劳动合同法视域下福建自贸区弹性用工研究

弹性用工是一种灵活的用工方式，是实现人力资源最优配置的有效途径。我国对弹性用工不合理的制度设计，限制了弹性用工效用的发挥，这些制度包括：劳动合同期限制度、劳务派遣制度、特殊工时制度、非全日制用工制度。     

Evidence-based practice in Chinese social work: overcoming language and developmental barriers

This scoping review followed Cochrane guidelines to comprehensively assess the use and understanding of Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) in Chinese social science literature. We conducted a research across three electronic databases and three major social science journals for the studies published between 2004 and 2016. Chinese social work literature demonstrates a precise understanding of EBP defined as a process, but it lacks comprehensive discussions about EBP that extend beyond basic principles and process definitions. We identified language barriers and developmental issues for social work in China that contribute to these incomplete discussions. We examined the importance of broadening and enriching the discussions around EBP, especially for Chinese educators, researchers, and clinicians involved with empirically supported treatments. We also consider the implications of our findings for the development of social work in China.     

Barriers to Managing Coronary Artery Disease Among Older Women

Numerous barriers to managing coronary artery disease (CAD) among older women are reported in the literature; however, few studies adjust for demographic and health status differences. A survey assessing barriers and other factors was distributed to a stratified random sampling of older women with CAD. Factor analysis and multiple logistic regression procedures were used to estimate the impact of these issues on receiving a CAD-related office visit. The most problematic barriers included denial and low health literacy. Efforts to promote patient awareness of heart health and better communication between patients and clinicians may alleviate these barriers.     

Gauging the Acceptability of HIV Vaccines: An Exploratory Study Examining Knowledge,Attitudes, and Beliefs Among Injecting Drug Users in Viet Nam

ABSTRACT

In contrast to other countries in Southeast Asia, the HIV/ AIDS epidemic is in the initial stages in Viet Nam, although the rates have increased notably since 1997. This study examined attitudes towards the use of an HIV vaccine (when one becomes available) as a means for preventing the disease. Since injecting drug users are the great majority of those affected by the HIV/AIDS epidemic in Viet Nam, two focus groups (n = 18) were conducted among this population to identify potential barriers and incentives for HIV vaccination. Most were willing to be vaccinated if an HIV vaccine were available. Although there were some concerns about side effects, financial costs, and stigmatization, the benefits were seen to outweigh the risks. The findings may help governments better understand the potential demand for this type of vaccine and design social marketing campaigns for post-trial HIV vaccine dissemination in order to maximize potential uptake of an HIV vaccine.

生物技术作物发展的路障分析

尽管生物技术作物在近十年获得了快速发展,但这种发展与这一技术本身所蕴涵的优势、发展的潜力和空间还有很大差距。而制约生物技术作物发展的因素主要有国家政策取向、农业生物技术研发能力、相关法规、消费者偏好、农民的收益等,这些因素处理不好,就形成了生物技术作物发展的路径障碍,影响生物技术作物的发展。     

Non-tariff barrier on chicken imports into Russia: Impact on production,trade and prices

We analyze the Russian restriction on chicken imports as an example of a non-tariff barrier (NTB). Cointegration test results support the hypothesis that the NTB limited trade. We calibrate an equilibrium market model to cointegration results to assess the market impact. The tariff equivalent of the Russian chicken NTB is estimated to be 30 − 40% depending on the representation of consumer demand. Removing the NTB decreases domestic production by 4–5% and domestic price by 27%–34%, while imports increase by 326–423 thousand tons annually in 2015–2019.     

后危机时代长三角外贸发展面临的壁垒及其应对研究

后危机时代国际经济环境的新变化将会对我国的贸易发展产生多方面的影响。长三角作为我国经济外向度比较高的地区,其对外贸易在后危机时代将会出现快速发展,同时也将面临大量的贸易壁垒,并且呈现数量性壁垒首当其冲、复合性壁垒越来越多、技术性壁垒趋向严密、传统性壁垒小幅增加的基本态势。长三角两省一市需要予以高度重视,并采取切实有效的措施进行应对,才能保障和促进后危机时代的长三角对外贸易实现又好又快的发展。     

论多边贸易体制下环境标志的贸易限制性影响及其应对

由于自由贸易和环境保护之间的紧密联系,环境标志成为多哈回合WTO环境与贸易委员会的一个重要讨论议题。目前,各国对于是否应在WTO框架下对环境标志加以规范存在着不同的观点。然而,随着国际社会对环境问题的日益关注,环境标志制度在各国日渐普及。无论环境标志制度最终是否被列入WTO规则,都已在事实上成为一种新的绿色贸易壁垒。对此,我国一方面应进一步积极完善本国的环境标志制度,并加强国际合作,减少因环境标志标准不同而引起的贸易摩擦;另一方面,应坚持利用现有的WTO规则遏制环境标志制度的滥用,同时积极参加多哈回合环境与贸易委员会关于环境标志问题的讨论,推动WTO各国通过多边协议规范环境标志制度对贸易的限制性影响。
