和谐社会建设与和谐人格建设具有同质性。和谐人格的发展、生长和转变的逻辑起点从和谐社会建设开始,需要确立和谐社会建设的社会规则、确立和谐社会的社会建设战略、构建和谐社会建设的社会学习机制和创造和谐社会建设尊重人的价值的社会环境。     

The career resilience of senior women managers: A cross-cultural perspective

This article examines how cultural contexts influence the demonstration of resilient behaviors of women senior managers in large organizations. We compare the experiences of Malaysian and Australian women overcoming key challenges and obstacles in their career journeys by engaging in the resilience strategies of network leveraging, learning, and adaptability. Our findings reveal the unique, complex, and contextual nature of career resilience, and show how resilience can be demonstrated, often differently, across culture and context. Our study adds to the existing body of literature in the areas of careers, gender in the workplace, and resilience, by highlighting how senior women sustain and navigate their career paths within the constraints of their socio-cultural contexts. Practical and scholarly implications are discussed.     

An examination of ecological predictors of health literacy in black college students

Objective: Health literacy is a determinant of health, but disparities in health literacy persist. This study examined the influence of ecological factors on college students’ health literacy. Participants: During January 2016 a nonrandom sample of black undergraduate students (n = 298) aged 18–24 were recruited from enrollment lists at two urban universities in the Southeastern United States. Methods: Information on health literacy as well as numerous intrapersonal, social, and cultural-environment factors was obtained using an electronic questionnaire and then statistically modeled. Results: Ecological factors accounted for 28.7% of the variance in health literacy. In particular, reappraisal (B = 0.323, p < .001), suppression (B = ?0.289, p < .001), campus health education (B = 0.192, p < .05), campus tobacco culture (B = ?0.174, p < .05), and perceived norms (B = ?0.153, p < .05) directly predicted health literacy. Conclusions: Although intrapersonal factors influence health literacy, the sociocultural environment of college can also foster or hinder college students’ health literacy.     

Implicit Theories of Marital Relationships: A Grounded Theory of Socialization Influences

A qualitative study was conducted in an Eastern European university, involving 16 participants from functional and dysfunctional families who participated in semistructured interviews about the development of their implicit theories of a happy marital relationship. The students shared their ideas of a happy marriage, their parents’ marriage, including the level of happiness, conflict and other issues, what they thought were major influences on the formation of their ideas of marriage including exploration of the role of fiction media. The following major socialization influences emerged as themes: parental relationship, individual parental characteristics, observation of other relationships, gender role ideology, education, media, and experiences of own relationships.

教师人格魅力是一种无形的教育资源,对学生有隐性的潜移默化的影响,也有显性的教育引领作用,是提高课程教学实效性的重要保障。“原理”课教师的人格魅力是“信”、“识”’、“情”、“技”四个基本因素的综合体现;在“原理”课的教育教学中对学生产生吸引、感染、示范、折服的效果,进而引导学生对马克思主义“亲”、“受”、“信”、“行”,使“原理”课的教学实效性得以提高。     

中西方思维差异与写作风格对比分析

英汉两种语言的写作风格在思维方式、篇章结构、语言特点等方面都存在着很大的差异,本文结合大学英语教学的实践,分析大学生在英语写作中由于受思维负迁移的影响,而普遍存在的汉语作文模式现象。我们认为学生只有熟悉并掌握西方思维模式,在用英语进行写作过程中自觉地进行思维转换,才能写出地道的英语作文来。

第一次世界大战期间,中国政局动荡,战乱连绵,统治阶级和被统治阶级均不能照旧生活下去;民族资本主义的勃兴使中国工人阶级队伍迅速壮大,并且在五四爱国运动中一跃登上了政治舞台;十月革命后,马克思主义在中国的传播使新文化运动发生了质变。故此,第一次世界大战和第一次胜利的社会主义十月革命,不仅改变了世界历史的方向,划分了整个世界历史的时代,也为中国革命转变提供了政治时机,奠定了阶级基础和准备了思想条件。
