双边道德风险下中小节能服务企业与银行关系契约模型

基于合同能源管理机制运作的节能服务产业快速发展,产生了可观的节能效益,体现出巨大的市场需求和发展潜力。然而,我国的节能服务企业大多为自负盈亏的中小服务企业而难以获得银行贷款。基于此,本文从中小节能服务企业与银行的长期重复借贷合作关系出发,针对节能服务企业贷款过程中所存在的双边道德风险问题,引入银行贷款额度不足带来的潜在收益分享系数以设计激励机制,建立了中小节能服务企业与银行双边道德风险下长期关系契约规划模型,分析了银企关系契约下贴现因子的影响。本文的研究结果论证了银行与中小节能服务企业建立长期关系契约的可行性,银行应通过关系契约与中小节能服务企业建立长期合作关系,基于服务企业承诺的激励机制将有效提高节能服务企业服务效益,进而增加自身的投资效益,实现银企的双赢。     

Organizational status growth and structure: An alliance network analysis

Considering the status system emerging from a structure of corporate affiliations, we examine how alliance patterns among firms affect their changing organizational statuses and the structural development of the status system itself. Firm status is conceptually grounded in sociological theories of status and network analysis. The empirical setting we investigate is the network of alliances among firms in the Global Information Sector. The results indicate a negative effect of initial firm status on the growth rate of individual status, which is associated with the different patterns of alliance affiliations among firms with different status levels. Affiliation patterns also affect the extent of variation in the gap between status strata and firm mobility along the status hierarchy. The results highlight the importance of understanding the structural aspects underlying firm status attainment.     

老挝金融发展与经济增长的关系研究

金融发展与经济增长的关系是经济学研究的热点问题.本文从老挝金融发展规模、金融结构和金融效率出发,基于格兰杰检验方法,对老挝金融发展与经济增长关系进行研究.得出的结论是:老挝金融发展是经济增长的原因,而老挝经济增长不是金融发展的原因.事实上,一国或一个地区的金融发展对经济增长有重要的推动作用.因此,老挝应大力发展金融来促进老挝经济增长.     

Social Support: A Key to Positive Parenting Outcomes for Mothers in Residential Drug Treatment with Their Children

SUMMARY

This study explored parenting experiences of ten mothers residing with their young children in four residential drug treatment facilities in New York City and how these experiences related to the perceived support of the social environment of the facility. Through the lenses of the self-in-relations theory and family-centered service model, the study examined the supportive function of the treatment program including the program structure, the staff, and fellow mothers in affecting the mothers' parenting experience and outcomes. Programmatic, policy, and research implications of the study's findings are discussed.     

Seeing beyond the datasets: the unexploited structure of electoral and institutional data

We propose relational data modeling as a tool for replacing the ad hoc and uncoordinated approaches commonly used throughout the social sciences to gather, store, and disseminate data. We demonstrate relational data modeling using global electoral and political institutional data. We define a relational data model as a map of concepts, their attributes, and the relationships between concepts developed using a formal language and according to a set of rules. To demonstrate the methodology, we design a simple relational data model of six concepts: countries, parties, elections, districts, institutions, and election results. Furthermore, we introduce a data model to solve the particularly vexing issue of party discontinuity (party splits, mergers, and alliances). We show how the solution facilitates computational tasks, such as the calculation of core measures of political phenomena (ex: electoral volatility). Ultimately, a relational data approach will play a central role in collective investments to develop advanced data capabilities, and thereby advance the accuracy, pace, and transparency of scholarship in the social sciences.

朝鲜高丽朝（918—1392）是朝鲜半岛第二个统一王朝,其在儒学与礼治政治思想不断发展深化的背景下,移植中国制度实行了祭孔释奠礼,此为朝鲜半岛祀孔之始。高丽朝祀孔制影响了朝鲜半岛教育观念与形制的确立、国家意识形态的建构、社会文化的发展,促进了朝鲜半岛文化的儒家化转型。     

An Evaluation of a Group Program for Men Who Batter

This article describes a research study which evaluated a group service for men who batter. Change was evaluated both by self report and as interpreted from the Hemler Scale of Social Functioning. It was demonstrated that male batterers who entered into the group treatment process showed significant change with respect to human social functioning and in the cessation of physical violence towards their partners. Although the personal journey along which a batterer takes responsibility for his actions and finds appropriate coping mechanisms is intensely individual, this study adds to the literature which confirms that a supportive group experience can facilitate this process.     

From Person-Centered to Relational Care: Expanding the Focus in Residential Care Facilities

Long-term residential care facilities for older adults currently espouse a philosophy of person-centered care (PCC). However, these facilities operate according to a medical model with highly structured administration and regulation. As a result, there is tension between the priorities of the resident and the organization. A qualitative study conducted with 4 social workers and 1 physician employed in residential care facilities demonstrates not only the structural barriers to PCC, but also the importance of meaningful relationships to residents' socio-emotional well-being. The final section explores how organizational barriers might be mitigated through the complementary use of relational care.     

《红楼梦》亲属语译出中文化内涵的缺失

《红楼梦》中人物繁多,称谓复杂,在众多的中国古典文学名著中最能反映中国传统文化对称谓语的影响。本文以杨宪益夫妇所译之《红楼梦》为例,通过其亲属称谓词的翻译比较,来看其译出过程中造成的文化内涵的缺失,并试着探讨其在一定范围内的弥合策略。     

人牲与血祭——宝鸡血社火的地缘历史文化追溯

以宝鸡赤沙为代表的陕西血社火首先是一种祭祀,相信神灵的存在并向其献祭,是其基本的文化内涵。在这一前提下,血社火中所扮演的人物身份和角色以及故事情节倒是次要的,重要的是其刀劈斧砍、剑刺凳扎及铡刀铡额、利剑穿腹的瞬间残酷的杀人场面。血社火的这一共同而基本的特征蕴含了从原始社会流传下来的古代祭祀的两个重要而独特的因素——人牲和血祭。所有的血故事,无论情节多么曲折,人物形象多么丰满而逼真,或善或恶,都投射了古代以亲子为牲,以族人为牲,以仇人为牲,以俘虏为牲的影子。鲜红的血迹凝结为人们关于几千年来神秘而恐怖的祭祀文化集体无意识的象征符号。这种关于殷周祭祀文化的集体无意识以生命传承的方式依然存留在现代陕西的民间社会,它是生长血社火这一独特民间文化奇葩的根。
