信任与不信任的频谱

信任和不信任都是一种多样化和连续性的存在,这种本性与自然界的频谱现象有诸多相似之处,因此假定它们都是社会意义上的一种频谱。与信任同质和异质的不信任分别构成信任的对立面和等价物。信任与不信任之间相互对立、各自独立又纠缠共生的复杂关系,可以在信任—不信任的一维、二维频谱中得到描述和澄清。它们的运行不但不能独立进行,还需要相关社会机制的配合乃至社会背景的支撑。信任的重建是一项复杂的社会工程,要有长远规划。     

Asperger's Coming Out of Our Ears: Making Sense of a Modern Epidemic

Asperger's syndrome (AS) as a diagnostic category has gained enormous popularity and the label is being applied with increasing liberality. While greater awareness of the disorder may be of advantage to certain children and their families, we argue that the over‐inclusive use of the diagnosis may also lead to professional conflicts and ethical dilemmas. Perhaps most concerning of these is that diagnostic ‘generosity’ may exclude children from treatments they would have received if an alternative formulation had been considered. We present clinical scenarios, with special consideration of contextual and intergenerational influences on the children's early lives, and offer alternative conceptualisations. We argue that the new ‘epidemic’ of Asperger's should not be allowed to compromise our professional standards. Assessment should always include a detailed family and developmental history. Finally, we would be interested in feedback from clinicians working in this field.

The digital rainbow: Some history and applications of numerical spectrum analysis

Statistical concepts and techniques are basic to scientific investigation. One concept that enjoys both a theoretical and a physical existence is the spectrum. A spectrum may be described as a display of the intensity or variability of a phenomenon versus period or frequency. Spectra are particularly useful in the study of systems subject to resonance, but have many other uses. This paper begins with some of the historical development of the field, describing a sequence of contributions by Michelson, Schuster, Einstein, Fisher, Bartlett, Tukey, and Whittle. The paper next presents collaborative applications to the study of the free oscillations of the earth, to the dispersion of seismic surface waves and to nuclear-magnetic-resonance spectroscopy. Finally, there is mention of open problems and opinions on future directions.

研究以柱层析－红外光谱法为主，辅以显色反应法和溶解试验法，对皇冠盖内基漆进行定性分析。研究方法是对复杂成分的涂料、粘合剂类材料定性分析的一种探索，定性分析结果是合成国产优良性能皇冠盖基漆的参考。     

股票价格持续大幅波动前后多重分形谱的异常及分析

利用多重分形谱可以深入地分析金融时间序列的微观结构及其特征.本文以民生银行、长江通信二上市公司的具体数据为例,以它们出现持续大幅震荡前后共35天的5min股价高频交易序列为原始数据,并将连续5天的高频数据分为一组,考察每支股票在持续大涨及持续大跌前后各个阶段时多重分形谱的形态及其重要参数的变化.研究表明股价持续大幅波动前后,股票价格的高频时间序列的多重分形谱具有前兆性的共同特征.运用本文的研究方法可以对个股持续大幅波动的开始及结束做出一定预测.     

基带升余弦谱波形的数字实现及其分析

介绍了二进制横向滤波器(BTF)直接实现数据限带传输升余弦谱脉冲波形成形的方法。着重研究了影响横向滤波器结构的参数(每波特内取样数 K,单位冲激响应波形旁瓣数 L)与BTF 的阻带衰减和所形成升余弦谱信号在最坏情况下的码间干扰之间的关系,为优化工程设计提供了依据。最后给出了数值实例和实验结果。     

具连续能量的迁移算子的渐近点谱及其聚点

研究非均匀介质、各向异性和连续能量的有界凸体迁移算子A的渐近点谱及其聚点．在L^p(1≤p＜ ∞)空间证明了算子K=A-B的相对紧性，获得了算子A的渐近点谱以及谱聚点分布的新结果。     

PWPM信号的功率谱研究

对脉冲宽度、位置联合调制(pulse width and position modulation)简称 PWPM 方式的随机信号序列功率谱进行了研究,文献[1]的理论结果显示 PWPM 随机信号序列功率谱中存在符号(symbol)同步信号离散谱成分,这有利于在接收端正确接收 PWPM 信号.用计算机模拟估计了 PWPM 随机信号序列的功率谱.其结果也表明了 symbol 同步信号的存在.     

从频谱管理看我国移动通信的发展

我国的移动通信建设起步虽较晚,但发展迅猛,正朝着优质、高效、新型的国际化方向大步前进。但频率资源的使用,仍未从根本上摆脱计划经济的束缚,并严重影响了移动通信的发展。因此,必须按照市场经济的要求．认真实行频率资源的有偿使用制度,同时要采取积极对策,大力拓展和管理好营运市场．逐步形成我国独立自主的国产化的通信产业。
