翻译过程的认知心理描述——Bell翻译过程的信息加工模式评介

翻译作为人类最复杂的认知活动之一,一直没有得到人们应有的重视,现有的多数研究总以翻译的结果--译作为对象,对翻译过程的研究相对不足.Bell的翻译过程模式以系统功能语言学为基本理论框架,从语言理解的角度,对翻译的心理过程进行了描述,虽然有种种缺陷,但基本上反映了翻译的本质,是具有科学性和一定操作性的一个模式.翻译研究应该重视对翻译过程的研究.     

论我国独立量刑程序的建构

量刑程序有英美法系的独立量刑程序和大陆法系的混合量刑程序之分。20世纪中叶以来,大陆法系国家开始出现向独立量刑程序转变的趋势。独立量刑程序阻隔了纯粹的量刑证据对法官心证的不当影响,符合"先罪后刑"的诉讼逻辑,有助于正确评估被告人的人身危险性,给予了控辩双方和被害人更多的参与量刑的权利和机会,因而更有利于量刑实体公正和程序公正的实现。随着我国对量刑公正的日益重视以及证据规则的逐步完善,有必要确立这一程序。我国刑事司法实践中的普通程序简易审、缓刑听证等实际上已经开始了创设该程序的初步尝试。与定罪程序相比,独立量刑程序应具有程序简化、证据规则宽松、证明标准较低、法官积极主动等特点。     

中国省级人大门户网站建设状况及其决定因素研究

人民代表大会网站是人民代表大会与公众沟通交流的重要平台,是发挥人民代表大会功能的重要载体。近年来关于人大网站评估的研究逐渐增多,主要从网站信息输入或输出过程来评估人大网站,但聚焦在人大、网站、用户之间的信息传输通道的人大网站质量评估研究比较罕见。人大网站的信息传播流程表现在人大将自身功能产生的信息输入至网站,网站又将人大功能信息以网站功能方式输出至用户。以人大网站为研究对象,依据上述信息传播流程,采用层次分析法,构建中国人大门户网站的质量评估指标体系。指标体系显示,一级指标中,信息公开是网站最重要的功能,网站也应重视互动参与和在线服务功能。二三级指标的重要程度与指标对民主的重要程度有关,这契合人民代表大会作为代表机关的本质。

     

大型科研项目的风险管理流程与风险决策

针对大型科研项目风险管理的特点,设计了其风险管理流程;根据风险决策原理,结合实例探讨了灰局势决策法在大型科研项目中的应用,所获得的决策结果是进行风险处理的基础和重要依据,对风险管理实践有一定的指导意义。     

愿景领导创新和再造高校班级组织管理

高校班级是学生在校最基本的归属单位,为其成员储备将来直接参与社会活动的基本能量。针对当前高校班级管理的松散和无力感,本文将探讨愿景领导的班级组织管理模式,对班级愿景领导过程进行理论构建,以取代以规划和控制为手段的传统的班级管理模式,以求更好地发挥班级的团体育人功能、唤醒学生的生命自觉、培养主动发展之人并塑造优质学习环境及班级气氛。     

基于三角模糊的航空公司安全评估研究

本文在综合考虑航空公司安全影响因素的前提下,建立了安全评估指标体系。由于评估过程中存在的不确定性,故利用模糊层次分析法确定指标体系的权重,基于三角模糊数建立安全评估模型。实证分析表明,利用模糊理论在航空公司安全评估中可以获得较为准确的评价结果。     

一种构造设计结构矩阵的简化方法

设计结构矩阵是一种对复杂产品设计流程优化的有效工具。任务间耦合强度的确定是构造设计结构矩阵的关键,它对设计结构矩阵的规划有着重要意义。文章采用模糊层次分析法构造 敏感性和可变性的模糊一致判断矩阵,并通过一定算法映射到设计结构矩阵中任务间的耦合强度,最后为二级减速器设计结构矩阵中耦合强度的确定给出了相应的算例。与其它方法相比,此方法更具普遍性和易操作性。     

Tactical production and distribution planning with dependency issues on the production process

Tactical production-distribution planning models have attracted a great deal of attention in the past decades. In these models, production and distribution decisions are considered simultaneously such that the combined plans are more advantageous than the plans resolved in a hierarchical planning process. We consider a two-stage production process, where in the first stage raw materials are transformed into continuous resources that feed the discrete production of end products in the second stage. Moreover, the setup times and costs of resources depend on the sequence in which they are processed in the first stage. The minimum scheduling unit is the product family which consists of products sharing common resources and manufacturing processes. Based on different mathematical modelling approaches to the production in the first stage, we develop a sequence-oriented formulation and a product-oriented formulation, and propose decomposition-based heuristics to solve this problem efficiently. By considering these dependencies arising in practical production processes, our model can be applied to various industrial cases, such as the beverage industry or the steel industry. Computation tests on instances from an industrial application are provided at the end of the paper.     

A hybrid approach to configure eco-efficient supply chains under consideration of performance and risk aspects

Formal models that support multi-criteria decision making represent a strongly growing area in sustainable supply chain management research. However, uncertainties and risks are seldom considered in quantitative models for green supply chain (SC) design. The paper at hand suggests a hybrid approach to configure an eco-efficient SC for a new product under consideration of economic and environmental risks. Discrete-event simulation is applied to assess the financial, operational and environmental performance of different SC configuration options while the value-at-risk concept is adapted to evaluate related SC risks. The analytic hierarchy process is employed to solve the resulting multi-criteria decision problem of choosing the best option. The approach is illustrated at a case example of a fast moving consumer goods manufacturer.     

Looking into the ‘black box’ – unlocking the effect of integration on acquisition performance

Extending research on the performance of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&As), this paper seeks to explain how the post-acquisition integration phase affects acquisition performance. Despite extensive research efforts, there remains a scant understanding of how acquisition implementation, particularly in the post-acquisition integration phase, impacts the performance of M&As. Based on an extensive study of eight acquisitions, in this paper, a grounded model detailing the mechanisms by which the post-acquisition integration phase affects acquisition performance is developed. The model posits that integration-related factors do not bear directly upon acquisition performance. Instead, their effect is mediated by functional organizations in both firms. When focusing into these functional mediating dynamics, we observe that integration-related processual, behavioral and cultural factors affect the identified functional mediators in different ways. Going forward, we echo calls for integrated perspectives to the study of M&A and M&A performance in particular.
