浅谈高校学生人文化管理

本文对人文化管理的内涵进行了分析,并结合当代大学生的特点和人文化管理工作的优势,阐述了新时期高校学生工作实施人文化管理的模式。     

大学生网络购物感知风险评价体系研究

本文根据大学生网络购物的特点,提出了大学生在网络购物过程中的各感知风险因素,通过问卷调查对西安市几所高校的大学生进行网络购物各个风险因素的实证研究,利用SPSS工具从有效问卷中提炼出了大学生网络购物过程中的五大感知风险维度,建立了大学生网络购物感知风险评价体系,并为网络企业针对大学生进行网络营销提出了具体对策。     

从中泰学生音乐会看我国音乐教育的现状

我国全面推行素质教育,美育被列为教育方针的内容之一,音乐教育作为美育教育的重要载体,得到了迅速的发展.但是,由于教育观念、教育内容、教育方法和评价体系等方面的制约,音乐教育的现状却不容乐观.通过中国和泰国学生在一场音乐会上的不同表现,作者对我国的音乐教育现状进行了分析和思考.     

高职生“新媒体”使用状况的调查研究

通过对我院2012级、2013级的在校生开展问卷调查,充分了解学生日常运用"新媒体"的情况,把握住学生运用"新媒体"的习惯性和规律性,更好的研究高职生新媒体素养状况,提出改进工作的相关建议,以期"量体裁衣"的打造学院"新媒体思政教育平台",创新网络思政教育形式,提升教育效果。     

The Origin of Major Choice,Academic Commitment,and Career‐Decision Readiness Among Taiwanese College Students

The present study aimed to examine if and how career‐decision readiness relates to the origin of college major choice among Taiwanese college students. A total of 375 junior and senior college students (147 women, 228 men) responded to measures of college major choice, academic commitment, career self‐efficacy, and career‐decision readiness. Results indicated that students' academic commitment to a college major tend to increase when they choose their majors based on personal and career preferences. In sequence, high levels of academic commitment lead to high levels of career self‐efficacy, and increased self‐efficacy augments the extent of career‐decision readiness that students manifest near the end of their college education. These findings have practical implications insofar as many Asian students choose a college major because of parents and other authority figures, and these findings demonstrate that a full understanding of career‐decision readiness may require incorporating the origin of college major choice and its academic effects into future research.     

Speed Mentoring in Teaching and Learning: Young people with experience of the care system mentor social work students

The value of listening and talking to young people with experience of the care system has been recognised as a vital and positive contribution to social work students' learning. A model of co-production was used to develop a series of speed mentoring events whereby social work students placed in local authority children and family settings were mentored by young people with experience of the care system. This tentative review of this small-scale project shares the authors' critical reflections on the value and reliability of this model, for evaluating the outcomes of co-productive mentoring relationships between young people and social work students. The reversal of the power dynamic between student and service user contributed to the unsettling of assumptions about each other and empathy for each other's role. The student authors reflect on learning about the child's experience that has influenced their practice. The mentor authors welcomed the opportunity to participate in the development of ‘young people friendly’ social workers. Suggestions are made as to how this model could be developed to contribute to a more systematic approach to the role of service users in mentoring, advising and contributing to the supervision process of students and social workers.     

Does Drinking Alcohol Prior to Sexual Activity Influence College Students’ Consent?

Objectives: This study assessed the extent to which consuming alcohol prior to sexual activity influenced college students' verbal/behavior cues utilized to communicate consent (external consent) as well as their feelings associated with consent (internal consent). Methods: Data was collected via paper-and-pencil surveys administered to heterosexual college students (N = 794) in the United States. Results: After controlling for gender, relationship status, rape myth acceptance, and alcohol expectancies, findings indicated that alcohol consumption prior to sexual activity was associated with both internal and external consent. Conclusions: Current findings can help inform sexual assault prevention education programming given the high rates of sexual assault occurring on college campuses that involve alcohol consumption.     

向党靠拢,被党接纳:大学生入党问题研究

入党是一个双向选择的过程:首先是个体对党的选择--递交入党申请,随后是党对个体的选择--筛选符合要求的成员。本文利用"首都大学生成长追踪调查"(2009-2012年)数据探讨了影响大学生申请入党和被党接纳的各方面因素。离散型事件史模型分析发现,提出入党申请的大学生和最终被党接纳的大学生符合传统的选拔标准,即学业成绩优异,社团活动积极,担任学生干部,人际关系密切。不过,无论是申请者还是入党者,与其他学生相比,在自尊程度、上进心和事业心等方面都没有明显的个性特征(心理特质)。此外,申请入党的大学生在政治理念、实用主义倾向和服从性方面有一定的特征,但这些特征基本不会影响到他们能否入党。本文的另外一个发现是,高校背景替代了家庭背景,成为影响大学生申请和入党的重要因素。     

乡村中学生基督徒的文化冲突与文化适应——基于甘肃W村的田野调查

本文通过对甘肃省一个基督徒较为集中的村庄的田野研究, 探讨了乡村中学生基督徒在日常生活和社会化过程中,由于同时接触中国传统文化、基督教文化和科学文化而经历的文化冲突和由此引发的文化适应问题。研究发现,宗教风俗的冲突给中学生基督徒带来的文化冲突较为普遍,不过,中国人集体主义取向的应对模式,“人情”大于“神情”的宗教观,在一定程度上有助于消解这些冲突;对中学生基督徒来说,初中时期是一个转折期,学校主导的科学知识得到更多的认可,对宗教知识产生了疑问,随之信仰产生了分化。
