论边疆自治州行政管理体制改革目标确立的思路——以文山壮族苗族自治州为个案

边疆自治州行政管理体制改革目标是确定改革内容、明确改革思路、完善行政管理体制的前提,是改革的出发点和归宿。改革目标的确立受多重因素制约,是一个综合考虑各方面因素的过程。以文山壮族苗族自治州为个案,认为边疆自治州行政管理体制改革目标,应该在准确分析改革目标确立存在问题的基础上,以科学的理论为指导,结合特殊的行政生态环境才能进行确立。     

The significance of ‘the visit’ in an English category-B prison: views from prisoners,prisoners’ families and prison staff

A number of claims have been made regarding the importance of prisoners staying in touch with their family through prison visits, firstly from a humanitarian perspective of enabling family members to see each other, but also regarding the impact of maintaining family ties for successful rehabilitation, reintegration into society and reduced re-offending. This growing evidence base has resulted in increased support by the Prison Service for encouraging the family unit to remain intact during a prisoner’s incarceration. Despite its importance however, there has been a distinct lack of research examining the dynamics of families visiting relatives in prison. This paper explores perceptions of the same event – the visit – from the families’, prisoners’ and prison staffs' viewpoints in a category-B local prison in England. Qualitative data was collected with 30 prisoners’ families, 16 prisoners and 14 prison staff, as part of a broader evaluation of the visitors’ centre. The findings suggest that the three parties frame their perspective of visiting very differently. Prisoners’ families often see visits as an emotional minefield fraught with practical difficulties. Prisoners can view the visit as the highlight of their time in prison and often have many complaints about how visits are handled. Finally, prison staff see visits as potential security breaches and a major organisational operation. The paper addresses the current gap in our understanding of the prison visit and has implications for the Prison Service and wider social policy.     

大学思想政治理论课课堂教学改革新思路

思想政治理论课是大学生思想政治教育的主渠道,而课堂教学在主渠道的畅通中承担着主要的任务。针对课堂教学存在的诸多问题,教学改革尤为迫切。深入调查研究,及时掌握和分析大学生的各种信息是教学改革最为基础性的工作;树立以生为本理念,课堂教学追求多样性实效性是教学改革的外在表现;教书育人,当好大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人则是思想政治理论课教师的根本职责和庄严使命。     

“课考融合”式英语专业基础英语课改革

新TEM4（Test for English Majors）在题量、时长、内容及能力四个方面进行了改革,倾向于测量学生的英语综合运用能力。新TEM4在检查学生是否达到了大纲所规定的各项英语专业基础阶段的技能要求和教学质量评估方面有高度的信度和效度。研究显示：在所有的基础阶段专业技能课程中,基础英语课和TEM4互动最大;选择优秀教材并将基础英语课的教学手段———听写、背诵、课堂陈述和语篇分析和TEM4测试内容进行和谐地融合,不仅能大力提高4级过关率,还能促进基础英语课教学质量的提高。     

Revisiting the effectiveness of the employment‐oriented welfare state: Considering the quality of employment achievement

The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of an employment‐oriented welfare state. While previous studies have focused on employment growth, this study considers the quality of employment, especially its mediating impact between public social expenditure and fiscal soundness. Three‐step mediated regression analysis was conducted on a data sample from 19 developed countries from 1991 to 2013. The results show that while public social expenditure negatively affects fiscal soundness, if it promotes total and part‐time employment, it can positively affect fiscal soundness. However, when the incidence of involuntary part‐time employment is high, public social expenditure and its impact on employment performance no longer guarantee fiscal soundness. This study addresses the importance of promoting not only employment growth but also employment quality to secure fiscal soundness.     

Religion in the Lives of Older Women Serving Life in Prison

This exploratory qualitative study examined the roles of religiousness in the lives of 21 older women (mean age = 63) serving life sentences in one southern state. Based on survey and focus group methodology, several themes emerged as important focal points, including early religious experiences prior to incarceration, imprisonment and religious doubt, participation in formal and informal religious activities, and use of religion in coping with stressors such as interpersonal relationships, trauma, and health statuses. Irrespective of their religious upbringing, all participants agreed that religiosity/spirituality played a key role in their ability to cope with their prison experience as well as for maintaining hope and the opportunity for release.     

“党化”抑或“学治”：南京国民政府初期大学区制改革的动因分析

教育改革作为一项系统性的社会工程，其实施原因具有复杂性与多元性，需要立足具体的时代情境加以考察。南京国民政府时期大学区制改革的实施，以“教育独立”为目标，不同于此前“党化教育”的宗旨。考察这一政策转向的原因，涵盖了个人理想、集体共识、政府支持和社会呼应等诸多方面的因素。通过梳理这一过程，从个人到社会，由微观到宏观，有助于厘清大学区制改革的实施背景，认识教育与政治之间的张力。     

基于职业工作过程的高职计算机基础课程教学改革实践

当前基于工作过程的课程体系建设已经成为我国高职教育课程发展的重要方向。文章针对计算机基础课程教学中面临的主要问题,结合实际的教学实践,对基于职业工作过程的高职计算机基础课程教学改革进行了探讨。     

克吕尼运动的性质及其与格列高利改革的关系

本文旨在考察克吕尼运动的性质及其与格列高利改革的关系。作为中世纪欧洲集权尝试的开端,克吕尼运动和格列高利改革分别指向集权的两个基本面,即道德方面和政治方面。克吕尼运动在本质上是一场道德革新运动,其成功关键在于将集权作为道德革新的基本手段。格列高利改革将克吕尼的经验拓展至政治领域,一反遁世离俗的本尼迪克式理想,要求按照基督教原则改造现实世界,从而奠定了12、13世纪政教斗争的基本逻辑。一方面,克吕尼运动为格列高利改革提供了思想条件和技术手段;另一方面,克吕尼运动始终将自己约束在道德革新领域。究其原因,它的理想本质上是本尼迪克式的。
