《新妇女》与“新妇女”——五四运动时期《新妇女》关于妇女问题的探析

《新妇女》是五四运动时期在《新青年》及其所倡导的新文化运动的巨大影响下,在五四运动的直接推动下,于1920年1月1日在上海创刊。《新妇女》积极宣传妇女解放的思想,抨击封建婚姻制度,提倡自由恋爱,提倡以爱情为基础的婚姻,提倡妇女运动应当与劳动运动相结合。     

内地與港澳台地區的人才流動——現狀與前景

本文考察中國內地分別與台灣、香港、澳門三個地區之間人才流動的现狀、制度與政策安排以及前景。兩岸四地人才流動主要表現為港澳台居民基本可自由在內地就業,但港澳台對大陸人才的流入還有相當多的限制,尤以台灣為甚。澳門的人才市場對內地居民在港澳台三地中是最開放的。香港只開放高層次人才市場,對非專業技術人才和家庭傭工還沒有開放,未來政策存在不確定性。台灣基本還沒有向大陸居民開放人才市場,未來政策主要取決於兩岸關係的發展和台灣政權的更迭。     

突发公共事件干部问责与纠错机制的构建与运行

人类社会发展过程中,始终存在着各种突发公共事件,从而引发各种危机。作为为人民服务的政府必须建立和完善应对突发公共事件的危机处理机制,未雨绸缪,防患于未然,把灾害和损失降低到最低限度。突发公共事件往往是偶然的,但政府的应急管理机制应该是常态的,这是政府的职能,也是服务型政府的重大责任。因此,弄清突发公共事件干部问责与纠错机制在运行上存在的缺陷和运行的原则,构建合理的突发公共事件干部问责与纠错机制,是现代政治文明建设必须高度重视的课题。     

论香港和内地民商事判决承认与执行问题解决的观念重构

香港执行外地民商事判决法律制度来源于英国,香港回归祖国后,香港法律属于中华人民共和国法律的一部分,完全纳入中国法律体系当中。在宪法统帅下,全国法律应和谐一致,避免和消除冲突。内地与香港实施CEPA协议,加速了地区经济一体化进程,客观上要求实现判决自由流动问题。我们应站在更高更远角度,并具有创新精神,加强思考和探索两地区际判决承认与执行问题。     

宋初僧人对北宋文学革新的认识与回应——以释智圆和释契嵩为中心的考察

北宋中叶的文学革新是我国文学发展史的一个“里程碑”。北宋中期以来,古文运动继中唐之后在学术界再次掀起高潮。倡导古文、复兴儒学成为学者们共同关心的话题。从韩愈到宋代诸儒,古文运动事实上是儒学复兴运动的重要组成部分。围绕着“文”与“道”的关系问题,宋代学术界不同群体,从不同的侧面不同的立场阐发了对这一问题的讨论。在宋学形成前,以释智圆、释契嵩为中心的一大批“儒化”的僧人,从佛学的角度对这场日益兴起的文学革新运动给予了关注。他们对晚唐体、西崑体、太学体的批评,对“文”与“道”关系的认识与思考,基本上使古文运动沿着正确的方向前进,为后来的文学复古革新和散文正宗地位的确立初步扫清了道路。     

A Mediational Model Explaining the Connection Between Religiosity and Anti-Homosexual Attitudes in Italy: The Effects of Male Role Endorsement and Homosexual Stereotyping

This study aimed to better understand the relationship between religiosity and anti-homosexual attitudes in Italy by examining the mediation effects of male role endorsement and homosexual stereotyping. A sample of 5,522 Italian residents (age range = 18–74) was drawn from a cross-sectional national representative survey carried out in 2011. Measures included general religiosity, male role endorsement, homosexual stereotyping, social acceptance of homosexuality, and homosexual rights endorsement. Structural equation modeling was used to test the mediational effects of male role endorsement and homosexual stereotyping on the relationship between general religiosity and attitudes toward lesbians and gay men. Results showed that both male role endorsement and homosexual stereotyping partially mediated the relationship. In a model where religiosity and both mediators positively explained anti-homosexual attitudes, male role endorsement was the strongest mediator. Endorsement of gender role beliefs and homosexual stereotyping may thus exacerbate the connection between religiosity and anti-homosexual attitudes among Italians.     

