轻化工程专业仪器分析课程教学改革初探

随着现代科学仪器的发展和广泛应用,仪器分析教学的地位和作用愈加显现。为适应现代社会对复合型人才的需求和响应国家培养创新型人才的战略方针,根据仪器分析课程的特点,从课程建设、教学方法与手段以及考核体系等方面对该课程的改革进行了探讨。     

略论英美古典自由主义的价值观

英美自由主义价值观重视工具理性和责任伦理,强调人的理性的有限性和人的不完善性,相信人是有缺陷的动物,人也因此应审慎地对待事物;同时,它重视自发秩序在制度发展中的作用,提倡尊重传统、惯例和习俗,慎言革命,关注社会发展的连续性等,这种价值观带有很强的工具理性、功利主义的特征,它既有优点,也有其缺陷,需要我们认真的思考和应对。     

工作场所偏离行为的研究发展回顾及展望

工作场所偏离行为是企业普遍存在的亟待解决的问题,但国内的学术界对此议题的研究相对匮乏。该文献整理了工作场所偏离行为研究的发展的三个阶段:早期零散研究阶段、起步阶段和发展阶段,借以加深学术界对这一组织行为学新兴的研究议题的理解和重视。     

十年来中国抗争运动研究评述

上世纪90年代以来,中国的抗争运动爆发的频度和影响力不断增长,吸引了越来越多研究者的关注,海内外关于这一题域的研究也日渐兴起。这一研究题域在概念谱系上呈现出多元化的状态,以过程分析、结构分析和机制分析作为其主要的分析路径,以集体行动、日常抵抗、社会动员以及政治过程等理论为指导,并特别关注抗争运动与民主政治的关系;在研究方法上,规范性实证研究的比例正在上升,定量研究和比较研究是未来的发展方向。     

论侵略罪

由于侵略罪是一种严重危及国际和平与安全的国际犯罪,所以,《国际刑事法院罗马规约》将侵略罪规定为国际刑事法院有权管辖的四类犯罪之一。但是,由于在《罗马规约》起草过程中对侵略罪的定义始终未取得共识,使得该罪成为国际刑事法院所管辖的犯罪中唯一未被界定的犯罪。《罗马规约》生效后成立的国际刑事法院预备委员会提出了《侵略罪提案综合案文》,该案文必须得到《罗马规约》缔约国大会的正式通过,才能生效。     

工具实在论学派述评

工具实在论学派认为,科学的技术体现是科学发现和知识产生的手段,仪器是科学技术体现的方式。当代科学不是偶然地,而是在本质上通过仪器被技术化体现的。在工具实在论学派的视野中,科学的技术即仪器成为揭示新事物的基础,人类知觉的放大和增强也只有通过仪器才会发生。正因如此,工具实在论学派具有对现有科学哲学的批判性、仪器和实验核心地位的实践性以及对身体和知觉关注的现象学性三个特点。     

Marital Conflict and Children's Emotions: The Development of an Anger Organization

The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between anger‐based marital conflict and the development of an anger organization in children between the ages of 4 and 8 years old. Anger organization was defined as an adversarial approach to relationships demonstrated through (a) short‐term anger expressions during social interaction and (b) aggression in relationships. Seventy‐one children from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds, their mothers, and their teachers participated in the study. Mothers completed questionnaires on anger‐based marital conflict and on children's aggression. Sociometric ratings of anger and aggression were obtained from peers. Teachers supplied reports of children's aggression. Children's short‐term emotional expression and the circumstances that elicited emotions were observed during peer interaction. Anger‐based marital conflict was found to be strongly associated with peer, maternal, and teacher reports of aggression, but not with reports of internalizing symptomatology. Anger‐based marital conflict was also associated with short‐term anger expressions, but not with short‐term expressions of sadness. I argue that children develop an emotional organization in which anger predominates when they are exposed to high levels of anger‐based marital conflict.     

Projection‐Based Statistical Inference in Linear Structural Models with Possibly Weak Instruments

It is well known that standard asymptotic theory is not applicable or is very unreliable in models with identification problems or weak instruments. One possible way out consists of using a variant of the Anderson–Rubin ((1949), AR) procedure. The latter allows one to build exact tests and confidence sets only for the full vector of the coefficients of the endogenous explanatory variables in a structural equation, but not for individual coefficients. This problem may in principle be overcome by using projection methods (Dufour (1997), Dufour and Jasiak (2001)). At first sight, however, this technique requires the application of costly numerical algorithms. In this paper, we give a general necessary and sufficient condition that allows one to check whether an AR‐type confidence set is bounded. Furthermore, we provide an analytic solution to the problem of building projection‐based confidence sets from AR‐type confidence sets. The latter involves the geometric properties of “quadrics” and can be viewed as an extension of usual confidence intervals and ellipsoids. Only least squares techniques are needed to build the confidence intervals.
