缺失与回归:谈农业科教片的亲和力

当前我国的农业科教片整体水平偏低,很多片子城市人不感兴趣,农村人不愿接受。造成这一状况的原因在于农业科教片缺乏亲和力。文章对我国当前农业科教片亲和力的缺失进行了分析,提出农业科教片亲和力缺失的原因在于其生产与消费的脱节,并在科学性、人文性、故事性、艺术性等方面提出了农业科教片亲和力回归的方向。     

外语教学中母语文化缺失现象及其对策研究

针对外语教学中母语文化缺失的现象，笔者对高校英语专业学生进行了问卷调查，以调查现行外语教学中母语文化的教学情况以及学生对母语文化教学的需求和态度，同时也探究了母语文化缺失现象产生的原因，并教材编写、课程设置、课外活动、教师以及学生等角度提出了相应的可行性措施和对策。     

Effects of testosterone treatment on body composition in males with testosterone deficiency syndrome

Abstract

Objective: We evaluated the safety of testosterone treatment and its efficacy on body composition in males with testosterone deficiency syndrome (TDS) over 24 months.

Methods: 50 males aged 50–65 years with TDS (Aging Males Symptoms Scale [AMS]?>?26 and calculated free testosterone [cFT] 250?pmol/l) were administered 50?mg testosterone gel daily for one year. During the second year, patients received 1000?mg of testosterone undecanoate every 2–3 months. Outcome measures were clinical chemistry values and total testosterone; sex hormone-binding globulin and cFT, changes in AMS and International Prostate Symptom Score; and changes in body composition measured by dual-energy-x-ray absorptiometry.

Results: There were no clinically significant changes in clinical chemistry safety parameters. There were significant improvements in both total and cFT and in AMS scores after three months (p?<?0.001). Lean mass increased 2.35% at 12 months and 4.5% at 24 months, but proportionally more muscle mass was gained in arms and legs than in the trunk. Fat mass decreased 4.2% at 12 months and 9.1% at 24 months.

Conclusions: Testosterone treatment in males with TDS leads to body changes affecting lean and fat mass with significant improvement in AMS scores, and has an excellent safety profile.     

论我国野生植物资源法律保护存在的不足与对策

野生植物资源对人类生存和发展具有重大意义。由于我国对野生植物保护力度不够，野生植物生存正面临极大威胁。目前，我国对野生植物的保护和管理主要是依据《野生植物保护条例》。该条例由于效力层级低，立法目的偏重保护野生植物的经济价值而非生态价值，对野生植物资源保护范围规定的过于狭窄，对违法行为的处罚范围和处罚力度较小，致使其在保护野生植物资源方面没有发挥应有的作用。与此同时，森林公安执法队伍力量弱小，其与海关、边防武警在打击走私执法中配合不协调以及执法人员在对外贸易方面执法专业性不强等原因严重阻碍了野生植物保护执法工作的顺利开展。此外，公民环境保护意识薄弱，也人为造成了野生植物资源的破坏。基于此，本文着重从立法、执法和提高公众保护意识三方面提出保护我国野生植物资源的法律对策。     

张岱《石匮书》的史学价值及其缺失

张岱原是出生于钟鸣鼎食之家的纨绔子弟,明亡后在异常艰苦的情况下致力于明史的纂修。他对《明实录》屡遭篡改及各种当代史在编纂过程中的任情褒贬、曲笔讳饰等种种弊端深恶痛绝,决心对明代历史进行全面的整理,订正其中的“诬妄”。其史学代表作《石匮书》、《石匮书后集》具有“事必求真,语必务确”的特点。在体例上仿效《史记》,但有所创新。其中序论集中反映了张岱的历史观及其对人物、事件评价的标准。     

Asymptotic deficiency of score test for inhomogeneous Poisson processes

In this work, based on a realization of an inhomogeneous Poisson process whose intensity function depends on an unknown real parameter, we test a simple null hypothesis against a sequence of close (contiguous) one-sided alternatives. The main object is to obtain the asymptotic deficiency of the score test with respect to the Neyman–Pearson test.     

A stochastic frontier approach to survival analysis

In spite of the best set of covariates and statistical tools for the survival analysis, there are instances when experts do not rule out the existence of many non-observable factors that could influence the survival probability of an individual. The fact that every human body, sick or otherwise, strives to maximize time to death, renders the stochastic frontier analysis (vide 2 Kumbhakar, S. C. and Lovell, C. A.K. 2003. Stochastic Frontier Analysis, Cambridge: Cambridge University Press.  [Google Scholar]) as a meaningful tool to measure the unobservable individual-specific deficiency factor that accounts for the difference between the optimal and observed survival times. In this paper, given the survival data, an attempt is made to measure the deficiency factor for each individual in the data on adopting the stochastic frontier analysis. Such an attempt to quantify the effect of these unobservable factors can provide ample scope for further research in bio-medical studies. The utility of these estimates in the survival analysis is also highlighted using a real-life data.

诚实信用原则是一项重要的民法基本原则,具有调整民事活动各方利益功能。目前,我国的诚实信用原则理论实际上存在着诸多问题。文章试图从诚实信用原则的历史沿革,来分析我国诚实信用原则理论存在的不足,以期尝试提出对我国诚实信用理论的完善建议。
