Pussy grabs back: bestialized sexual politics and intersectional failure in protest posters for the 2017 women’s march

The women’s march on Washington on January 21 2017 and its more than 600 sister marches across the world was characterized by its distinctly feline theme. Most notable were the pink pussy hats and a multitude of signs that played on the historical association between women and cats to resist the crude remarks made by US presidential nominee Donald Trump who bragged of grabbing women “by the pussy.” This article explores this feline counterframing from a vegan feminist perspective. A content analysis was performed on photographs that were published in Why I March (2017) and uploaded to the Women’s March on Washington Archives Project, the Georgia State University Women’s Marches 2017 Collection, and Instagram in Spring 2017. Results illustrate the persistent role that animality plays in feminist politics, but they also point to a critical intersectional failure exhibited by an ultimately anthropocentric collective.     

Parents’ perspectives of social support and social cohesion in urban contexts of diversity

Although provisions for young children are increasingly considered as ideal places to foster an inclusive and socially just society by embracing issues of social support and social cohesion, there is no in-depth understanding of the role these provisions can play in enabling supportive and cohesive encounters in contexts of diversity. Even more striking is the absence of parents’ voices in this discussion. Based on an analysis of qualitative interviews with 18 parents who use childcare services in urban contexts of diversity, our findings show the relevance of ephemeral contacts with diverse people that could offer bridging opportunities in terms of social connectedness to familiarise within diversity while decoding the other in urban contexts of diversity. However, neither bonding nor bridging contacts appear as self-evident. Our research shows that the role of childcare services might be vital in creating light and temporal communities as the prerequisite for social cohesion to flourish, in both individual as well as collective dimensions.

研发网络架构与网络价值：综述及概念模型

本文聚焦于企业的研发网络,通过综述企业研发网络架构方面的相关文献,识别出研发网络架构的三大维度（网络成员组合、网络结构属性及网络关系特征）及其主要内容,并基于此分析了中心企业的研发网络架构对该网络的网络价值的影响机制。结合企业战略目标及具体诉求及企业外部环境的权变影响,本文提出了一个围绕网络价值最大化命题,以研发网络架构为基点、网络价值为终点的理论研究框架,讨论了现有研究结论及未来可能的研究,为中心企业选择研发合作伙伴、配置网络成员、部署网络结构及管理成员关系提供借鉴。     

无近亲属受害人之死亡赔偿请求权

无近亲属或近亲属不明的受害人被伤害致死,其生前所欠医疗费、护理费、交通费、住宿费的债权人,得向加害人行使具有物权性的追偿权;有权接受其遗产者得提出误工费、死亡补偿费赔偿;料理死者后事者享有丧葬费等费用请求权;与受害人间无法定权利义务的扶养人、被扶养人有权享有属于遗产部分的请求权.死亡赔偿是加害人必须承担的责任,国家接受死亡赔偿具有正当性,民政部门作为请求权人具有妥当性.立法建议民政部门接受赔偿后,代为支付上述费用后,所余归国家所有.

涉法涉诉信访案件终结可分为自愿性终结信访程序和强制性终结信访程序两种。涉法涉诉信访案件终结的效力,就是接处信访案件的有关国家机关依照法定条件和程序作出信访案件终结结论后所产生的法律后果。信访案件终结的效力有,消灭涉法涉诉信访实体法律关系的效力;消灭涉法涉诉信访案件职能部门接处信访案件的职权和职责的效力;消灭涉法涉诉案件信访行为合法性效力;引起行政处罚法律关系产生的效力;引起刑事法律关系产生的效力。适用信访案件终结效力制度应注意,处理实体性信访诉求应该坚持法治原则,区分困难照顾、帮扶、救济与法律责任的关系;严格执行信访案件终结制度;注意区分依法行使信访权和违法信访性质的不同;注意合法信访与维稳之间的关系;严格依法惩处违法信访行为。     

干群关系与村委会选举中的群体性事件

村委会换届选举中的群体性事件正呈现多发之势。村委会选举中的群体性事件是农村干群矛盾激化的结果,凸显了干群矛盾的严重性和危险性,也表明以此为契机,构建良性互动的干群关系的紧迫性。密切干群关系,依法妥善处置村委会选举中的群体性事件,需要完善村民自治的法律制度,加强对干部的管理与教育,重塑政府形象,提高农民群众政治参与制度化的水平和完善农民群众利益诉求的表达机制。     

儿童同伴关系研究综述

同伴关系及同伴交往是儿童社会性发展研究的重要主题,国外从20世纪30~40年代开始开展同伴关系的相关研究,自20世纪70年代对同伴关系系统深入地进行了研究并取得了丰硕的成果。本文拟就同伴关系研究的相关成果作一综述,供作进一步研究的参考。     

Motherhood Penalties and Living Arrangements in China

Past research on the “motherhood wage penalty” has been based on data from nuclear families, leaving open the possibility that the motherhood wage penalty may be lower or even absent in multigenerational families. In this article, the wage gap between mothers and nonmothers is examined in nuclear and multigenerational families in the context of contemporary China, which has a long tradition of patriarchal families. Using 1993 to 2006 China Health and Nutrition Survey data, the magnitude and variation of motherhood penalty is explored with fixed effects models among 1,058 women. The results show that each additional child lowers hourly wages by about 12%. In addition, the motherhood penalty is largest for women living with their husbands' parents, smaller for women not living with parents, and nil for women living with their own parents.
