我国金融业与现代物流的互动发展

随着现代物流业的迅速发展和金融体制改革的不断创新,双方需要在更高层次上以一种更新的理念构建更顺畅的合作关系和更高效的运行机制,以此取得良好的互动发展效果。中国的金融业应当与物流业携起手来,加强合作,共通信息,互相促进,将有限的资金合理、科学、高效地利用好,更好地为我国的经济建设服务,实现真正的“双赢”。     

Improving the contributions of technology assessment to the health care system of the U.S.A.

Summary Based on 14 case studies of highly effective therapies and the reasons they succeeded less frequently than they could, we propose a variety of steps to improve the health care system of the U.S.A. Whatever proposal emerges from current national debates until innovations are shown to be safe and effective, they should not be supported; when slightly better technologies are much more expensive than other good ones we need to consider appropriate choices carefully; simplified billing and bookkeping would reduce our costs; when a technology is rapidly introduced cautionnary measures may be needed; tracking immunization and repairing their omissions requires a new system; educational programs such as seen effective in hypertension should be applied in other areas such as vaccination; in organ transplantation the nation should consider “presumed consent”; our payment system sometimes creates perverse incentives and therefore needs review; and the preferences of the public in allocation of health resources need to be discovered once the public is informed about the issues. 本文用信息经济学的理论和计量经济学的实证分析方法研究了我国核准制下的新股定价问题 ,指出市场主体决策时的信息差异是造成新股发行价和上市价相背离的主要原因 ,并构建多元回归模型对这一假设进行了检验。     

论公司法上的自我交易

对于自我交易,各国公司立法确立了比较完备的实体规规和相应有效的救济程序,而我国现行的《公司法》只是在第61条第2款作了原则性的禁止规定,缺乏可操作性。鉴于现有立法之不足,通过对各国关于自我交易规定的比较研究,试图确立符合法理的实体和程序规则,使得我国公司法上的自我交易问题得到有效解决。     

On calculating the fisher information in order statistics

This article gives a simple result for the expression of the Fisher information in order statistics. This result enables us to calculate easily the Fisher information in any set of order statistics whose details have been known to be messy and complicated. We consider here its application in the optimal spacing problem where the exact Fisher information in order statistics has been approximated with the asymptotic information or the reciprocal of the variance of a suitable estimator.
