基于分形的快速最大熵红外图像特征检测

文章针对红外图像目标检测问题,提出一种基于分形的快速最大熵的红外图像特征检测算法.该算法利用DBC方法计算分维数,根据人造物和自然背景分形维差异,确定目标区域;最后,通过二维最大熵原则确定最佳阈值,实现对单目标或者多目标图像分割.该算法能够较好实现红外图像特征检测,有效抑制背景和噪声.     

一种新型入侵检测模型及其检测器生成算法

介绍了一种基于人工免疫原理的入侵检测模型,重点研究了否定选择算法模型中检测器集合的生成算法,提出了新的初始检测器的生成算法,并对算法性能进行了分析。结果表明:该算法模型可以对未知入侵行为和已知入侵行为的变异进行有效的识别。     

基于B样条小波的医学图像边缘提取

利用基于三次B样条小波的边缘提取方法,对医学图像进行了边缘检测并与传统的图像边缘提取方法进行了比较。结果表明:基于三次B样条小波变换的边缘提取,具有定位准确,保留细节较好的优点。     

论监听措施的法治化

监听作为一种先进的科技侦察手段,越来越受到各国犯罪侦察部门的重视。用立法形式严格规范监听制度是防止监听侵犯人权的有效措施,我们可以借鉴国外相关的立法经验,以构建我国本土化的监听制度,正确处理侦察犯罪与保护人权的矛盾。     

A Note on the Sensitivities of Self–reporting and Screen Detection of Primary Breast Tumours

Screening programs for breast cancer are widely used to reduce the impact of breast cancer in populations. For example, the South Australian Breast X–ray Service, BreastScreen SA, established in 1989, is a participant in the National Program of Early Detection of Breast Cancer. BreastScreen SA has collected information on both screening–detected and interval or self–reported cases, which enables the estimation of various important attributes of the screening mechanism. In this paper, a tailored model is fitted to the BreastScreen SA data. The probabilities that the screening detects a tumour of a given size and that an individual reports a tumour by a specified size in the absence of screening are estimated. Estimates of the distribution of sizes detected in the absence of screening, and at the first two screenings, are also given.     

基于半边结构的膜组织触觉仿真

针对一类可以用面模型表示的软组织,提出一种基于半边数据结构和AABBs(Aligned Ax-is Bounding Boxes)树结构混合的碰撞检测响应方法,以适应触觉反馈计算的高帧率要求。触觉反馈即包含粘弹性反馈力,又包括用修改的滞滑摩擦模型表示的膜软组织的粘滞性摩擦效果。软组织变形基于简单的质点弹簧模型建模。实验表明,提出的方法比单一的使用AABBs树结构方法效率较高,使用PHANTON力反馈设备可以清楚感受到粘滞性摩擦效果。这些方法将是建立白内障虚拟手术仿真器的基础。     

科技论文中数据错误的识别与防范

数据错误是一种常见错误,其对文章的科学性有较大的影响。笔者列举了编辑实践中所遇到的20例错误,并逐一进行辨析。识别错误数据主要依靠编辑的经验和学识功底。在科技论文编辑过程中,遵循一定的方法,有助于发现和修正错误数据。     

试论诱惑侦查

近年来,诱惑侦查已经在我国侦查实践中大量存在,但围绕诱惑侦查的争论可谓众说纷纭、莫衷一是。文章试图结合司法教学实践,对诱惑侦查的概念、分类、限制及其在我国的适用现状等问题作一简要评述。     

SMSC负荷状态检测方法研究

对短消息服务中心的负荷状态检测方法作了探讨。在研究系统负荷状态与内部资源关系的基础上,给出了负荷状态检测参数、检测模型及基于多参数数据融合的检测方法,并通过实验测试结果对其有效性进行了分析。研究表明,系统的负荷状态可以通过对多种内部资源消耗量的检测进行评价,多参数冗余信息融合后可以提高结果的可靠性和置信度。     

Bayesian clustering and product partition models

Summary. We present a decision theoretic formulation of product partition models (PPMs) that allows a formal treatment of different decision problems such as estimation or hypothesis testing and clustering methods simultaneously. A key observation in our construction is the fact that PPMs can be formulated in the context of model selection. The underlying partition structure in these models is closely related to that arising in connection with Dirichlet processes. This allows a straightforward adaptation of some computational strategies—originally devised for nonparametric Bayesian problems—to our framework. The resulting algorithms are more flexible than other competing alternatives that are used for problems involving PPMs. We propose an algorithm that yields Bayes estimates of the quantities of interest and the groups of experimental units. We explore the application of our methods to the detection of outliers in normal and Student t regression models, with clustering structure equivalent to that induced by a Dirichlet process prior. We also discuss the sensitivity of the results considering different prior distributions for the partitions.
