孔子的道德教化及对当下人们建构精神家园的启示

孔子被尊称为"至圣之师",他长达一生的道德教育实践形成了以"仁"为核心的道德思想体系.通过对<论语>中孔子教化的以德立人,以德待人,以德入世,及以德为中介和谐人与自然的关系的分析,从中获得对构建当下人们精神家园的一些启示.     

中西方代际情感回报模式比较研究

中西方代际情感回报模式的差异主要体现为：当代中国是一种家庭亲情回馈模式，它是以家庭内部子女对父母的“反哺式”式物质赡养和以家庭亲情慰藉为核心的多样化的精神赡养为主要特点。西方发达国家是一种“有距离的亲密”模式，从物质层面看，它通过社会养老保障制度以社会财富的代际转移形式得到间接体现；从精神层面看，它立足于社区照料与居家养老服务，以专门养老机构的精神慰藉为辅助，以子女对父母的日常照料与情感支持为倡导性伦理责任。随着我国社会养老保障制度的完善和居家养老的发展，中国模式将与西方模式趋同。     

Queering the Home

Abstract

In the West, the private sphere of the home is traditionally associated with the heterosexual nuclear family. Through social, cultural, and legal processes, the heterosexual bond has been constructed as central to the family home. Despite these dominant discourses, the home is also a space in which heteronormativity (or the unacknowledged assumption that heterosexuality is the natural and normal form of sexuality) may be subverted. This article considers how the domestic lives of lesbian and gay couples in England challenge the heteronormativity prevalent in dominant discourses of the home. Drawing on in-depth interviews with lesbians and gay men, the article continues to extend and build on the existing literature on queer domesticity by focusing on how lesbian and gay couples divide and understand domestic labor in their homes. The perceived normativity of coupled domesticity and childrearing means that on the one hand the lesbian and gay participants in this study could be seen to fit in with normative ideals of domestic family life. On the other hand, I show how these couples subvert heteronormative assumptions about gendered household practices through their approaches and attitudes towards domestic labor and parenting. In particular, the article focuses on the complex ways in which lesbian and gay couples destabilize traditional domestic gender roles and queer the spaces of the home through the seemingly unremarkable, mundane practices and negotiations of domestic labor and childcare.     

Medicare and Medicaid Reimbursement Rates for Nursing Homes Motivate Select Culture Change Practices But Not Comprehensive Culture Change

Components of nursing home (NH) culture change include resident-centeredness, empowerment, and home likeness, but practices reflective of these components may be found in both traditional and “culture change” NHs. We use mixed methods to examine the presence of culture change practices in the context of an NH’s payer sources. Qualitative data show how higher pay from Medicare versus Medicaid influences implementation of select culture change practices, and quantitative data show NHs with higher proportions of Medicare residents have significantly higher (measured) environmental culture change implementation. Findings indicate that heightened coordination of Medicare and Medicaid could influence NH implementation of reform practices.     

Does Nursing Home Ownership Change Affect Family Ratings on Experience with Care?

Person-centeredness may suffer in nursing homes (NHs) with recent ownership changes. This study identifies associations between ownership change and reported care experiences, important measures of person-centered care for long-term residents in Maryland NHs. Care experience measures and ownership change data were collected from Maryland Health Care Commission reports, which reported data on 220 Maryland NHs from 2011 and 2012. Facility and market covariates were obtained from 2011 NH Compare and Area Health Resource Files. Linear regression was used to examine whether ownership change in 2011 was associated with lower care experience ratings reported during April to June 2012. Dependent variables were overall care rating (scale 1–10), percentage of respondents answering that they would recommend the NH, and assessments of five care and resident life domains (scale 1–4). Care experiences reported in 2012 were high; however, after controlling for covariates, ownership change was associated with significant decreases in 6 out of 7 measures, including a 0.39-point decrease in overall care rating (p = .001). NH managers and policy makers should consider strategies to improve patient-centeredness after ownership change.     

Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services: How Consumer Access Is Restricted by State Policies

State Medicaid programs have expanded home and community-based services (HCBS). This article compares trends and variations in state policies for Medicaid HCBS programs in 2005 and 2010. State limitations on financial eligibility criteria and service benefits have remained stable. Although the use of consumer direction, independent providers, and family care providers has increased, some states do not have these options. The increased adoption of state cost control policies have led to large increases in persons on waiver wait lists. Access could be improved by standardizing and liberalizing state HCBS policies, but state fiscal concerns are barriers to rebalancing between HCBS and institutional services.     

合肥市家电产业发展现状与升级对策——基于波特-邓宁模型的分析

依据相关调查数据,运用"波特-邓宁模型"分析了合肥家电产业现状以及升级障碍,认为合肥家电产业在区位、基础设施、政策环境等方面状况良好,但在要素保障、相关产业支持、创新能力、国际竞争力等方面仍存在一定问题;文章提出应通过完善生产要素保障体系、促进相关产业发展、加强政府引导、构建协同创新体系、推动产业外向度等措施来推动合肥家电产业转型升级。     

生计策略对农村留守妇女婚姻满意度的影响①——性生活质量的调节作用

构建性生活质量调节下的生计策略对婚姻满意度影响分析框架,利用安徽巢湖问卷调查数据,本文以非留守妇女和准留守妇女为参照,描述了农村留守妇女的生计策略、性生活质量和婚姻满意度现状,并采用有序回归方法对生计策略和性生活质量对婚姻满意度的影响进行了分析。结果表明：家庭再生产策略对非留守妇女婚姻满意度有显著的积极影响;工资性工作和家庭再生产策略对准留守妇女婚姻满意度有显著的消极影响;农业生产策略对留守妇女婚姻满意度有显著的积极影响,家庭经营和工资性工作策略则对留守妇女婚姻满意度有显著消极影响。此外,性生活质量不仅本身对非留守妇女和留守妇女的婚姻满意度有较强的促进作用,同时也在生计策略对婚姻满意度的影响过程中发挥不同的调节作用。上述发现对提高农村留守妇女婚姻福利有重要启示。     

文学治疗作用的理论探讨

本文从文学治疗的心理学依据、美学依据、文学是人类存在的精神家园的现实性、预见性以及文学治疗实现途径等理论探讨中,提出了文学的治疗作用应是文学的第四功能的观点,以期给当代作家提供历史借鉴,并呼吁进入文学理论教材。     

居家养老与社区服务研究综述

居家养老作为一种具有中国特色的养老新模式,基本符合我国的国情,顺应了社会化养老的国际潮流。本文从居家养老发展的客观依据、所存在的问题及完善措施等多个方面对目前这一领域内的研究进行了回顾和评论,并提出了进一步研究的方向。
