民族志探究的反思性和重新界定参与体现于当代视觉艺术运动中。当代国际艺术实践中民族志方法的利用既能通向有趣的协作类型,也易导致民族志的单纯审美化。当代艺术和媒体实践强调参与和协作,协作动态能使研究者与艺术家一起嵌入为记录和呈现协作过程的技术开发。通过线上和移动媒体的记录能为艺术家和公众提供以不同方式参与和反思的机会。当代艺术实践中使用民族志方法的主要挑战之一是要理解地方和在场如何能以不同方式缠绕和重叠。艺术与变成一套多价值跨学科方法和概念框架的民族志日益密切,分析二者的交叉有价值。批判反思在艺术和民族志中均发挥作用。艺术实践中民族志的利用新近转向跨国、跨文化、跨学科协作,跨线、跨场域、跨时空共同在场,非中心化话语,多元化参与视角、形式,以及多维度阐释,因而可能为全球艺术发展提供更大洞察力和严谨性。 相似文献

制度人口学主要是从制度变革视角探讨人口行为方式.研究制度对人口行为的制约、调整扫引导作用。本文通过对制度人口学已有研究的综述.结合中国人口实践探讨了制度人口学的研究内容。笔者认为。制度人口学的研究内容包含基础理论研究和应用理论研究两个主要方面:从两种生产理论推演出“削度决定人口”的命题。由此得出两种生产理论是制度人口学研究的理论源泉和指导思想:两种生产理论和制度创新理论是制度人口学的基本理论:具体人口制度研究除了人口生育制度之外,笔者还将人口死亡制度、人口流迁制度、人口教育制度、人口就业制度、人口保障制度及人口文化制度等纳入了人口制度研究的范畴。 相似文献

Economic crisis differently impacts on the decisions of companies how to manage human resource development (HRD) initiatives. For the IT sector, intellectual capital becomes a core source of sustainable competitive advantages where HRD is seen like a tool to develop the internal stock of human capital. This article explores the approaches to HRD used by Russian IT-companies during the crisis. On the basis of the conceptual debates regarding the necessity to invest more in HRD programs even in the crisis conditions and our own empirical research, we tried to find out what happened with HRD costs during the crisis and what was the relationship between HRD costs and company’s performance during the crisis in Russian IT-companies. We conclude that Russian IT-companies perceive the value of HRD programs; hence, the most innovative-active and fast developing IT-companies prefer to constantly invest more in HRD initiatives. In crisis conditions, we recommend them to develop and implement more internal training programs. 相似文献

This article argues that national institutions identified in the varieties of capitalism approach have a significant impact on the degree of fidelity and extensiveness of best practices adapted by geocentric multinational corporations in host countries in emerging markets. To illustrate this argument it shows how differences in national institutions between Brazil and Argentina caused Danone to adapt a lean production in radically different ways in each of these countries. Both of the programs implemented had low degrees of fidelity and extensiveness to the original best practice. This article contends that in Argentina strong labor laws and the ability of unions to negotiate significant salary increases combined with a desire of workers to have individual pride in their jobs caused Danone to empower them individually instead of creating teams as foreseen in this company's original lean production program. In Brazil the weakness of unions combined with labor laws that promote employee turnover and the desire of workers to improve their salaries caused this company neither to empower workers nor create teams. Instead, it motivated workers by providing them the previously unavailable opportunity to become a manager. 相似文献

Emotion dysregulation is increasingly implicated as a transdiagnostic risk factor in the etiology of mental health problems. This project aimed to explore the links between emotion regulation, negative parenting and student–teacher relationships using longitudinal and ecologically valid data. A sample of n = 209 young people enrolled in the ‘Decades-to-Minutes’ (D2M) study, based in Zurich, Switzerland, provided data from the ages of 7–20 via parent- and self-report questionnaires and ecological momentary assessment. Data were analyzed using Dynamic Structural Equation Modeling (DSEM). Worse student–teacher relationships predicted increased negative affectivity and emotional lability. Negative parenting practices predicted emotional lability only via their impact on student–teacher relationships. The findings point to worse student–teacher relationships as risk factors in the socioemotional development of children and young people. 相似文献

The teaching of international public relations has expanded across American universities in recent times. The dominant paradigm of many of these courses is that a college education should enable public relations practitioners to understand cultural, societal and professional differences across cultures in order to implement campaigns with a global reach. This paper suggests that many of the current approaches to teaching international public relations have overlooked the realities of the professional world. Thus, although maintaining an intercultural approach is still relevant, a truly effective international public relations education should also incorporate professional concerns related to the study of management and business practices. 相似文献

BackgroundObstetricians’ beliefs, attitudes, and clinical practices related to cesarean delivery on maternal request appears particularly important in the context of high cesarean section rate. However, few relative studies have been conducted.AimTo examine Chinese obstetricians’ attitudes, beliefs, and clinical practices with regard to cesarean delivery on maternal request, and to explore influencing factors associated with their practices of cesarean delivery on maternal request.MethodsA cross-sectional design was used. Self-administered anonymous questionnaires were distributed to eligible obstetricians at the Congress of the Shanxi Society of Gynecology and Obstetrics as well as the Congress of the Hainan Society of Gynecology and Obstetrics. The overall response rate was 526/649 (81.05%). Multivariate logistic regression models were used to examine independent effects on obstetrician’s clinical practices related to cesarean delivery on maternal request.FindingsObstetricians who agreed with pregnant women’s decision to choose cesarean section directly and believed the benefits of this procedure outweigh the risks had higher odds of performing cesarean delivery on maternal request. In addition, measures to decrease cesarean section at hospitals were associated with reduced likelihood to perform cesarean delivery on maternal request.ConclusionsThe present study showed a strong correlation between obstetricians’ attitudes, beliefs, as well as interventions to decrease cesarean section at hospitals and their clinical practices of cesarean delivery on maternal request. Measures to enhance the training of obstetricians and reduce CS at hospitals are essential to decrease the overall cesarean section rate in China. 相似文献
