组织、工作与情感异化:一项对厦门保险代理人的调查

在借鉴西方保险业营销模式的同时，中国的保险公司对其代理人实行了激进的情感管理。由于较为普遍的社会抵制，保险代理人经常体验到负面情感。而在工作中，对人际关系过度的商业化使用，不仅破坏了代理人原有正常的社会网络，还妨碍了代理人在生活中与他人建立非商业性的关系。“保险生活化，生活保险化”的工作意识形态更是模糊了工作与生活的界限，使保险代理人的工作不可避免地陷入深刻的情感矛盾和冲突之中。尽管代理人通过一系列的策略试图消解这些矛盾与冲突，但是任何的努力都可能加深个体的非人化问题，最终带来情感异化的后果。     

Hearing the grass grow: Emotional and epistemological challenges of practice-near research

This paper discusses the concept of practice-near research in terms of the emotional and epistemological challenges that arise from the researcher coming ‘near’ enough to other people for psychological processes to ensue. These may give rise in the researcher to confusion, anxiety and doubt about who is who and what is what; but also to the possibility of real emotional and relational depth in the research process. Using illustrations from three social work doctoral research projects undertaken by students at the Tavistock Clinic and the University of East London the paper examines four themes that seem to the author to be central to meaningful practice-near research undertaken in a spirit of true emotional and epistemological open-mindedness: the smell of the real; losing our minds; the inevitability of personal change; and the discovery of complex particulars.

From Transgression to Suppression: Implications of Moral Values and Societal Norms on Emotional Labour

This article endeavours to develop a conceptual perspective of moral values and societal norms, and how they impact on emotion regulation within employment contexts. The article draws on social psychology and emotional labour literature to explore the concept of contextual emotional labour. I argue that the conflicting requirements of one's societal and employment contexts may require one to transgress one's moral values to fulfil job requirements. I also argue that it is important to examine the aversive state(s) that may follow one's transgression and how this is managed in the workplace.

音乐教育中的教学理念多年来一直受到重视和争议,而其中的器乐教学课程更是广大师生一直在探讨的问题,如何处理好技法技巧运用和乐曲情感之间的关系,将直接影响学生在器乐学习上更高一层次的提高与进步。     

当代大学生竞争情绪体验特点研究

以大学一、二、三和四年级550名学生为被试,采用大学生竞争调查问卷,研究其竞争后情绪体验的发展特点。结果发现：（1）在不同竞争环境下,大学生的情绪体验没有年龄差异。在竞争激烈环境下,女大学生比男大学生更容易产生消极情绪。学生干部的积极情绪体验显著高于普通学生,前者的消极情绪体验显著低于后者。（2）在竞争失败后,一年级大学生有更低的挫折体验,四年级大学生有更高的嫉妒体验;女大学生比男大学生有更高的挫败感和疲惫感。在竞争成功后,男大学生比女大学生有更高的自大体验,学生干部的自大体验显著低于普通同学。     

合同履行障碍法的历时性观察

合同履行障碍论为理解合同法各个制度之间的联系提供了新的视角，为解决债法各部分之间的边缘性问题提供了新的思路。以实现债权人的给付利益为目标，现代合同法律关系表现出明显的有机性和程序性特征。合同义务从缔约接触开始，经过给付阶段，迈向合同终止后的给付利益维持阶段。与这一过程相适应，合同履行障碍法在时间上的扩张成为必然。     

Modern-day perception of historic footwear and its links to preference

The importance of emotion in consumer preference is explored in the subject of Kansei Engineering. The Kansei methodology has been successfully adopted by many large companies in recent years. Currently, a European Union Fifth framework project called 'Kensys' (Kansei Engineering System) is being implemented to look at the application of Kansei engineering in the field of footwear. The Kensys project is being conducted in collaboration with several SMEs and this paper reports a study that has been carried out with one of the SMEs who designs and makes reproduction historic and specialist footwear. In addition, respondent views on 'real' products from history and reproduction footwear are compared. We report on the views of respondents in general and look at gender differences, the comparison of non-experts' views versus experts' views and we also look at differences due to age. The study was carried out in the UK and in Spain. The views in both counties are compared.
