英汉社论人际意义的对比分析

本文以英汉社论语篇为语料,在Halliday系统功能语法人际意义的理论基础上,把情态系统作为研究核心,比较了英汉社论语篇中人际意义的实现。比较结果显示,英汉社论语篇中情态动词和情态隐喻的分布呈现不平衡趋势,汉语社论中的高值情态动词分布比例明显高于英语社论,而英语社论中的情态动词多是低量值和中量值。同时,英语社论语篇中的情态隐喻更倾向于隐性主观和显性客观情态取向,而汉语社论语篇则更倾向于显性主观和隐形客观情态取向,这种趋势体现着中西社会、文化的差异。     

刘知几《史通》体现的编辑思想和编辑原则

刘知几撰写的《史通》不仅是我国最早的一部史学理论专著,而且也是我国具有开创性的一部古代编辑学论著。《史通》集中体现了刘知几的编辑思想和编辑原则,即系统的编辑主体观,明确的编辑意识,简约的编辑风格,严谨的编辑方法。这些思想和原则对于今天的编辑学研究仍然有着积极意义。     

Leading well: Challenges to researching leadership in occupational health psychology – and some ways forward

ABSTRACT

Studies on the effects of leadership in occupational health psychology build on the assumption that leaders influence their followers’ health and well-being. Although this assumption has received support, this introductory paper to a special issue of Work & Stress on leadership argues that a number of questions regarding leadership and follower health and well-being remain unanswered. We identify four issues that we argue warrant further attention. First, what is “good” leadership? Particular leadership types are associated with increases in employee performance, but since this will involve higher effort expenditure, adverse outcomes for employee health are to be expected. Although many types of leadership are associated with favourable outcomes, we still need to identify the leadership characteristics can be identified that account for these positive outcomes. Second, how can good leadership be promoted? There is a need to develop interventions that are effective in promoting desirable leadership styles. Third, what are the inter-mediate and long-term effects of leadership on follower health? Finally, we need to understand the boundary conditions for good leadership, including the resources available to leaders. Based on these considerations, we conclude that further research is needed to fully understand the effects of leadership on employee health and well-being.     

Past,Present, and Future: Editorial on Virtual Reality Applications to Human Services

Abstract

“Virtual Reality” interventions in human services may include 360° video, augmented reality, mixed reality, and fully immersive 3-dimensional virtual reality simulations. A variety of applications have been evaluated in various fields of study, including medicine, social work, psychology, and human performance training. Currently, the state of research of VR interventions in human services has primarily focused on efficacy and effectiveness research, with few studies evaluating “scaling up” or implementation of VR interventions in larger populations. Unfortunately, the state of efficacy and effectiveness studies of VR interventions still remains weak with some applications due to smaller sample sizes, lack of randomized control trials, and a gap in reporting key intervention qualities, dosage, and outcomes. With new developments in combining artificial intelligence with VR, realism and the potential for human interaction with computer generated simulations may boost presence and immersion within these applications. This editorial provides an overview of the state of virtual reality applications in human service provision, potential gaps to be addressed by research in the future, and the development of AI based interactive sequences that may boost use presence.     

浅谈定势心理对科技期刊编辑工作的影响

科技期刊编辑在处理稿件时会出现以名取文等现象。从心理学角度分析,这是受定势心理的影响。定势心理对科技期刊编辑工作(包括编辑初审、送专家评审和编辑加工等)产生了不利的影响。要消除这种不利影响,必须从2个方面入手:(1)主观上要努力提高编辑的素质;(2)客观上要规范并严格执行编辑程序。     

绽放在春天的《中国》--兼议丁玲晚年的编辑思想

1980年代中期,丁玲创办了大型文学刊物<中国>.虽然仅仅出版了两年,但是<中国>对中国当代文学的繁荣和发展起到了重要的推动作用.创办<中国>的自觉行为,更显示出丁玲晚年力求营建文学界良性发展的团结环境;扶植青年作家,提倡艺术创新;改革办刊方式,注重文学本身的编辑思想.     

专业、可信度和评价系统选择——编辑书评与读者书评评价特征对比研究

在功能语言学评价系统理论框架下,通过对80篇书评和121份调查问卷进行数据分析,探讨网上的编辑书评和两种读者书评之间存在的评价系统选择差异,以及其差异在专业程度和可信度上产生的效果。研究表明,编辑书评与读者书评在情感系统和介入系统选择上存在差异,处于编辑声音-读者声音连续统上,在专业性和可信度上形成互补,最终达到书商推销其书籍的目的。     

期刊编辑理念的转变与更新

在新的世纪,随着市场经济的发展和互联网时代的到来,期刊编辑的理念也应转变与更新。首先是要有开拓创新意识;其次是要有市场意识;再次是品牌意识。此外还要有竞争意识、信息意识、超前意识。这些都是新的时代对一个合格的编辑的要求。     

文学研究选择性创新和期刊编辑创新性选择———华中师范大学王齐洲教授访谈

2009年8月23日,中国人文社会科学学报学会主办了2009全国高校期刊编辑业务培训暨学术发展前沿报告会,邀请王齐洲教授做《文学研究的前沿问题和编辑选稿策划》报告,反响强烈。王教授指出,学术研究的本质是创新,而就研究者个人而言,其学术创新只可能选择在某个领域甚至这个领域的某个方向进行,所以其创新也就不可能是全面性创新,只能是“选择性创新”。期刊编辑的职责则是选择,即选择那些富有创新价值的成果在期刊发表,以推动学术研究的深入,而这些选择也不是没有限制的,它体现出编辑的独到眼光和刊物的学术定位,因此,期刊编辑是在进行“创新性选择”。“选择性创新”与“创新性选择”,二者相辅相成,共同构造起学术共同体的坚实基础,促进学术的繁荣和发展。会后,笔者就文学研究的前沿问题、选择性创新和创新性选择等问题采访了王教授,今整理成文,以飨读者。     

英语社论中的语法隐喻研究

以韩礼德语法隐喻理论分析英语社论语篇,发现语法隐喻在社论语篇中出现的规律如名词化和形容词化明显且以名词化最多,不同的语法层次和语义层次之间存在转移．最后探讨了语法隐喻在社论语篇中的语题功能和概念功能。
