利用1978—2012年的统计数据,依据城市化的动力机制,利用回归分析和灰色关联分析,证明我国产业结构调整对城市化进程具有长期的显著影响,产业结构的调整是城市化水平变化的 Granger 因,且在产业结构中,第三产业的发展与城市化水平的关联度高于第二产业。因此强调促进城市化进程应成为制定产业政策和结构调整的重要出发点,并有针对性地提出了政策建议。  相似文献

千年学府石鼓书院是入清以后最早被允许恢复的一所书院,但此后其影响力不断趋弱,以至沦降为一般性的地方书院。相关研究认为这是清政府推行书院官学化政策等“外因”导致的结果,但是通过对书院祭祀变迁及其与学术风尚关系分析发现,清代以后石鼓书院对学术风尚的疏离,讲学风气日益沉寂,是造成书院逐渐式微的内在根本原因。  相似文献

本文试图从互动论的研究视角,通过对一个关系资本借贷案例的分析,来说明人们是采取怎样的行动策略使社会资本的功能得以呈现的,并对功能主义和结构主义两种研究视角提出质疑。本文认为,人们只有通过其自身所拥有的动员能力,动用其社会关系网络中已存关系资本,或建构新的关系链条以借用顶端优势资本,才能最终使社会资本有效地发挥作用。  相似文献

借助情景实验,对任务紧迫性下关系嵌入、情绪劳动和个体创新行为之间的作用机理展开研究。结果表明,任务紧迫性下关系嵌入程度对个体创新行为会产生倒U型影响,中等强度关系嵌入下的个体创新行为最为突出;深层情绪劳动在关系嵌入与个体创新行为之间起到正向调节作用。对深层情绪劳动的引导和控制能够让这种倒U形关系变得较为平坦,增强关系嵌入策略的可执行性。  相似文献

This paper explores a collaborative generative approach to psychological assessment employed in Puerto Rico, with children, adolescents, and adults. It begins with a critical reflection on how the dominant discourse of mental health, founded in the suppositions and practices of Euro-American-centred psychological knowledge, has been disseminated to the globalise south under the claim that its assertions are unaffected by social, ideological, or historical forces. It discusses how its claims of expert scientific knowledge have contributed, through classificatory instruments such as the DSM and the ICD, to the production and re-production of deficit narratives in our day-to-day life. It also examines how these practices have been applied in the use of assessment instruments in Puerto Rico. It then describes, how, through a collaborative approach and narrative theory, the established colonising practices and narratives of traditional forms of psychological assessment can be questioned, deconstructed, and transformed. This approach promotes the co-creation of dialogic and generative spaces that allow for the emergence of multiple stories and performances that give meaning to a person's identity and relational being. A brief clinical case exposition is used to illustrate how this collaborative, dialogic, and culturally sensitive approach to psychological assessment can help to undermine and disrupt deficit-based narratives and provide families with new generative possibilities for re-storying and re-performing their lives and particularly, the lives of their children.  相似文献

The Grunow–Finke epidemiological assessment tool (GFT) has several limitations in its ability to differentiate between natural and man-made epidemics. Our study aimed to improve the GFT and analyze historical epidemics to validate the model. Using a gray relational analysis (GRA), we improved the GFT by revising the existing standards and adding five new standards. We then removed the artificial weights and final decision threshold. Finally, by using typically unnatural epidemic events as references, we used the GRA to calculate the unnatural probability and obtain assessment results. Using the advanced tool, we conducted retrospective and case analyses to test its performance. In the validation set of 13 historical epidemics, unnatural and natural epidemics were divided into two categories near the unnatural probability of 45%, showing evident differences (p < 0.01) and an assessment accuracy close to 100%. The unnatural probabilities of the Ebola virus disease of 2013 and Middle East Respiratory Syndrome of 2012 were 30.6% and 36.1%, respectively. Our advanced epidemic assessment tool improved the accuracy of the original GFT from approximately 55% to approximately 100% and reduced the impact of human factors on these outcomes effectively.  相似文献

The generative perspective in therapy understands relations and dialogue as a generative social space where participants can promote innovative resources and possibilities for themselves, and their relations and circumstances, along with new social ecologies. It focuses on the creative dimensions of human relationality. This epistemological and clinical perspective has a heuristic value that allows us to discern and work with micro dialogues—micro processes of creative, generative dialogues—in the ongoing dialogue, mindful of the opportunities for creativity and innovation they provide. The generative perspective promotes creative processes and transformations to help clients build possible and viable futures when faced with problems, conflicts and challenges. It involves the dialogical and relational co-creation of resources and possibilities, and actions for implementation. The perspective is illustrated with a therapy process involving a 3-year follow-up. The paper includes a section where differences and similarities between dialogical perspectives are presented.  相似文献
