林业专业合作经济组织内部契约选择初探——以福建尤溪"护林联防协会"为例

合作组织形式的选择是影响合作效率和合作稳定性的重要因素。林业专业合作经济组织是林农通过一系列契约关系所组成的组织,因此对合作组织形式的考察和选择,实质上就是对合作组织内部契约类型的考察和选择。福建尤溪护林联防协会的稳定发展说明各种不同形式的林业专业合作经济组织是各有优势的,合作契约和合作组织类型的选择必须根据不同产品、不同生产阶段的实际,对要素契约和商品契约的比较优势进行全面深入的分析,而非单纯地追求越为紧密、复杂的组织形式。     

“We been dying,and you got me on a call helping you stay alive”: Black and Latinx youth organizers' experiences of racism in gun violence prevention organizations

This study explored Black and Latinx youth organizers' experiences of racism within national gun violence prevention organizing spaces. Interview data were analyzed from 17 Black and/or Latinx youth (M_age = 20.17, 47% women) across the United States who organized against gun violence. The findings identified three forms of racism that Black and Latinx organizers experienced in national organizations: (1) being tokenized for their racial identities and experiences without having real decision making power; (2) feeling a burden to educate their white peers about the structural causes of gun violence and how to improve organizing spaces for other youth of color; and (3) being silenced in their racially conscious organizing efforts to address the structural causes of gun violence in their communities. This research highlights how Black and Latinx youth gun violence prevention organizers contend both with structural racism in their everyday lives and racism in organizing spaces.     

Tamito Yoshida: An Unknown Master of Japanese Sociology

This paper outlines the life and academic accomplishments of the largely internationally unknown but foremost innovative and leading sociologist of Japan considered as the “unknown master” of Japanese sociology, Tamito Yoshida. (i) Emphasizing originality and creativity, Yoshida's success was free from the existing sociological frameworks and he liberated theoretical study from the yoke of historical perspectives that had long governed Japanese theoretical sociology. (ii) Yoshida's uniform scientific approach that used the keywords of information, selection, and variation based on evolutionist ideas was consistent throughout his life from proposing the “design of information science” in his mid‐thirties to proposing the concept of “program sciences” in his later years. (iii) One of Yoshida's major sociological contributions was in identifying the close relationship between subjectivity and the structure of possession. (iv) Yoshida's “A Historical Perspective on the Forces and Relations of Production” is an original and critical re‐creation of the Marxist possession theory located within his own theoretical framework, and is an excellent critique of the central arguments of Marxism. It successfully illustrates Yoshida's superlative critical and creative skills of theoretical dialogue.     

组织出卖人体器官罪的基本问题

组织出卖人体器官罪的人体器官,不能按照《人体器官移植条例》确定,而应当根据刑法的目的与用语可能具有的含义确定;应当承认违法的相对性,本罪的被组织者对自己的伤害结果不成立共犯;组织是指使他人出卖人体器官的一切行为。对自己决定权的尊重存在一定界限,被害人对重伤害的承诺原则上无效,只是在例外情况下阻却伤害行为的违法性;出卖器官的承诺存在自主缺陷,因而不是有效的承诺。本罪与故意杀人罪、故意伤害罪不是对立关系,以强迫、欺骗方法组织他人出卖人体器官的,同时触犯本罪与故意杀人罪、故意伤害罪,从一重罪论处。     

英语政治演讲语篇中篇尾自问自答句的组织功能

自问自答句是讲话人提出问题但不需要听话人回答,而由讲话人自己提供答语的问句。根据讲话人提供答语的方式,这种问句可以分为提供显性答语的自问自答句（简称显性答语句）和提供隐性答语的自问自答句（简称隐性答语句）。隐性答语句在英语政治演讲语篇中的存在是自身特点与这类语篇的特点相互作用,进而相互适应的结果。它在语篇中位置比较灵活,甚至可以出现在这类语篇的篇尾。作为一种非常规的用法,篇尾自问自答句具有独特的语篇组织功能:当它的隐含答语可以从上文语篇推知时,它具有总结-延续功能;当它的隐含答语可以根据常识推知时,则具有总结-突显功能。      

Clergy training for effective response to intimate partner violence disclosure: Immediate and long-term benefits

ABSTRACT

This study reports findings from an intimate partner violence-training project in which 104 Seventh-Day Adventist pastors received a 4-hr training in responding effectively to intimate partner violence (IPV) disclosure. The educational endeavor targeted three areas for improvement in clergy response: (a) increasing pastors’ understanding of the unique dynamics in abusive relationships, (b) providing information on IPV resources and services, and (c) developing pastors’ abilities and motivations to be proactive in addressing IPV. Pretest, posttest and 1-year follow up data indicate that pastors who engaged in IPV training demonstrated immediate and long-term positive changes. Specifically, participants showed improvements in each of the targeted areas. Beyond the gains in knowledge and attitudes about IPV, the study results also indicate that pastors receiving training expanded their activities to positively address IPV in their congregations. Social workers can play a significant role in addressing clergy training needs by strengthening pastors’ abilities to respond appropriately to parishioners’ IPV disclosures.     

中国男篮组织后卫与对手进攻技术运用对比分析——以2007年斯坦科维奇杯为例

本文采用录像观察法、文献资料法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法、专家访谈法对2007年斯坦科维奇杯上中国男篮组织后卫与国外组织后卫在进攻能力方面进行了比较分析.结果表明,中国男篮组织后卫在外围远投、助攻和突破能力等方面与国外优秀组织后卫相比还存在着一定差距,需加强训练,以进一步提高进攻能力.     

‘We share similar struggles’: how a Vietnamese immigrant youth organizing program shapes participants’ critical consciousness of interracial tension

This article examines Homeward Bound, a political education youth organizing program for Vietnamese immigrant youth in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Inspired by Paulo Freire’s critical pedagogy theory, the program sought to empower learners to challenge their pre-existing knowledge and experience of interracial relations. Drawing on data from observations, interviews, and document reviews, we describe the process by which the program shaped Vietnamese immigrant youth’s critical consciousness of Vietnamese/Asian-black interracial tension. While some participants expressed apprehension and prejudice toward African Americans, particularly in the early days of the program, by the end, participants demonstrated knowledge retained from lessons and activities on the shared history of Vietnamese immigrants and African Americans. Participants also identified roots of and offered solutions to interracial tension. This study illuminates the role of immigrant youth organizing programs in resolving interracial tension in multiracial contexts.     

生产性破坏:破坏作为社会生活的中心组织形式

This paper is a reflection on observations about the place of destruction in the or-ganization of social life .In contemplating the model of sacrifice , the author draws upon sources ranging Hubert, Mauss, and Evan-Pritchard to Levi-Strauss, and considers the circumstances of his life as a scholar of Melanesia and as a resident of the United States .The question that in-trigues the author the most is：＂ what quality is there in social life that makes destruction so often the condition of creation？＂ The author names this kind of destruction as a productive destruction and gives an analysis .He argues that destruction not only makes creation possible , it also pro-duces the conditions for the formation of not just difference , but a rank order or hierarchy .He suggests that it is not religion which creates the ritual hierarchies of power and destruction , but the latter which gets taken up by religion and ritual , and, thence, by the development of forms of social order .
