不同语篇体裁的言据性表现是不尽相同的。分析了100篇中英文广告,得出广告语篇使用零据素的结论。广告语篇体裁的零据素使用可以从认知、广告语篇特点和广告的社会目的三个方面加以分析,广告零据素使用的主要功能是表情、表意和构建最小化语篇。     

From chavela to frida: loving from the margins

This article analyzes the portrayal of lesbian desire in the case of two of the most renowned icons of contemporary Mexican and Latino popular culture: singer Chavela Vargas (1919-2012) and painter Frida Kahlo (1910-1954). This article explores the intertextual dialogue between two texts that deal with the construction of Kahlo's persona and sexuality: Chavela's memoir, titled Y si quieres saber de mi pasado (2002), and the film Frida (2001), directed by Julie Taymor. Fundamental to this study is Chavela Vargas' lesbian subject position in both texts and the consequences and implications her location has in representing lesbian homoerotics and desire.     

Reconceptualizing and expanding the positive feedback network effects model: A case study

During the 1980s, economists developed the concept of positive network effects and switching costs as the key dynamics of de facto standards competition. They concluded that a positive feedback loop usually “tips” a market to the standard with the most users and complementary assets. While recent scholars have acknowledged that not all markets tip, and suggested some possible limitations on this phenomena, these limitations have not been integrated systematically into a model for competition in these industries. Using examples drawn from the standards contests of the past 20 years, this case study develops an integrated model for competition in these industries.     

An actuarial balance sheet of the Swiss old‐age pension scheme

Following the recent update of the international System of National Accounts (2008 SNA), internationally comparable estimates of accrued‐to‐date pension liabilities (ADL) of unfunded social security pension schemes will soon be available in the supplementary table to the National Accounts. Against this background, this article analyzes the medium‐term sustainability of the Swiss old‐age pension scheme (Alters‐ und Hinterlassenenversicherung – AHV). This is achieved by estimating a “Swedish” actuarial balance sheet, which compares pension liabilities with the explicit and implicit assets of the pension scheme. Our results show that the current financing of the AHV is unsustainable, with about 30 per cent of the liabilities not backed by corresponding assets. In order to close this financing gap either the contribution rate should rise from 8.4 per cent to 12 per cent or all pension liabilities should be cut by about 38 per cent.     

论涉己态度问题--从心灵哲学与语言哲学的视角看

一般认为，涉己态度对传统关于态度及其归属的解释框架提出了挑战，即它引发人们重新考虑态度内容的本质及态度归属的语义解释问题。对此，文献中主要提出了三种解决方案———弗雷格式的解释、三元关系的解释和自我归属的解释。研究发现，这三种解决方案都存在问题，并且涉己态度的特殊性以及涉己态度报告在自然语言中的存在性也值得怀疑。鉴于此，论文提出涉己态度问题需要结合态度及态度归属研究领域的其他难题以及自然语言中的相关语言事实来进一步研究。     

À la recherche d’une politique biomédicale en France : chronique d’une réforme inaboutie en cancérologie

This article proposes to explore research administration practices in the analysis of the spread of biomedicine in France. This approach, combined with an analytical positioning inspired by the sociology of organisations, brings an additional element to conventional approaches to biomedicine, since it helps to identify constraints other than those associated with the scientific and clinical practices themselves. Drawing on empirical observation of the development of contemporary policy on cancer research, we will show the crucial influence of the distribution of power between the different stakeholders involved in developing public processes for promoting biomedical practices.     

Les rouages du genre. La différenciation des pratiques de travail chez les juges des enfants

When women and men occupy apparently identical positions, do they develop exactly the same working practices? Based on a survey of youth court judges, the article directly tackles this tricky question, one rarely raised in relation to the highest professions. After showing that gender contributes to differences in judicial practices, but not in the sense of gender stereotypes, it identifies the mechanisms through which it operates. Far from acting in isolation, uniformly and independently of the contexts of practice, it works through complex and sometimes contradictory processes, always closely linked with the other dimensions of professional and social pathways. In this case, gender produces its effects through two primary mediations: one, the attitudes of each judge to psycho-educational norms, and two, their attitudes to gender stereotypes.

Retour vers le futur: le fil rouge du débat sur le travail et la technologie au sein de l'OIT

Les inquiétudes suscitées par le chômage technologique ne datent pas d'aujourd'hui. Dans les années 1960, les débats sur l'automatisation reflétaient aussi bien l'optimisme que les préoccupations engendr..ées par le potentiel de destruction d'emplois du progrès technique. L'étude des documents d'archives, notamment des informations réunies par le Bureau de l'automatisation du BIT, montre que nombre des propositions avancées aujourd'hui étaient déjà évoquées à l'époque au sein de l'OIT, même si elles n'ont jamais été traduites en termes réglementaires. Revenir sur le débat de cette époque peut offrir des éclairages utiles pour relever les défis actuels et nous aider à construire l'avenir du travail que nous appelons de nos vœux.     

Grupos mediadores de la innovación profesional: estudio comparativo de procesos

Resumen

Este estudio muestra la presencia y el peso de las cualidades grupales que median en las innovaciones profesionales. Se argumenta que la investigación sobre procesos grupales e innovación requiere un control sobre la frecuencia de interacción y una distinción cualitativay cuantitativa de la interacción social propiamente grupal. Se estudian comparativamente 36 departamentos de centros educativos en un nivel de análisis grupal. Los departamentos innovadores están realizando un cambio fundamental en sus prácticas profesionales. A partir de la teoria del colectivo se define la grupalidad y se operacionaliza en la escala psicométrica Nivel de Desarrollo Grupal (NDG). Partiendo de una revisión sobre grupos e innovación se propone la variable Cualidades Grupales Innovadoras (CGI) para distinguir la grupalidad de la grupalidad innovadora. Los resultados indican el tipo de grupo y las dimensiones más relevantes que median favorablemente en una innovación recreadora, autoiniciaday radical.
