联省自治运动与民主转型之困境

联省自治运动是近代中国一场追求联邦主义的宪政统一运动,其实质是最终实现中国由帝国而宪政的民主转型。但是与美国等典型联邦制国家相比,联邦论在中国形成了语境错置和语义倒置,地方自治的阙失和民主意识的匮乏,联省自治运动与中国政制传统形成强烈的抵牾,宪政制度的创新并未带来宪政建构进步,反而形成转型困境。联邦制的分权功能难抵大一统的集权功能,难以完成中国的政治整合。联邦制最后成为被放弃的历史选择。     

提高青少年花样游泳运动员倒立动作的技术探讨

倒立动作是花样游泳训练中难度较高的一项基本动作，其训练的技术水平要求高，需要运动员提高在水中的重心感和身体的控制力，本文提出采用池边低位倒立、浮筒练习、陆上肩倒立等方法突破技术难关，并提出采用倒立作者模仿、陆上橡皮拉力训练、节拍器或敲拍练习节奏感等方法提高划手技术的技巧．     

战后中苏东北问题交涉与国统区的民众运动

抗战胜利后,东北的交收问题成为中苏间重要议题之一,但国民政府的多次对苏交涉均处于下风。而苏联为着自己的政治目的,一再延迟撤军,加上苏军的一些违纪行为,终于激起中国民众的不满。1946年2月爆发了蔓延全国的民众抗议示威,国民政府由最初的始料不及到被动应付,并引起国际的关注。在民众运动和国际压力下,苏联最终被迫撤出东北。     

移动动词[来ゐ][行く]前的[ぃ]与[て]

分析了移动动词前的「て」与「に」的用法。指出「て」也可用于表示目的，并指出它与「に」用来表示目的的时二者联系与区别。     

‘I am bodied’. ‘I am sexual’. ‘I am human’. Experiencing deafness and gayness: a story of a young man

This paper examines experiences of Deaf gay people through the eyes of a young Deaf man growing up in the predominantly hearing and heterosexual society of the Czech Republic. In the current disability and gender studies discourse there are several personal accounts of people with disabilities who also identify as gay or lesbian, but narratives about Deafness and gayness are rare or missing. To ‘queer’ the issue of Deafness and disability a little further, most Deaf people claim to be a linguistic and cultural minority, not disabled. Being Deaf and gay suggests a double identity and quite often exclusion from the majority hearing and heterosexual society. The story of 24‐year‐old Jan illustrates the struggle and challenges of a minority within a minority.     

试论慢设计之"慢"

慢设计是为了倡导"慢"生活,创造可持续的现在与未来。慢设计理论目前还处于初步发展阶段,慢设计的"慢"还只是一个十分抽象的且正在发展中的概念。而"快"与快设计对人类可持续发展的负面影响引发了我们时"慢"和慢设计的深层思考,通过了解"慢"在慢设计理论中的含义以及其概念的延伸能够使我们更好地了解慢设计和它对可持续发展的积极作用。     

20世纪五六十年代中国政治化科学观的形成及影响

20世纪五六十年代,由于整风与反右运动后全民政治意识畸形发展并向各领域渗透,急于求成的全面大跃进形势的推动,以及传统政治文化的影响与功利主义科学观的泛起,全社会形成了一种强烈的政治化科学观,并在其指导下,形成了一场声势浩大的群众性技术革新运动,科技文化发生了严重的畸形演变,历史教训令人深思。     

Institutional Environments,Sociopolitical Processes,and Health Movement Organizations: The Growth of Self‐Help/Mutual‐Aid1

This study examines the relationship between sociopolitical processes and health social movement organization formation. Two central research questions are posed: How do self‐help/mutual‐aid institutional environments characterized by professional actors, the state, and social movements influence organizational formation, and do these influences grow stronger or weaker as the self‐help/mutual‐aid movement matures? Analyses comparing the impact of institutional factors such as physician hegemony and autonomy, professional affiliation, state spending, and political ties on self‐help/mutual‐aid founding rates reveal negative effects of professionals but positive effects of the state. These relationships tend to grow stronger as the movement matures. For example, declining professional authority increasingly eases organizational foundings during movement maturity as does the beneficial impact on formation of state expansion in health markets and political ties. Implications are discussed.     

20世纪前半期中国共产党人的韩国观

中国共产党对韩国独立运动始终采取支持的方针 ,并尽自己最大的努力 ,给在华韩国独立运动以帮助。通过报刊揭露日本在朝鲜的殖民统治暴行 ;宣扬韩国爱国志士的斗争事迹 ;组织训练韩国武装力量。中国共产党对韩国独立运动的方针和态度直接奠定了日后中韩两国的政治基础。     

Small Samples,Big Challenges: Studying Atypical Family Forms

We discuss the challenges of small‐subsample sizes that family scholars often encounter when studying nontraditional or less common family types. We begin by identifying the general difficulties of using existing data in this line of research and then discuss potential solutions that may help researchers to avoid these problems. Using data from the Early Childhood Longitudinal Study, we use the example of monoracial White, monoracial Asian, and Asian/White interracial families to illustrate these problems and available, albeit imperfect, solutions.
