当前徽州竹雕手工技艺传承模式存在的问题及对策

徽州竹雕手工技艺现有四种传承模式:师徒传承、父子传承、职业学校教学习艺、雇工式传承,这四种模式都存在着不同的问题与挑战。在当今社会语境下,要完善徽州竹雕手工技艺的传承机制,必须从以下方面着手:建立竹雕行业专业技术鉴定与管理组织,确立行业行为规范;颁布学徒合格标准,颁发证书,完善考核制度;规范学徒培养程序;政府对带徒师父和学徒给予经济支持,减小其经济压力。     

语言风格学视角下的工程俄语翻译浅析

语言风格学是一门从修辞学和文艺理论中分化出来的有关语言运用的新兴学科;工程俄语是科技风格的俄语,是工程技术领域的交流语言。从语言风格学的视角来讨论工程俄语在词汇和语法等方面的特点以及结合实例分析工程俄语的翻译可知,只有正确的掌握专业术语、精准记忆缩略语、准确翻译同根词、把控翻译对象的间架结构,才能提高工程俄语的口头、书面翻译技巧和准确性。与此同时,还应基于俄语和中文的不同语言特点,将工程俄语同译者母语（即中文）相比较,处理好翻译的语序和取舍关系,并且不断积累和更新相关科技知识,才能做好工程俄语的翻译。     

Foster Carer Strain and its Impact on Parenting and Placement Outcomes for Adolescents

Drawing on recently completed research funded by the Departmentof Health, this article examines the extent of strain on thefoster carers of adolescents, its influence on parenting practicesand the overall impact on placement outcomes. The research find­ingsshow that foster-carers’ parenting capacity was markedlyreduced in a number of specific areas when they had experienceda high number of stressful life events in the six months priorto the young person’s arrival or were under considerablestrain during the placement. Conduct problems, hyperactivityand violent behaviour by the young people increased carer strain,as did contact difficulties with the children’s families.Problems in contacting social workers were linked to elevatedstrain, whilst strain was lessened when carers received helpfrom friends or from local professionals. Signifi­cantlyhigher disruption rates were experienced by strained carersand these placements were also less beneficial to the youngpeople.     

Steps towards an integration of basic therapeutic skills: a qualitative study of the development of the ideas of 15 social work students about being helpful to clients

Social work students ( n =39) were shown 10 videotaped client situations prior to and after participating in a communication skills training course. At both times, they were asked to write proposals for helpful answers for each of these situations. Proposals made by a sample of 15 students were analyzed with regard to patterns in their answers before and after the training course. These 15 were selected by using quantitative data identifying those students who changed their level of communicated empathy during the training course and those who did not. The communication course is described. Patterns in the proposals are examined and discussed in relation to central concepts of helping; such as acknowledging, empathic communication and working alliance. Three steps in the development of skillfulness are described and suggested as more general steps in the acquisition of therapeutic competence. The validity and reliability of the study are discussed, as well as possible implications of the findings for social work education.

基于消费者调查数据的实证分析发现：对于抽象产品组以及牛奶组,人文层面国家产品形象、自然层面国家形象、自然层面国家产品形象等三个维度的来源国形象均对消费者态度有显著正向影响;对于苹果组,只有自然层面国家形象和自然层面国家产品形象影响显著。同时,由于消费者产品属性感知的影响,抽象产品组与牛奶组还存在影响系数差异。此外,国家产品形象相较于国家形象对消费者产品态度的影响更大。     

运动技能迁移原理在体育教学中的应用研究

体育教学中的技能迁移是有条件的，相对的，它们相互作用、相互制约。在教学过程中，针对不同项目特点，按照运动技能迁移规律处理教学内容的纵、横向联系，对于合理案件安排教学进度，力求形成最佳排列次序、促进体育教学更加科学化有着重要意义。     

高职高专学生软技能指标体系的构建、实施与评估

通过对高职高专学生所需要的软技能进行分析,结合用人单位的实际要求,构建出一套符合高职高专教育层次的软技能培养指标体系,并提出如何在现有条件下贯彻和实施该指标体系,以及围绕该指标体系的建立应该怎样进行相应的教学改革。     

外语言语技能心理结构探析

外语技能和外语知识是外语能力的两个基本构成要素。但是,对外语技能的深层次的研究和了解未能受到人们的关注。文章对外语言语技能的心理结构、内在构成因素以及各因素之间的相互运作机制进行了探讨和揭示,并且这些探讨和揭示对于外语言语技能的认识和教学实践都有相应的作用和价值。     

Evidence-Based Social Work Practice with Mentally Ill Persons who Abuse Alcohol and Other Drugs

Abstract

The current article outlines a comprehensive approach to evidence-based social work practice, and applies it to persons with severe and persistent mental illness who also abuse alcohol and other drugs. Representative empirical literature is summarized within a framework that delineates the three major functions of evidence-based social work practice: assessment, intervention and evaluation. Assessment protocol, which incorporates the use of valid scales to complement the qualitative interview, is based on domain-specific research that outlines relevant psychosocial risk factors, and highlights those that are amenable to change. Intervention strategies are derived from the growing body of controlled research findings, but flexibility in implementation is recommended to accommodate clients' individual needs and the vagaries of daily practice. Naturalistic evaluation methods are used to capitalize on the use of brief, valid process and outcome measures to augment individual qualitative evaluation and to aggregate data for program evaluation. The implications of this integrated evidence-based strategy for social work practice are discussed.     

Would rethinking learning disabilities benefit Kuwait?

Learning disabilities education in Kuwait grew from Kuwaiti’s wholesale importation of the Western, medical model of disability – a model basically incompatible with Kuwaiti culture. Conflicting factors include its problematic normal/abnormal binary, its assumption that the ‘deficit’ is located in the student and the segregation of students by label. As proponents of disability studies we investigate whether, and if so how, Arab educators at Kuwait’s only learning disabilities school talk about this incompatibility. Through focus group and individual, in‐depth conversational interviews we found that they acknowledged this tension, but that they dealt with it in more complex ways than we had anticipated: by compartmentalizing, accepting the imported model as the only alternative to overcrowded public education and subjugating their experiential awareness to that of the Western scientific model.
