从翻译能力到职业能力: 译员从业能力再思考简

在翻译产业化、职业化转型的背景下,高校翻译专业不但要培养学生双语转换、技术/工具能力,而且要着力培养学生在翻译产业集群甚至相关职业群中择业、转岗、适应职业变化以及交流合作、组织协调能力.翻译能力、方法能力、社会能力整体地构成了译员职业能力,译员从业能力的研究应适时把对“翻译能力”的研究转向对“职业能力”的研究.     

论农村土地制度改革若干重大问题

在介绍"大包干"是小岗村农民在生存环境胁迫下的首创基础上,阐述了中共十一届三全会审时度势,把农民的首创上升为农村改革的方向;在介绍城市国有土地改革成功的基础上,论述了冲破农村建设用地改革盲点,显化和实现农村建设用地沉睡资产的必要性。据此,对十八届三中全会关于农村土地制度改革问题进行了解读,认为深化农地经营制度改革切忌急于求成,农村土地制度改革必须坚持中国特色的原则,走综合改革的道路。     

Engaging young people in science education through socioscientific issues of biosecurity

ABSTRACT

The biosecurity system is extremely important to New Zealand because the economy is based largely on exporting products derived from primary industry practices. Recent developments in trade practices such as online trade have put the biosecurity system in New Zealand under further strain. In light of this, engaging young people to support biosecurity initiatives is crucial. A qualitative approach using the interpretive mode of inquiry was used to investigate the message young people got out of biosecurity educational material in the public. One hundred and seventy-one young people completed a questionnaire that consisted of Likert-scale type questions and open-ended questions that focused on getting young people’s understanding of biosecurity related educational material. The findings show that young people emotionally connected with the biosecurity educational material, but were unable to get the biosecurity message. Building prior knowledge about biosecurity through teaching and learning is recommended.     

论行政事业单位的财务监管

实施财务监管对于行政事业单位管理工作的改进、提高以及预防腐败的产生具有重要的意义和作用。文章对目前行政事业单位财务监管存在的问题进行分析,并从行政事业单位管理法规和制度、内部财务管理制度、监管人员法律保护和财务人员队伍建设等方面,对进一步完善行政事业单位财务监管工作提出具体措施。     

论基层检察院审查逮捕制度运作理论模型之建构——兼及刑事诉讼实证研究方法的拓展

利用在四个基层检察院的实证调查材料,并借用社会与组织理论的概念,建构了基层检察院审查逮捕制度日常运作的理论模型。从此理论模型中,可以看到中国审查逮捕制度运作的真实情景,也能够体会到其中种种因素之间相互交错与影响的关系。此模型还提供了思考审查逮捕制度乃至整个刑事司法制度变迁的理论空间。     

The Transition to Parenthood for Lesbian Couples

Abstract

While there is a slowly growing literature on lesbians with older children, the literature on the transition to parenthood for lesbian couples is scant. The current study examines aspects of the transition to parenthood experience for 29 lesbian couples. Specifically, this study explores aspects of couples' decision-making regarding alternative insemination (e.g., who would carry and bear the child, donor type), perceptions of social support across the transition to parenthood, and availability and use of legal safeguards (such as wills, powers of attorney, and coparent adoptions by nonbiological mothers). Future studies should explore how single lesbians manage the transition to parenthood. Research on lesbians and gay men who are pursuing parenthood through adoption is also needed.     

Empirical Research About Same-Sex Intimate Partner Violence: A Methodological Review

This article presents a systematic review of empirical research examining intimate partner violence among same-sex couples. Seventeen studies that met the inclusion criteria were rated using a 15-item evaluation questionnaire. The results indicated that the existing body of research examining same-sex intimate partner violence demonstrates some common methodological strengths and limitations. The authors conclude with a list of recommendations for future research based on the results of this study.     

Differences in Caregiver Self-Efficacy and Satisfaction Related to Sexual Abuse of Offspring

Research suggests parents of sexually abused children may experience negative perceptions of themselves and their parenting abilities following the victimization of their children, which may influence the recovery process in treatment for these families. This study assessed perceived self-efficacy and parenting satisfaction among female caregivers of sexually abused children and female caregivers whose children were not victimized. Results indicated that caregivers of child victims had significantly lower levels of perceived parenting efficacy than their counterparts. There were no significant differences found between groups with regard to parenting satisfaction. The results highlight the importance of evaluating perceived parenting competence in the treatment of nonoffending caregivers in order to facilitate optimal treatment of the child victim and all members of the family system.     

关于软腭与调息的几个问题

根据人体自然生成的原理,阐述了软腭在调息中的重要作用,着重测判调息时在没有时间的空间中,软腭能令气息有超越的线条美感。声乐教学,示体悟为契机,充分肯定软腭在思维调控下主动配合调息会产生美好的头腔共鸣,并对歌唱高音有着针对性的功效。调息对歌唱所发挥的效用不可低估。     

Child custody issues and co‐occurrence of intimate partner violence and child maltreatment: controversies and points of agreement amongst practitioners

The situation of families undergoing separation in a context of co‐occurrence of intimate partner violence (IPV) and child maltreatment raises certain issues related to child custody. The results presented in this paper were collected and analysed within the framework of a qualitative study aiming to identify the principal points of agreement and the main controversies amongst practitioners in several different types of organizations. Focus groups were held with a total of 43 practitioners from six different settings concerned with child custody in cases of co‐occurrence of IPV and child maltreatment. Although they agreed on the importance of ensuring the safety of victims of violence, their views diverged on three points: (1) the importance of preserving the father–child relationship; (2) collaboration between voluntary organizations and semi‐voluntary or legal agencies; and (3) consideration of cultural differences.
