孤山智圆净土思想之天台教义探赜

孤山智圆是北宋天台宗山外派的著名学僧,也是宋代倡导儒佛互融的代表性人物。智圆一生致力于天台三观,同时又“刻心净土”,力求以天台宗圆教的“心性”论统摄净土法门的“唯心净土”,又以“心性”为诸法之体来消解净秽二土之别。智圆不仅是“唯心净土”论者,也是“实在净土”的坚定信仰者,其净土思想具有鲜明的“唯心净土”和“实在净土”两重性。     

心律波动信号的1/f噪声特性分析

心律波动信号具有1/f噪声特性,是非平稳的。该文采用平均功率谱密度方法,分析了基于平均功率谱密度和最小二乘拟合法求正常人和心脏充血患者的心律波动信号的谱参数,发现根据谱参数可以定量地区分正常人与心脏充血患者:大部分正常人的心律波动信号的谱参数大于1,而大部分心脏充血患者的心律波动信号的谱参数小于1,该结论可为心脏病的诊断与预诊断提供一种辅助手段。     

Cardiac measures of stress in British prison officers

This paper considers the experience of stress in British prison officers and in particular the physiological effect of work activity on those individuals. It reviews the evidence provided by some international studies as well as the recent occupational mortality statistics produced by the OPCS (1986). In particular, the paper concentrates on the benefits of using ambulatory measures of heart rate as a measure of stress and illustrates this with the initial data of a study carried out at HM Prison, Gartree. Results are described in terms of mean heart rate by time and by work activity.     

体育大学生HBV携带者运动能力的研究

为了探讨乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)对运动能力的影响,采用递增定量负荷运动,观察携带HBV的运动员运动前后CK、LDH、ALT等血清酶活性及运动中和运动后心率的恢复情况.结果表明:携带HBV运动员运动后CK、LDH、ALT等血清酶活性均有不同程度升高,运动最大负荷时及运动后心率与对照组比较均有显著差异.说明:HBV影响运动员组织细胞功能,使身体机能状态低下,表现为运动能力下降.     

对高校中层管理人员目标责任制考评的思考

本文对目前高校中层管理人员目标责任制考评中存在的问题及其应对措施作了探讨。提出应从考评主体明晰化、考评目标科学化、考评指标具有可操作性、考评的方法和程序规范化、考评的结果及时兑现等方面改进和完善现有的考评制度 ,以保证考评的公正、公平和科学合理。     

心体与自中:“中得心源”的义理传续

以“体相用”的“名实关系”来代替西式“主客关系”对于“外师造化,中得心源”一语的认识,并用儒学主要是陆王心学的义理来补充佛教“心源”论对于“中得心源”一词的理解,是因为源自中国传统哲学义理的“中得心源”自有其内在的中式含义,又因为影响中国传统艺术艺理的“中得心源”更有儒学不可或缺的思想支持。     

The Effect of Viewing a Landscape on Physiological Health of Elderly Women

Abstract

A quasi-experiment was undertaken to measure physiological characteristics of elderly women as they viewed different landscapes. Blood pressure and heart rate were monitored as elderly women living in a retirement centre viewed a natural landscape, a built landscape, and a control room with no view to the outside. Other characteristics of the individuals and the settings that have been shown to affect blood pressure and heart rate were controlled. The results indicated that, in all cases, viewing the natural landscape resulted in lower systolic and diastolic blood pressures and lower heart rates than those measured in the control room. Viewing the built landscape also had the general effect of lowering blood pressures and heart rates, but the effect was less consistent and the magnitude was smaller than that caused by the natural landscape. Lowering of blood pressure and heart rate have both been shown to be positively correlated with increased health and well-being, indicating the benefit of simply viewing a landscape. These results have important implications for design of housing for the elderly. Even if individuals are unable or unwilling to go outside, they can still benefit from seeing out into a landscape.
