the Black minority in the United States and the White minority in South Africa. Although these ideologies have developed on diametrically opposed political foundations, situations of subordination in contrast to situations of dominance, they contain certain common themes. This paper explores a number of basic problems in the sociology of separatism: (i) what is distinctive about separatism as an ideology? (ii) what causes the emergence of specific separatist ideologies? (iii) what structural factors are common to both ‘dominant’ and ‘subordinate’ separatism? (iv) what are the manifest and latent functions of separatist ideologies? (v) what general sociological hypotheses can be drawn from these two case studies concerning the origin and persistence of separatist ideologies?     

The Mafeje and the UCT saga: unfinished business?

This article focuses on the thorny and vexed relationship between Archie Mafeje, a black South African scholar and the University of Cape Town. Mafeje was appointed on merit in 1968 as Senior Lecturer in Social Anthropology at the University of Cape Town. His appointment was rescinded by the University Council acting under pressure from the apartheid state. With the imminent demise of apartheid, Mafeje re-applied in the early 1990s for a position at the University of Cape Town in the early 1990s. His application was turned down. This piece offers a detailed reading and analysis of what became known as the “Mafeje affair” and raises issues about the meaning of transformation at the University of Cape Town.

近年来,乡镇企业吸纳农村劳动力就业的能力呈下降趋势,究其原因主要有经营机制的变革、制度优势的消失、产业结构的低层次、地域布局的分散性、人力资本的低素质等,因此需要采取有效措施,提高乡镇企业吸纳劳动就业的能力,保障农民充分就业。     

农村小额信贷对接性分析[1]---基于南充市南部县伏虎镇的调查

农村小额信贷具有额度小、涉及面广、周转灵活、方便快捷等特点,是一种符合农村地区特别是广大农户分散经营特点的有效信贷支农方式,在缓解农户贷款难方面起到了重要作用,但是在具体的实施过程中存在小额信贷供需双方有效对接不足的问题。在对南充市南部县伏虎镇农村小额信贷开展情况进行实地调研的基础上,具体分析影响伏虎镇小额信贷供需双方实现对接的制约因素。同时以博弈论为分析方法,探索小额信贷供需双方在怎样的情况下可以实现对接,在此基础上提出只有广大农户积极加强自身信用建设,信用社方面积极构建与农户的信用合作机制,政府方面提供有力的政策支持才能实现小额信贷供需双方的对接,从而保证这一有效的支农方式得以健康发展。     

黄水镇旅游城镇化发展的负效应研究

黄水镇旅游资源丰富多样,是重庆市及其周边地区避暑旅游的主要城镇。旅游业的发展在推进城镇化过程中也产生了一系列的负效应现象,如：城镇化的发展过度依赖旅游业,城镇化建设受自然环境约束,城镇化与生态环境协同发展缺乏合理规划引导,土家文化受到外来文化的冲击,城镇内涵缺失,旅游产品结构单一,呈现出季节性等问题。有效解决这些问题可采用政府主导合理规划,新型工业化与特色农业相结合增强旅游城镇化的抗风险能力,开发淡季和无季节旅游产品,多途径推进特色旅游城镇化的合理发展,以引导黄水镇旅游城镇化健康可持续发展。     

生态批评视域下的《边城》《苔丝》中的风景如画

以中外文学作品中极具代表性的有田园文学称号的《边城》和《苔丝》两部文学作品为例,在传统阅读方式基础上,从"生态批评"的角度来解读两部作品中的田园自然环境,分析风景如画的背后其作品中如何呈现难能可贵的生态意识和体现的生态与人文的密切关系,从而赋予作品以新意,丰富作品的内涵,揭示作品的深层价值。     

唯美·淳朴·忧郁——《雪国》与《边城》之景观描写比较

川端康成与沈从文是活跃在抗战时期日中两国的著名作家。两人的代表作品《雪国》和《边城》都是在战争阴影的笼罩下产生的。然而这两部作品却没有丝毫的战争与政治气息。他们都用大量的景观描写,向读者展示了一个唯美、淳朴、忧郁的世界。将两位著名作家的代表作进行景观描写的平行解读,在比较中可以寻找到他们的契合点,以此来挖掘不同国家与民族的文学共同发展给我们带来的诸多有益的启示。     

N2: reading,writing, walking the South African highway

This piece is drawn from a larger project that asks what it might mean to write a cultural history or “biography” of the longest highway in South Africa, the N2. Influenced by literature on the everyday, on infrastructures and the “infra-ordinary,” my approach pays attention to the highway as a material artefact. Who builds, maintains and manages it; who makes their life along it; what subcultures, lexicons and social behaviours can be read off it? Exploring the possibilities of creative non-fiction within the environmental humanities, the piece here unfolds as an exercise in psychogeography, or a deconstructed travelogue. While much travel writing about modern Cape Town describes a (motorised) journey from airport to city, here I reverse the gaze and proceed on foot from town to the airport along the hard shoulder of the N2. In doing so I try to understand the vexed relations between drivers and pedestrians in a divided city, and to conduct an “anthropology of the near” on the road reserve: perhaps the most visible but least contemplated part of the modern urban landscape.

通过对具有一定代表性的苏北农村地区--陈集镇农村居民实际生活的考察,从社会层面以及心理层面分析了苏北农村居民的人格现状及其特点.苏北农村居民大体上具有思想上相对保守,缺乏开创冒险精神;诚实守信,吃苦耐劳,与人为善;以自我或家庭为中心,自我封闭性较强,但又不完全墨守陈规、逆来顺受,希望通过诚实劳动改变命运等特点.苏北农村居民人格的形成与当地经济、政治、文化发展之间存在内在关联.
