战略营销规划在中国企业中的运用——基于扎根理论范式的多案例探索性研究

文章通过运用扎根理论的研究方法,对来自不同行业的中国五家大型企业战略营销规划的构建方式、制定过程和贯彻过程进行多案例实证分析,发现战略营销解码研讨会作为制订战略营销规划的一种方式,具有增强决策者的战略营销知识、良好的沟通平台、增强员工的参与性和使命感、博弈和协商的平台,以及促进员工对价值观的认同等特征。这些特征较好地克服了一些文献提到的制定和执行战略营销规划中的障碍,文章也因此演绎出一个包含战略营销规划构建方式、制定过程和贯彻过程的冰山模型,可供中国企业参考和借鉴。     

英语口语考试中的非言语交际因素

英语口语考试既涉及言语交际又涉及非言语交际，它在考试内容、考试方式、参与者在考试过程中的参 与方式等方面不同于笔试。非言语交际因素在口语考试中主要表现在体态动作、面部表情、服饰装扮、讲话者之 间的距离、副语言等方面。文章欲探讨非言语交际在口语考试中的作用，以期分析影响口语考试成功实施的非言 语交际因素以及探讨考官如何应用非言语交际因素有效地进行考试。     

最佳1/2卷积码VITERBI译码算法的简化

本文给出了1/2卷积码篱笆图蝶形结构各支路间关系的三个定理,及最佳1/2卷积码的特征。根据这些特征并利用译码过程中共有的中间变量,使译码运算次数减少为原来的5/6,简化不影响译码性能,并适用于硬判决和软判决译码方式。     

Who Is the Boss and Who Is Not? Accuracy of Judging Status

We investigated whether people were accurate at judging other people's status, what behavioral and appearance cues they relied on when assessing status, whether the way those cues were used was accurate, and whether target gender affected any of the results. Targets (N = 48) were university employees (faculty and staff) who were photographed while interacting with a coworker. One sample of perceivers (66 females, 42 males) rated the relative status of the two people in the photograph to each other, and another sample (60 females and males) rated each target in the photograph on status. Additionally, an array of behavioral and appearance cues of targets in the photograph was assessed. Results showed that (1) people were able to assess status in others, (2) the cues they used to assess female and male targets were somewhat different, and (3) how much people relied on specific cues corresponded to how status was expressed in these cues.

研究了慢变频率非选择性瑞利衰落信道下Turbo码的性能。采用修正的欧几里德距离量度和信道状态信息进行最大似然译码的Turbo译码器，推导出完全交织瑞利衰落信道基于联合限和码字重量分布的性能上限，为瑞利衰落信道下Turbo码的设计提供一个有效的分析工具。     

非语言交际中的身心距离探析

在介绍非语言交际中的心理／身体距离（Immediacy）内涵及高低接触文化的基础上，剖析了身心距离对跨文化交际的影响，探讨了影响心理距离的诸因素（如文化因素、个性因素、彼此熟悉程度、彼此相似性以及经验与经历），提出了调整心理距离的方法（如内化所学知识、树宏愿／开阔视野／增强实践能力、建立平等观以及容忍与尊重文化差异等）并就如何运用身心距离的变化以增加跨文化交际的顺畅性提出了自己的见解。     

“Scissors,Please”: The Practical Accomplishment of Surgical Work in the Operating Theater

The focus of this article is on professional activity in the operating theater. We explore how surgeons and nurses organize their activities, how social interaction is used to help structure and define situations, and how differentials in knowledge are constructed and oriented to. We utilize some ideas and concepts from symbolic interactionism, ethnomethodology, and conversation analysis to analyze small clips of audio‐ and video‐recorded interaction. Focusing on how surgeons and nurses request, provide, and apply surgical instruments, the analysis shows how surgical work is accomplished through talk and bodily conduct. We conclude that, examined in detail, the social interaction between surgeons and nurses is analytically inseparable from the “technical” demands of their work.
