幼儿社会性发展研究述评

作为构成幼儿个体发展的三大主题之一的社会性发展,是幼儿身心和谐发展的重要方面。从幼儿社会性发展的内涵与价值、发展水平、影响因素及培养策略等方面进行梳理,其中幼儿社会性发展的影响因素及培养策略研究主要集中于家庭、幼儿园和同伴三个方面。发现已有研究尚存在不足,有待于进一步深化和拓展。     

新型职业农民:成长轨迹、影响因素及培育策略——基于19个省市39位新型职业农民生命历程的分析

通过对全国19个省市39位优秀新型职业农民的生命历程进行分析,发现其成长轨迹呈现出折勾型、倒梯型、V字型、阶梯型以及N字型五种类型,并且不同来源、不同世代的新型职业农民成长轨迹具有一定的差异性。究其原因,新型职业农民终身发展的动力支撑显得不足;新型职业农民的个体主观能动性得到了充分的发挥;政府扶持与引领作用有待继续加强;新型职业农民培育时机并未得到恰当的把握;影响新型职业农民成长的相关利益主体分布比较广泛。针对以上情况,提出新型职业农民的培育策略:强化政府主导力量,增强新型职业农民职业吸引力;吸收年轻优秀群体,壮大新型职业农民的新生力量;重视人地实际需求,把握新型职业农民培育的时机。     

Strengths-Based Approach and Coping Strategies used by Parents Whose Young Children Exhibit Violent Behaviour: Collaboration Between Schools and Parents

This research study explores the strategies adopted by 60 parents of children between 3 and 9 years of age considered to have engaged in violent behaviour, within the meaning of the Safe Schools Act (Ontario Ministry of Education, Canada, 2000). This legal framework requires parents to be involved in the decisions concerning their children. Parents’ perceptions of their involvement lead them to develop coping strategies enabling them to play a more active role in such decision making. This article analyzes their perceptions according to a strengths-based approach and seeks to provide a mediation perspective to social work practice with families.

论高校教师的职业倦怠

不同个体、不同类型的职业倦怠其产生原因各不相同,归结起来,高校教师产生职业倦怠的主要原因有四个:学术权利和行政权利的不均衡;高校教师职称评聘、业绩考核制度存在弊端;高校教师录用和选聘过程缺乏有力的人才测评以及社会对高校教师报赏的失衡。因此,缓解和克服高校教师的职业倦怠也要从这几个方面考虑。     

论全球治理中和谐世界的构建

中国提出的“和谐世界”的构想,不仅是中国国内政策的延续,也符合世界发展潮流,与当今世界流行的“全球治理”观念不谋而合。在全球治理中可以实现和谐世界的构建,因为全球治理从全球观念和价值层面上反映了对和谐世界的追求;在全球治理所倡导的共存、共治、共荣中能够实现国际行为体之间的关系和谐;全球治理在解决全球性问题的目标中可以实现人与自然的和谐。中国就是要努力推动“和谐世界”的构想在全球治理的进程中变成现实,使中国真正成为“负责任的大国”。     

产品设计与文化策略

随着社会经济的发展,人们对现代产品已不再满足产品功能带来的物质享受,而是更多地追求产品的文化内涵和艺术价值。因此,现代产品设计应加强文化策略,赋予产品以文化品格,从而体现产品设计的独特文化风格和精神魅力,使现代产品设计在国际市场竞争中立于不败之地。     

英语写作策略分类探讨

英语写作策略分类研究是一个基础研究课题,对英语写作研究及写作教学实践具有实际价值和现实意义。本文分析了目前研究中的英语写作策略分类存在的问题,并回顾了英语写作及策略的相关理论,提出了英语写作及写作策略的学习和产出性质,最后文章提出了一个便于取舍同时也便于实证研究展开与操作的英语写作策略分类框架。     

Monitoring S3: Key dimensions and implications

Our work analyses the implications of a smart specialisation strategy (S3) monitoring model based on a system that considers three main axes linked to the logic of the strategies: output/results, smart specialisation process, and a learning component, on which we build our main approach. This strategic learning is based on the logic that S3 presents a new paradigm within the innovation policy scope that requires the inclusion of monitoring schemes that integrate the assessment of the dynamic process under which both public administration and other innovation stakeholders learn and improve their activities (within and without the strategy) thanks to the learning gathered throughout S3 (and its instruments and projects) implementation. The article also discusses this logic within the current and the next programming period for S3, and the role monitoring has or will have, while analysing the opportunities and challenges it presents.     

Functional and emotional traits of corporate social media message strategies: Behavioral insights from S&P 500 Facebook data

Drawing from literature regarding public engagement, the Elaboration Likelihood Model (ELM), computer-mediated communication research, and emotion psychology, this study examines the effects of companies’ social media communication strategies on public engagement behaviors as indexed by post likes, shares, and comments. Specifically, it investigates how corporate Facebook posts’ functional traits (functional interactivity and vividness) and emotional traits (emotion presence, valence, and strength) impact public engagement online. Through data mining and computer-assisted sentiment analysis of 33,379 posts from 106 Standard & Poor 500 companies’ Facebook accounts, this study finds a negative effect of functional interactivity but a positive effect of vividness on engagement. It also shows that emotional traits overall yield stronger public engagement outcomes. Two-way interactions between emotional and functional features are also detected. Theoretical and practical implications are discussed.     

Online crisis communication in a post-truth Chinese society: Evidence from interdisciplinary literature

Through a thematic content analysis of 118 journal articles from interdisciplinary fields, this study reviews the research trends of online crisis communication literature in a Chinese post-truth society, where objective facts play a diminishing role, and Chinese people are losing their trust, despite the best efforts of organizations to deal with fake news in crises. Results of this study disclose some unique crisis communication strategies (e.g., strategic distraction, rumor-rebuttal, fabrication, acting cute, and content censorship) in crises of China. Influential contextual factors such as the political system, cultural values, and media features are identified as well. Theoretical and practical implications of this study are discussed, and a greater picture of online crisis communication in contexts is posited for future research.
