基于Mathematica的两类特殊函数的高阶导数算法

本文设计出了求隐函数和参数方程所确定的函数的任意阶导数的Mathematica程序,这对于从事数学教学和科研人员是非常有意义的.     

高职教育课程体系构建

阐明了“课程体系”在高职教育中的地位,分析了现行高等职业教育课程体系中存在的专业设置不合理、课程设置不准确、教材规划缺乏统一性、实践课和选修课所占的比重不足等问题。并从专业设置、课程设置、教材规划、课程实施、教学和课程评价体系几个方面深入探讨了高等职业教育中课程体系的构建思路。

主观推介与隐性评价——“不/没+VP1+等于+没/没有+VP2”构式探析

评价是一个表达范畴,与句法、语义和语用都密切相关。评价意义可以通过词汇手段显性表达,也可以通过句法手段隐性表达。由于隐性表达比较隐蔽,对其进行发掘和整理就显得尤为重要。本文属于隐性评价的个案研究,论述了“不/没+VP1+等于+没/没有+VP2”构式的句法和语义、构式的主观性和主观化、构式的语用功能,发现该构式表达一个蕴含假设关系的主观等值命题,主观性非常强。构式由动词“等于”连接前后两项,语义重心在前,其构式义是主观推介和隐性评价的复合。该构式具有焦点凸显、广告宣传、施为导向等语用功能。     

基于专业核心能力导向的小学教育专业课程改革的思考

在高校应用型转型过程中,小教专业应以培养出符合社会期待的拥有较强专业核心能力的高素养毕业生作为成果导向,这个成果应该具备创新能力的、卓越的、多元文化素养的小学教师。和其它专业比较,小教师范生的核心素养还应该具备高尚的教育情怀,系统的教育教学思维等综合性能力,良好的个人素质和较强的实践能力。基于核心素养理念的小学教育专业课程改革,要先确定培养目标,然后强化学生的教育情怀,全面提升学生综合性能力,注重学生个人素质的提高与注重学生实践能力的培养,最后设计并落实课改的实施方案。     

Debunking macro myths: findings from recent graduates about jobs,salaries, and skills

Research suggests that interest in macro social work practice is declining, a trend that has been well documented in the United States. Studies find that social work educators and practitioners may foster beliefs among MSW students that discredit macro practice and associated skills while asserting macro graduates are likely to face poorer employment prospects and lower salaries than micro counterparts as they start their careers. This study builds on and extends this literature by examining 27 skills in their current job using a five-point Likert-type scale among the early career trajectory of MSW alumni (N = 182) who graduated between 2008 and 2012 from a public social work institution in the southeastern United States. The skills included in the survey, as well as decisions about how to group them into scales, were made based on theoretical links between the skills by macro faculty members. Findings highlight the use of macro practice skills regardless of concentration focus, no differences in salary, or the time it takes to find employment between micro and macro alumni. Implications for social work education are discussed.     

Social Work Student Learning Experiences of Family Therapy: Improving Competency in Pedagogy Through Qualitative Research

The purpose of this qualitative study is to evaluate graduate social work student experiences of pedagogy intended to improve competency in family therapy practice. Students from two classes (N = 37) completed open‐ended surveys assessing: perceptions of most helpful pedagogical practices; understanding of needed competencies; and perceived opportunities offered to them during their graduate training for learning about work with couples and families. Results, analysed using grounded theory methodology, revealed that students: (1) believed that experiential activities were especially critical for learning how to do clinical practice with couples and families; (2) understood important competencies related to professional development, therapeutic engagement with the family, and how to approach family practice; and (3) believed they were ‘somewhat prepared’ for practice. Implications include improving understanding of abstract skills in practice with couples and families, and emphasising relationship dynamics more in graduate social work education and training.
