中国古代海岛地图的若干特点——浙江图书馆所藏《南田记略》中的海岛地图研究

象山县南田岛是宁波市第一大岛,明清时期长期被政府列为封禁之地,直到1875年才正式开禁。在南田开禁的过程中,形成了一些历史文献,包括杨殿才撰写的《南田记略》。该书附有两种地图,第一种可称为“南田全图”,第二种可称为“南田十八图”。这两种地图,堪称清代绘制的“南田列岛地图集”。“南田全图”即使不是杨殿才绘制的,也是他所认可的。“南田十八图”应当是道光初年绘制的。《南田记略》中的南田地图,反映了中国古代海岛地图的一些特点。     

The Effects of Process and Outcome Similarity on Users' Evaluations of Decision Aids*

Decision aids (DA) used in online shopping contexts have been shown to improve users' product choices. Given that previous research (e.g., Byrne & Griffitt, 1973 ) has demonstrated the positive effects of perceived similarity on an individual's evaluation of others, this study investigates the effects of users' perceived similarity with a DA on their evaluations of that DA. More specifically, we investigate the effect of users' perceptions of the similarity between their own decision process and that followed by the DA to arrive at a recommendation (decision process similarity), as well as the similarity between the recommendations made by the DA and users' initial choices (outcome similarity), on their evaluations of the DA's usefulness and trustworthiness. The results of this study show that perceived process similarity exerts positive and significant effects on users' perceptions of the DA's usefulness and trustworthiness. However, the effects of perceived outcome similarity on trust are completely mediated by perceived process similarity. It is also observed that the level of the user's domain knowledge moderates the effects of perceived decision process similarity on both perceived usefulness and trustworthiness. These results have implications for DA design. It is important that designers consider the process by which users make decisions for themselves and align the DA's decision process with those of the user's, especially for the novice user. The full mediation of the effect of outcome similarity on trust by process similarity highlights how a similar decision process can mitigate some of the negative effects of outcome dissimilarity.     

Introduction to the Special Issue on Marketing and Operations Management Interfaces and Coordination

In this special issue, the contributing authors address several emerging marketing and operations interface problems and develop innovative approaches for solving them. Specifically, by explicitly modeling active consumer behavior under different pricing schemes, the papers in this special issue examine how firms can coordinate their marketing and operations to improve their competitiveness and profit. The papers also provide insights on how to develop and operate new and innovative market mechanisms.     

Curbing the demographic “drifting dune” in long-term care insurance financing: The case of Germany

Long-term care provision and financing are becoming increasingly important matters in all ageing economies. Therefore, a major challenge for policy makers is to strike a balance between adequate care and sustainable financing. In this study, we evaluate the proposal of a so-called sustainability factor in German long-term care insurance. Considering changes in the beneficiary-contributor ratio, it aims for a rule-based consideration of demographic dynamics to alleviate pressure on long-term care financing. Using the framework of generational accounting, we demonstrate that this proposal could have a relieving effect on finances, depending on the share of involvement of current and future generations. It may offer an option for pay-as-you-go long-term care insurance systems worldwide that need to curb the impact of ageing societies. Therefore, this article addresses policy makers tasked with designing a sustainable financing model for long-term care insurance. It demonstrates that the sustainability factor represents a step towards sustainable finances and, thus, it might be one component of a more comprehensive reform package.

本文分析了影响供应商关系的三种因素,在此基础上讨论了四种不同形式的常用电子采购方式对采购方与供应商关系的影响,论述了电子采购本身不是对与供应商关系的损害因素,而是促进因素,真正影响与供应商关系的因素是传统的片面追求短期价格最低的采购管理思想,电子采购的健康发展有赖于采购管理思想之完善。
