毛泽东诗词中有不少关于山花雪月的描写,借助大自然的丰富景观,巧妙地表达自己的思想感情,以独特的自然观审视社会和历史,体现了诗人的英雄情怀,以及对自然美的独特认识,其艺术感染力震撼人心。     

Thinking through Domestic Pluralities

Abstract

This article reflects on the meanings of home and domestic space among a group of women, who over the past five decades or so have sought to create alternative public and intimate living spaces. The protagonists who enact the ethnographic narrative are a small group of older lesbians, mainly feminist activists, residing in the metropolis of London. In this article, their life experiences are recounted through memories of domestic space, mainly that of the kitchen. I explore the way the domestic kitchen is experienced, spoken about, and imagined by this specific group of women. In this ethnography, the kitchen emerges as a contested, transformative, and political domestic space. Throughout, I illustrate how this seemingly private space is in fact entangled with larger notions of culture, society, kinship, and politics; and, like the everyday, is fraught with norms, codes and pluralities, and also with emotions, deviations, contestation, and transgression.     

工作不安全感对用户抵制信息系统实施的影响

用户抵制是信息系统领域的一个热点话题。采用问卷调查方法收集12家企业266份信息系统终端用户及其直接主管配对样本,运用SPSS 19.0和AMOS 17.0等软件以及多元层级回归等方法,以压力-情绪理论和情感事件理论为基础,探讨工作不安全感对用户抵制信息系统实施的影响,重点分析积极情绪和消极情绪的中介作用以及不确定性规避的调节作用。研究结果表明,工作不安全感对用户抵制有显著正向影响,积极情绪和消极情绪在工作不安全感与用户抵制之间起完全中介作用,不确定性规避负向调节工作不安全感与积极情绪之间的关系,用户不确定性规避越高,工作不安全感与积极情绪的负向关联越强;不确定性规避正向调节工作不安全感与用户抵制的关系,用户不确定性规避越高,工作不安全感与用户抵制的正向关联越强;不确定性规避正向调节工作不安全感通过积极情绪对用户抵制的间接效应。研究结果为用户抵制研究提供了新的视角,对管理实践具有一定的指导意义。     

What's Social About Social Emotions?

This paper presents a new approach to the demarcation of social emotions, based on their dependence on social appraisals that are designed to assess events bearing on social concerns. Previous theoretical attempts to characterize social emotions are compared, and their inconsistencies highlighted. Evidence for the present formulation is derived from theory and research into links between appraisals and emotions. Emotions identified as social using our criteria are also shown to bring more consistent consequences for social behavior than nonsocial emotions. We conclude by considering ways of validating and refining our classification.     

论悲剧的挫折教育意义

挫折教育因为在具体实施过程中缺少有效的训练模式,使得个体对现行的挫折教育多有抵触,悲剧审美通过纠正个体认知、疏泄负性情绪、锻炼意志品质三方面的影响,最终使个体的挫折承受力有所提高,又因其特有的审美化作用,使挫折教育成为美的甚至是愉悦的教育形式,而成为挫折教育有效的训练模式。     

群体事件中的群体挫折感研究

群体挫折感不同于个体挫折感,它在群体事件中的反应表现为模仿、从众和阶层认同、情绪化感染、攻击行为。通过对群体挫折感产生原因的分析,启示我们要管理与疏导群体性挫折感,可采取以下措施:改善宏观社会环境,丰富社会诉求渠道;分解挫折来源,引导个体和群体合理认知;适度进行情绪宣泄。     

Advancing wellbeing research: would Americans be happier if they lived like Australians?

International comparisons of emotional wellbeing rarely account for the situational and social context of the experience of emotions (such as happiness or pleasantness) associated with everyday activities. A small number of studies have revealed the emotional context of the daily time‐schedules of Americans. Knowing the emotions people associate with patterns of experience opens up the possibility of modelling how national emotional wellbeing might change, should policy persuade people to alter their routines. We compare time‐use patterns in two countries with relatively similar cultural and institutional contexts, Australia and the United States, to see how people in the United States might feel if they altered their routines to live more like Australians. We find that such a change could yield a reduction in unpleasant time in certain categories, such as paid work, but at the cost of losing more pleasant time in other activities, including socialising. We also find that men and women are likely to have different responses to policies that alter general behaviour. This paper highlights the need for future research to explore the emotional diversity, emotion work, and gender gaps in the emotional wellbeing of nations.     

Boundaried Caring and Gendered Emotion Management in Hospice Work

Caring work, which is premised on caring for and caring about recipients, involves a great deal of emotion management. Feeling rules shape expectations about emotion management and are informally shared through workers’ narratives about quality work. Using qualitative data from hospice workers in the southwestern US, I find that narratives of quality within hospice include emotion‐management skills such as listening, truly caring, keeping calm and maintaining boundaries. Through an analysis of how workers discuss and map skills onto individual women and men co‐workers, this article highlights two gendered patterns. First, even when women and men are thought to share high‐quality skills, the ways these skills are described reinforce naturalistic understandings of gender. Second, men are seen to hold a broad range of emotion‐management skills, but women are not described as holding the most important emotion‐management skill: keeping boundaries. Understanding this differential application of emotion‐management skills helps us to understand how gender and gender inequality are reproduced within caring work.     

The Post office feud: sensing urban disturbance in late eighteenth-century Copenhagen

Abstract

The so-called Post Office Feud was one of a series of popular protests and riots which took place in Copenhagen during the last decades of the eighteenth century. Compared to other similar events in the period, only a few, indirect hints to any explicit political discontent come through in contemporary representations of the disturbance, or in the subsequent investigations carried out by the authorities. On the contrary, it was the textualisation of sensory and emotional experiences that dominated the testimonials and written statements ensuing from the Post Office Feud. This article examines how the police, students, and other Copenhageners attached meaning to the disturbance by explaining the escalating violence in urban public space with reference to various sensory experiences.
