一种新的GPS导航卫星选择算法

针对利用全球定位系统（GPS）进行定位导航时对实时性的要求，提出了一种新的导航卫星选择算法。该算法比传统算法的计算量小得多。仿真结果表明，该算法所得出的结果与传统算法很接近，能满足导航定位的实时性精度要求。

从伊斯兰早期的《古兰经》注释学校看清真寺的学术功能

作为伊斯兰教的重要外化象征之一，清真寺具有的诸多功能在推动伊斯兰社会与文化的历史进程中，发挥着不可或缺的作用。它在相当长时期内所承载的学术研究功能，又使其成为伊斯兰文化形成、发展继而体系化的核心场所之一。其中，伊斯兰教黎明时期（公元610-750年）的再传弟子在麦加、麦地那、伊拉克创建的《古兰经》注释学校及其培养的杰出注释学家，就是清真寺学术功能的具体显现。     

Attitudes of Palestinian pre‐school teachers from Israel towards reporting of suspected cases of child abuse and neglect

The paper documents a study conducted among 225 Palestinian pre‐school teachers from Israel. Data were collected through a self‐administered questionnaire that examined the teachers’ attitudes towards reporting child abuse and neglect. In general, the participants’ attitudes towards reporting child abuse and neglect to the child protection services (CPS) were more positive than their attitudes towards reporting to the police. Willingness to report suspected cases of child sexual abuse to the police and CPS was higher than willingness to report other types of child abuse and neglect. Inconsistent results were revealed with regard to how awareness of reporting regulations and awareness of signs and risk factors for child maltreatment affect willingness to report to CPS and to the police. A comprehensive discussion of the possible relevance of the participants’ socio‐cultural and sociopolitical values to their attitudes towards reporting child abuse and neglect is presented. The implications of the results for future studies are also discussed.

在马克思主义产生以来的一个多世纪的时间里，社会主义已经从理论变成了现实，资本主义也发生了巨大的变化。尤其是当代资本主义的新发展以及20世纪八九十年代的苏东剧变，使得马克思主义理论面临极大的挑战。特别是如何看待资本主义社会的新变化，如何正确理解社会主义必然取代资本主义的历史规律，成为马克思主义者和西方“马克思学”者的根本分歧，也是正确认识社会形态转化的复杂性和曲折性的一项重要内容。     

Do worker absences affect productivity? The case of teachers

This article studies the impact of teacher absences on education. Using data spanning three academic years about 285 teachers and 8,631 predominantly economically disadvantaged students from a United States urban school district, it tests assumptions that a substantial portion of teachers' absences is discretionary and that these absences reduce productivity – students' mathematics scores. Since absent teachers are typically replaced by less qualified substitutes, instructional intensity and consistency may decline: ten days of teacher absence reduce students' achievement score by about 3.3 per cent of a standard deviation – enough to lower some students' designation in the state proficiency system and, thus, their motivation to succeed.

小学科学教学中的评价是小学科学教育体系中的一个基本反馈机制,当代的小学科学教育评价更多地使用过程性评价。在小学科学教学实践过程中,我们尝试从课前准备(材料准备和收集材料)、课堂探究、小组合作、课后拓展等方面对学生的学习过程进行评价。以本校四年级一个班学生(以过程性评价为主)与本校同年级的其他班级(以终结性评价为主)对比,我们发现学生的学习态度和学习效果因评价方式的不同而呈现较大差异。

魏书生是我国当代著名教育改革家 ,优秀班主任。他认为科学管理班级需要把学生放在主体地位 ,需要灵活有效的方法 ,需要“法治”。在深化素质教育改革的今天 ,研究魏书生的教育思想是非常有现实意义的     

中学语文应加强基本伦理规范教育

中学语文教学在重视崇高思想品德教育的同时还应该加强日常伦理规范教育。前者的核心是牺牲和奉献，后者的准则是善良、诚实、热心、有责任心、对社会有用等；两者有层次区别又相互联系。目前试用的教材普遍存在着混淆两者关系，忽视伦理规范教育的问题，教育理论界对此尚缺乏充分的认识，许多教师在教材处理时也没有在这方面作具体深入的研究。
