中沙关系回顾与展望

中国和沙特政治制度不同,但两国发展积极友好的关系没有障碍。目前,沙特是中国在西亚和非洲最大的贸易伙伴,两国经贸合作前景广阔。同时,中沙双方均奉行独立自主的外交政策,拥有良好的政治关系,未来在区域组织和联合国等国际舞台上将有更广泛的合作领域。     

Anger Management Taught to Adolescents with an Experiential Object Relations Approach

The authors propose a method of teaching anger management utilizing an objects relations theory conceptualization. The inner structure of the angry adolescent is described, and methods of addressing anger tailored to the individual differences of each adolescent's internal world are presented Role playing is utilized in the anger management group to illustrate the concepts presented. The authors conclude that when the clinical intervention resonates with the internal world of the client, the intervention will be experienced as meaningful.     

以改善人际关系促进大学生心理健康发展

和谐人际关系是大学生心理健康的重要评判标准,心理健康问题突出表现在人际关系方面,亲密人际关系的丧失极易导致身心疾病甚至死亡。应针对大学生人际交往特点培养其交往品质、养成交际技能,引导大学生主动、积极交往,以促进大学生心理健康水平的提高。     

Creating a positive emotional culture: Effect of internal communication and impact on employee supportive behaviors

The study surveyed 506 employees in the United States to test the effect of internal communication (i.e., corporate-level symmetrical and leadership-level responsive communications) on fostering a positive emotional culture characterized by companionate love, joy, pride, and gratitude. In addition, we tested the interplay between corporate internal communication and a positive emotional culture and its influence on supportive employee behaviors, specifically, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and employee advocacy. Results indicated that symmetrical communication and responsive leadership communication cultivated a positive emotional culture in organizations. Such culture also fostered employee OCB and advocacy. Moreover, corporate symmetrical communication directly and positively influenced employee OCB. Finally, this study found that employee OCB positively affected employee advocacy. The theoretical and practical implications of the findings for public relations scholars and practitioners were discussed.     

From “an open field” to established “waves”: Public relations scholarship through the lens of Public Relations Review

Public Relations Review is the oldest academic journal of public relations, celebrating its 45th year in 2020. This research analyzes the journal through a bibliometric census and co-citation analysis of every article in its history. Initial findings were shared with 17 senior scholars, who provided their insights on the history of the journal and its impact on the growth of the discipline. The interviews produced multiple themes regarding the impact of the journal and the evolution of research. Findings from the mixed-methods analysis include that research in the journal has grown exponentially and become more cohesive over time, that Public Relations Review has been a responsive vehicle for scholarly growth, that a wide variety of economic incentives have driven the agendas of the journal (and of researchers), and that fostering healthy disagreement among researchers is among the next steps forward for the discipline.     

A Comparison of Arbitration Procedures for Risk‐Averse Disputants*

We propose an arbitration model framework that generalizes many previous quantitative models of final offer arbitration, conventional arbitration, and some proposed alternatives to them. Our model allows the two disputants to be risk averse and assumes that the issue(s) in dispute can be summarized by a single quantifiable value. We compare the performance of the different arbitration procedures by analyzing the gap between the disputants' equilibrium offers and the width of the contract zone that these offers imply. Our results suggest that final offer arbitration should give results superior to those of conventional arbitration.     

二战期间德日同盟关系初探

德国和日本由于缺乏足够的共同利益,加之两国所发动战争的侵略性质,因此德日的军事同盟在二战中实际上是无效的。在战争中,德日两国仅将这一同盟视为威慑各自敌国的工具而已,双方抱着相互利用的态度而自行其是。德日同盟的无效性对反法西斯战争的胜利有着重要的作用,同时也是一个值得思考的国家间合作失败的案例。     

吉林省高技术产业与经济增长关联性的实证分析

采用灰色关联分析,对1995至2007年间吉林省高技术产业发展和经济增长的关联性进行实证分析,从高技术产业与其他产业横向对比进行关联系数测算,测算结果表明,吉林省高技术产业灰色关联度为1,作为主导力量拉动吉林省经济增长。     

The Territorial Status of the Diaoyu Islands in 1895： A Crucial Issue for the Dispute over These Islands

钓鱼岛等岛屿在1895年1月,即日本正式对它们提出主张时的领土地位,是中日之间关于这些岛屿的争端中最为关键的问题之一。鉴于这些岛屿是无人居住的遥远的小岛,以及在相当长的时间内并无其他国家对它们提出领土主张的事实,中国在1895年之前对这些岛屿行使的实际主权管理活动确立了中国对钓鱼岛等岛屿的原始主权。由此日本无法通过先占取得对这些岛屿的主权。     

转型期农村和谐家庭关系的建构

在从传统向现代社会过渡的转型过程中,农村社会的家庭关系出现了一系列的变化,家庭关系的主轴已经发生了从父子轴向夫妻轴的重大转变,以情感为基础的夫妻之间的亲密关系已成为现代家庭成立的基础。农村家庭关系的另一个重大转变是婆媳之间共同谱写着一首协奏曲,婆婆通过观念的变革与担当二度母亲来获得晚年的赡养资源,而媳妇则为了留守在家里的孩子得到好的照顾而与婆婆建立和谐的关系。
