“镜像”映照下女性的“自我”构建——电影《嘉年华》的女性主义阐释

电影《嘉年华》以女童性侵案为视点,将几位女性的命运融入其中,描绘了当下女性的生存状态,具有浓厚的女性主义意识。本文以《嘉年华》中三位女主人公小米、小文、新新为对象,以拉康的镜像理论切入,具体分析当下男权社会女性被无意识"凝视"的关系,以及女性如何在被"凝视"的关系中构建"自我"。该电影显示了导演的匠心,这为女性主义电影与电影未来发展提供了有益的理论启示。     

A Black and White Model for Teaching Family Therapy: Empowerment by Degree

In this article, I describe and reflect on the rationale, development and teaching of the first university‐based post‐graduate course in family therapy delivered to Aboriginal child, family and health workers. Alongside my Cultural Consultant, Shaun Coade, and with support from key staff at the Bouverie Centre in Melbourne, I developed and delivered the first four iterations of the La Trobe University Graduate Certificate in Family Therapy to Aboriginal students and a relatively small number of non‐Aboriginal students. Since 2008, the course has been successfully completed in six Victorian locations and is currently being delivered at Shepparton and in Cooktown, Queensland. The term, ‘Black and White’ was coined by Shaun and by the Aboriginal family therapy students to describe the delivery of a family therapy curriculum that meets mainstream University requirements while being embedded in Aboriginal culture and Aboriginal wisdom. A largely unanticipated bonus was the realisation that the model of teaching also has important implications for the mainstream teaching of family therapy. After providing a brief summary of enrolment and graduation rates, the article picks up on elements of the teaching and learning that proved to be central to the successful delivery of the course.

Latinos Participating in Multiethnic Coalitions to Prevent Substance Abuse

Abstract

This paper presents a case study of a neighborhood based coalition formed by two major participants, a neighborhood association formed by white and older neighbors and a school based parents association formed by younger Latino neighbors. Differences in their communication and organizational sales emerged after an external agency brought them together to form a substance abuse prevention coalition. This paper explores emerging themes as two different communities attempt to organize around shared community concerns. Challenges and guidelines for developing multiethnic urban coalitions are also provided.

电影《白鹿原》改编自陈忠实被誉为“当代中国文学里程碑”的同名长篇小说。自公映至今，受到人们的广泛关注和热议。作为一部投资过亿的商业片，《白鹿原》首先以其美轮美奂的视觉效果夺人眼球。影片最为人称道的是几处恰到好处的老腔表演，配合剧中的情节发展，将关中的民俗文化向观众做了生动的展示。当然，电影也并不是那么尽善尽美。它的改编就存在某种缺陷，将小说中儒家文化的代表人物朱先生删去，从一定程度上影响了电影的深度。     

论“文明冲突论”的狭隘性

“文明冲突论”通过对西方文明的独特性的强调，对西方力量的限度的考察，从反面凸显了西方文明的普世性。从而也在根本上显示了以美国为首的西方世界对非西方世界的疑惧和敌视。就国内根源而言，它也显示了美国白人对日趋活跃的少数种族的深闭固拒。     

‘Think imperially’: Indian journalists’ goodwill visits to White Australia, 1927 and 1947

ABSTRACT

Academic research on the White Australia Policy has spanned the history of Asian migration and policy-making initiatives in Australia. However, the role of popular transnational media images and stories of the past that inform the socio-cultural understanding of Australia–India cross-cultural relations has been under evaluated. In this paper, using unexplored archival material from popular newspaper reports and columns, I will examine the ‘goodwill visits’ of two Indian journalists, K. K. Lalkaka and Sir R. Srinivasa Sarma, to Australia in 1927 and 1947. By assessing the role of these two journalists, this paper will highlight transnational issues such as migration, ethnicity, race, class and trade between the two countries. Borrowing from Vineet Thakur’s research highlighting the role of first diplomats in the pre-independence era India, this article will contribute to the field of history in Indian diplomatic studies and historiography of Australian–Indian cross-cultural relations.     

朱先生和他的“鏊子说”

《白鹿原》中的朱先生是在生活原型的基础上经过作者的再加工而塑造的艺术人物形象。其原型是科举制度废除前的清朝最末一届举人牛兆濂,但朱先生并不等同于牛兆濂。关于＂鏊子＂说,是小说中的朱先生面对白鹿原上＂农民运动＂被残酷镇压的一个比喻,是对农民运动中的某些过火行为及运动被镇压后地主阶级的残酷报复所发的感慨。作品人物对某个事件的看法和表态,是作品中的人物以他的是非标准和价值判断作出的表述,不是作者的是非标准和意义判断的表述。     

《白蛇传》的文化内涵和白娘子形象的现代阐释

《白蛇传》故事的逐渐丰富特别是白娘子形象的根本性改变，其背后的唯一动因是老百姓的生活理想和生活追求。正是这种愿望让白娘子由害人吃人的“蛇妖”变成了一个许多中国男性心目中的完美女性。白娘子这位强势女性并不符合中国男性社会意识对女性依附角色的定位，她是男权社会中男性有别于主流意识的“弱势心态”的产物。白娘子身上全无当代某些女权主义者常有的骄悍之气，有的则是平等互助，温柔贤淑，体谅包容。白娘子凭借自身的才干和努力及其所发挥的社会作用，获得了与男性平等的地位，这是女性权利与义务的和谐统一，也是当今女性争取男女平等的正确道路。
