对明末人物画变异画风的思考

变异画风是一批艺术家大胆对传统再分析、重阐释而形成的结果。明末人物画变异画风,由丁云鹏、吴彬、崔子忠、陈洪绶等不同凡响的画家共同探索而形成。他们结合社会反中和的审美需求,提炼五代非主流画家贯休罗汉图中的风格化元素,融合个人自由奔放的情感,获得了怪诞奇异的效果,扭转了流丽柔靡时风,引导了人物画崭新的审美取向,对后世画坛影响巨大。     

Further Evaluation of the Performance Diagnostic Checklist-Safety (PDC-Safety)

ABSTRACT

We further evaluated the Performance Diagnostic Checklist- Safety (PDC-Safety) by comparing the effectiveness of a PDC-Safety indicated intervention with a PDC-Safety non-indicated intervention for three employees at a clinic serving children with intellectual disabilities. The interventions targeted participants’ hand washing before working with clients. The results of the PDC-Safety suggested that the antecedents and information domain was most problematic. First, a non-indicated intervention, which included access to additional materials (i.e., hand sanitizer), was implemented and found to be ineffective. Next, an indicated intervention, which included prompting, was found to be effective to increase safe performance to acceptable levels for two of the three participants; one participant required feedback to substantially improve and maintain safe performance.

平衡计分卡是综合评价企业绩效的一种基本方法。为此,在利用平衡计分卡的管理思想的基础上,以某石油企业人力资源部为例,对石油企业的绩效管理进行了系统的设计,为石油企业的绩效管理提供了一种新思路和新方法。     

绩效产出过程的机理综述与建模--基于动态能力和领导力视角

传统研究将企业间绩效产出差异归因于产业、战略与资源的差异，具有静态描述与结果分析的特点，企业无法据此从过程机理出发寻求改善绩效的方法。鉴于此，将组织的动态能力与领导力引入绩效产出差异的解释模型，试图归纳过程影响因素与作用机理。总结了动态能力、领导力与绩效三者之间的关系，阐明以往单一关联关系研究的结论及其弊端，提出一个新的概念模型，并通过实证方法验证，为组织动态能力和领导力的角度解释过程绩效提供理论依据和经验证据。     

Challenging perceptions of disability through performance poetry methods: the ‘Seen but Seldom Heard’ project

This paper considers performance poetry as a method to explore lived experiences of disability. We discuss how poetic inquiry used within a participatory arts-based research framework can enable young people to collectively question society’s attitudes and actions towards disability. Poetry will be considered as a means to develop a more accessible and effective arena in which young people with direct experience of disability can be empowered to develop new skills that enable them to tell their own stories. Discussion of how this can challenge audiences to critically reflect upon their own perceptions of disability will also be developed.     

关于COOK算例的数值解

COOK算例没有理论解,文献中常用的参考解与大量优秀单元的计算解有较明显差别,影响了对单元性能的客观公正评价。为获得更准确、更可靠的计算解,分别用4-40次高次元和Q8、T6、QM6低次元进行逼近,考察算例的有限元渐进收敛解。结果表明,在5位有效数字下该问题的解为vC=23.967,σAmax=0.23687,σBmax=-0.20352。     

Embodied labour in music work

This paper frames the work of performance as embodied labour in order to understand the contingent production of particular music performances. It is an interdisciplinary account that sits at the intersection of the sociology of work, culture and the body. The concept of embodied labour is developed with reference to the complex account of materiality – of bodies and things – present in Tim Ingold's account of skill. This material account of skill is used to inform use to develop already of well established conceptualizations of body labour: craft, emotional and aesthetic labour through a reading of how these dimensions of embodied labour make possible the work of performance.     

红十字精神推动大学生思想道德建设调研报告——以南通地区为例
