江苏省国有企业思想政治工作调研及对策思考

为正确把握江苏省国有企业思想政治工作的现状和特点,进行了一系列的调研。通过调研发现,江苏省国有企业思想政治工作在取得成绩的同时也存在着职工理论素养不高,思想政治工作脱离生产经营实际,思想政治教育内容形式单一等问题,必须不断提高企业员工的理论素养,创建有特色的企业文化,开创思想政治工作的新局面。

互联网作为信息时代的一种新形媒体,对青少年的影响越来越大,甚至成为青少年日常生活的一部分。然而现代科技的发明在给我们带来方便、快捷,为当代思想政治教育方式、方法、手段、措施的现代化提供了可能的同时,也对传统思想政治教育提出了种种挑战,已影响了互联网世界青少年思想政治教育功效的发挥。因此,本文着重谈一谈互联网对青少年思想政治教育功效提出的挑战。

Regression,Self-Disclosure,and the Teach or Treat Dilemma: Implications of a Relational Approach for Social Work Supervision

This paper presents a brief review of a relational approach to clinical supervision and argues for its application in social work settings. Although an integral and essential part of practice, clinical supervision is underrepresented in the practice literature. Given this paucity of writings on supervision, the recent book by Mary Gail Frawley-O'Dea and Joan Sarnat, The Supervisory Relationship: A Contemporary Psychodynamic Approach, stands out as a seminal contribution because the authors present a fully developed relational model of supervision that fills a major gap in the development of contemporary relational theory and practice. We selectively review the basic concepts and principles of Frawley-O'Dea and Sarnat's model and apply this supervisory approach to current social work practice. Our focus will be on exploring three controversial and much-debated topics: self-disclosure, regression, and the teach or treat dilemma. Case vignettes from two supervisory experiences will serve to illustrate how a relational approach enhances both the treatment and the supervisory relationship.

新闻宣传是高校思想政治工作的重要方面。它依赖校内外特定的传媒,诸如校刊、广播、电视、网络、公共传媒,在高校思想政治工作和改革发展事业中发挥着独特且重要的引导、沟通、激励作用。必须克服来自认识不足、管理体制矛盾、题材有限性削弱、社会生活的多元化冲击所带来的困惑。要统一思想、加强建设投入,以“联系”、“实在”、“信服”、“创新”、“引导”的思路,强化高校新闻宣传工作的多样性、丰富性、层次性、针对性、实效性。     

网络与当代大学生的思想政治教育

在高校对大学生开展思想政治教育过程中,充分利用网络文化优势,发挥其信息传播、传道授业、教育引导、交流讨论等育人作用,既必要又可行。但网络是双刃剑,我们必须站在制高点上,加大宣传引导力度,提高网络思想政治工作队伍整体素质,完善网络管理制度,采取有效措施,排除不良影响,使网络在高校思政教育中发挥积极作用。     

Dilemmas in the daily work of social insurance officers

Social insurance officers, through their work with rehabilitation, have become an important part of the welfare state. The aim of this study was to explore the nature of the dilemmas they experience in their daily work using the critical incident technique. Dilemmas reported concerned 1) cooperation with other agents in the rehabilitation process, 2) internal social insurance routines and 3) direct client management. Consequences of dilemmas were delayed handling, extra work, emotional strain and ethical conflicts. The dilemmas were handled through continued rehabilitation, coordination measures and decision-making. The findings showed the division of medical investigation and benefit decision in two authorities, the lack of education in behavioral sciences among the officers and divergent goals in different authorities. Further studies are needed on the rehabilitation process as well as the daily practice of social insurance officers.
