关于农村劳动力进城务工的思考

近些年来,随着大量的农村劳动力进城务工,不可避免地对城市就业产生了一定的影响。本文在分析农村劳动力进城务工的原因和现状的基础上,探讨他们对城市就业究竟有何影响,并提出应采取有效措施,充分发挥农村劳动力对城市就业的积极作用,从而不断促进城市社会经济的迅速发展。     

美国老年人口变动特征及其影响分析

海峡两岸投资争议解决机制之构建与完善

海峡两岸双向投资争议既是一个主权国家内两个不同法域间的投资争议,也是WTO与ECFA框架下两个单独关税区之间的投资争议。针对两岸私人投资者之间的投资争议,应侧重构建多元化争端解决机制并完善两岸民商事司法协助机制;针对台资与陆资分别与投资地主管机构之间的投资争端,则应参照ICSID模式统筹考虑由两岸四地共同建立专门仲裁机构加以妥善解决;而两岸主管机构之间发生的因履行世界贸易组织TRIMs与GATS或ECFA及其后续投资保障协议而产生的争端应当在ECFA框架下,与其他经贸争端(如货物贸易、服务贸易、知识产权保护等)综合考虑,通过政治与法律混合模式加以妥善处理。

海外华侨对近代潮汕地区农业与农村的积极影响非常突出,海外华侨对潮汕地区的贡献主要体现在其汇款上:一是赡养性汇款;二是投资性汇款;三是捐赠性汇款。这三类汇款对近代潮汕地区农业与农村社会都有重要的影响。     

A cross-national study on adolescent substance use: Intentions,peer substance use,and parent-adolescent communication

This longitudinal two-wave cross-national study investigated whether intentions, friends' substance use, and parent-adolescent substance-use specific communication predict adolescent alcohol and cannabis use 1 year later, while estimating reversed links. The temporal order between these two substances was also examined. We used multi-group cross-lagged panel modeling on data from 2 ethnically and socioeconomically diverse samples: Sint Maarten (N = 350; M_age = 14.19) and the Netherlands (N = 602; M_age = 13.50). Results showed that in the Netherlands, cannabis use predicts more subsequent problems (alcohol use, intention to use cannabis, and affiliation with cannabis-using friends). But for Sint Maarten, alcohol use predicts more subsequent problems (cannabis use, intention to use alcohol, and affiliation with alcohol-using friends). These opposing results demonstrate that caution is warranted when generalizing results across countries.     

Analyzing Permanent and Transient Influences in Multiple Time Series Models

Several multiple time series models are developed and applied to the analysis and forecasting of the M1 and M2 money supply aggregates. These models feature a decomposition of the time series into permanent and transient influences or components. This decomposition appears to enhance forecasting accuracy and is associated with a variance-covariance allocation parameter that is also estimated from the data. Conditional maximum likelihood estimates for model parameters are presented as well as a numerical algorithm that is an adaptation of Marquardt's algorithm.     

论刘知几的“实录”诗学观——兼论白居易讽谕诗创作理论与其契合处

刘知几的"实录"诗学观主要包括三方面的内容:一是对诗歌内容要求的最高标准即"不虚美、不隐恶"。二是诗歌运用拟人、用典、比兴等手法时要符合事实,文字简要而不可浮夸。三是诗歌追求实录的目的是"惩恶劝善、观风察俗"。刘知几的"实录"诗学观具体表现在对鲍照及乐府诗的推崇、对庾信及徐庾体的评判等方面。而白居易的讽谕诗创作理论与刘知几的"实录"诗学观有契合之处。
