网络信息资源是指通过Internet可以利用的各种信息。网络信息资源建设应坚持免费、规范、适用性、全面性、整体性的原则。全国教育学院系统网络共享信息资源建设可分为全国管理中心、省教院资源中心和地市教院数据库三个层次。     

Residents' Efforts at Neighborhood Stabilization: Facing the Challenges of Inner-City Neighborhoods

This paper examines the response of residents in one inner-city, racially, and economically diverse neighborhood to a sudden increase in crime, drugs and disorder. Rather than withdrawing, residents in this neighborhood responded by organizing a major collective effort to develop a stabilization plan for the neighborhood. Factors useful in understanding this atypical response include a citywide structure that encourages citizen participation, the city government's commitment to the neighborhood, a history of neighborhood activism, and residents' commitment to the neighborhood. A social movement perspective that examines the nature of successful social movement organizations, the political context of movement activities, and micromovement processes is useful in analyzing cases of neighborhood activism.

犯罪可能是多个人相互合作的结果.不论从实施行为还是从形成犯罪心理的角度看,犯罪都会因为多个行为人适当的力量联合与分工而变得更为容易.然而如何确定共同犯罪人的种类及其处罚一直是各国刑法理论中的"模糊地带",但这同时又为共同犯罪人理论的探讨留下了较大的空间.     

高校课余体育竞赛组织管理现状与发展对策

高校课余体育竞赛是高等学校体育教育的重要组成部分,是培养学生体育兴趣爱好、体育意识和养成良好体育锻炼习惯的重要途径。文章以湖南省部分高校为例,针对高校目前出台课余体育竞赛管理相关文件的学校较少,组织与管理的方式、方法陈旧等问题,提出只有改变观念,学校加强学生对课余体育竞赛的正确认识,制定课余体育竞赛相关政策,完善课余体育竞赛的组织与管理,才能促进高校课余体育竞赛的健康有序发展。     

基于寻路理论的铁路枢纽客站空间设计探讨

枢纽型铁路客站在设计上加强了与城市、交通系统的联系,但也存在着影响旅客在铁路枢纽客站中寻路的因素：枢纽客站空间型制加大了旅客的空间认知难度、空间规模巨大使旅客寻路空间范围变广、空间功能集约加大旅客寻路信息处理量、空间立体流动增加了旅客垂直方向上的定位难度。因此在设计中要构建简洁清晰的建筑平面剖面、应用分区分级原则组织空间、增加室内外空间中的“地标”、组建关联良好的可识别空间,以此帮助人们定向定位,从而提升客站空间整体的人性化设计水平。     

Community Organizing for Social Justice: Grassroots Groups for Power

Social justice, community organizing, and task-oriented groups are inextricably connected. Collective action through community organizing can generate the requisite power to overcome unjust social relations and achieve changes that further human rights, participatory democracy, and distributive justice. Most community-organizing work is conducted through task-oriented groups that enable organizational activists to engage directly in collective action for social change. This article presents examples of the use of task groups by a variety of constituencies, in multiple arenas, employing citizen participation, community development, and social action community-organizing approaches and strategies.     

论来源原则在办公自动化系统中的应用

将电子文件的来源信息著录在元数据之中,可以从根本上保证电子文件的证据价值.然而,要以档案学的来源原则为指导在办公自动化系统中做到这一点,就必须首先更新传统的来源观念,代之以"广义的来源"观.它比西方学者提出的"概念来源"更适于在OA系统中应用.具体在全宗层次,除传统的主体全宗以外,还应该划分客体全宗,其划分标准有三点;在系列层次,则可以根据职能来源自动标引系列号;此外,还应该组织虚拟案卷,以便著录最微观层次的来源信息.如此构建形成虚拟存在的"电子全宗"、"电子文件系列"和"电子案卷",则可以看作传统全宗及案卷形态的异化.     

综合实践活动课教师培训的组织设计

为了在短期内培养足够数量的、能够有效促进综合实践活动课开展的优秀教师,需要对新课教师培训进行组织设计,主要包括组织结构设计和组运行设计两个方面。根据综合实践活动教师培训的组织原则,在组织结构设计方面,我们应该选择适当的培养模式;在组织运行方面,我们需要完善每个管理环节。     

The Importance of GLBT Think Tanks to Our Agenda of Equality and Liberation

SUMMARY

The gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender (GLBT) movement should support research, policy analysis, and strategy development to advance greater understanding and equality of GLBT people. Most public policy frameworks affect GLBT people in particular ways, but we have not yet developed analyses of these frameworks, let alone articulated perspectives in critical policy debates affecting us. This article illustrates how the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force works on identifying the concerns of GLBT people through research and policy analysis to provide the basis for more effective and proactive organizing.     

An Examination of Foster Parent Unionization: The Washington State Experience

In 2006, the Washington Federation of State Employees charted new territory by initiating an effort to unionize foster parents. Using a case study approach, we describe the development of this unique alliance, perspectives of stakeholder groups, and the social and economic conditions surrounding the organizing effort. Implications for policy and community practice are discussed.