Performing “in the red”: transformations and tensions in repertoires of contention during the 2012 Quebec student strike

The longest and largest student strike in Canadian history began in Quebec in the spring of 2012 in resistance to proposed tuition hikes and the increasing privatization of education and public services that this signaled. The symbol of the student movement, the red square (denoting ‘squarely in the red’ or ‘squarely in debt’) quickly went ‘viral’. At its height, an estimated 300,000 students were striking – nearly 75% of Quebec’s post-secondary student population; on May 22nd some 500,000 people marched in support. The strike continued for six months, ending only after the government was overturned and a new government cancelled the tuition increase. The redeployment of local protest repertoires, including traditional tactics such as picket lines combined with inclusive and creative tactics popularized in alter-globalization movements. Formal student associations combined with various ad hoc coalitions and organizations, as well as communitarian groups, in an uneasy alliance to create a mass mobilization that some commentators dubbed Québec’s ‘Maple Spring’. This article documents the transformation of what Tilly has called ‘repertoires of contention’ within the context of the Quebec student movement. In so doing, it highlights some of the principle debates concerning social values and distributions of agency that resurfaced in connection with the diverse tactics that formed the ‘new’ combinational repertoire.

通南巴构造带飞三段鲕粒滩储层发育，属低孔低渗致密灰岩储层。利用测井、岩芯以及薄片等资料，从构造作用、沉积作用以及成岩作用等多方面探讨了该区飞三段鲕滩储层的主控因素。研究结果表明：飞仙关组三段鲕滩储层主要受沉积相、微古地貌、构造活动、成岩作用及多因素匹配等制约。台内滩滩核微相是鲕粒滩储层发育的先决条件；微古地貌高地为优质的鲕粒滩储层的形成和发育提供了必要的物质基础；颗粒滩暴露遭受大气淡水淋滤改造作用的强弱与改造时间长短是优质鲕滩储层形成的关键；构造破裂作用为储层孔、洞的沟通提供了桥梁，改善了储集体渗流能力；多因素匹配好则可形成优质储层。     

How Like Perceives Like: Gay People on “Gaydar”

When lacking explicit knowledge of someone’s sexual orientation, gay people commonly assess the likelihood that another is gay using their “gaydar.” The term gaydar is a playful mix of the word gay with radar, suggesting that one can sense, intuit, or perceive some set of characteristics in another that signal a shared minority status. While commonly mentioned, the exact criteria a gay person uses when employing their gaydar are little discussed. Drawing methodologically on a series of five focus groups of self-identified lesbians and gay men, this study explores the physical, visual, energetic, and conversational cues gay people consider when they employ the trope of gaydar. Specifically, interview subjects most often described their gaydar as triggered by the following elements: physical presentation, including mannerisms, dress, and voice; interactions, especially eye contact; a presence or absence of certain conversational social norms; and, intangibly, as a kind of energetic exchange.     

The Gezi Park movement: a Turkish experience of the twenty-first-century collective movements

Based on the results of a field study conducted during the summer following the wave of mobilizations in Gezi, this article analyzes the development and the social, cultural, and political meanings of this collective movement, which began in Turkey at the end of May 2013 and has been evolving during the summer. The first part of the article addresses the subject of these mobilizations that are opposed to the planning policy, implemented by the government in a process of neo-liberal economic development. The second part discusses the subjective engagement of the protesters and the meaning they give it, by considering alternatives not only to this policy but to the influence exerted on the individual and social life by the technostructures of the systemic forces. The third part analyzes, on the one hand, the methods of direct and online communication for organizing protests and, on the other, the creation of new living constructs, where protesters experiment with the alternatives to the dominations they contest. It is through protest, but also creative and performative actions, that the individuals try to become subjects of their own lives, against these dominations in which the Turkish dimension is part of a global systemic context.
