中华女子学院高等职业教育发展评析

大力发展职业教育，是党和政府的一贯方针和要求，是经济和社会发展的必然规律。我国人力资源较丰富，但劳动力整体素质不高，人才结构不尽合理，重要原因是教育结构不够完善，职业教育发展滞后。目前，社会对各类技能型人才需求量很大，近些年来一直供不应求，但全国城乡每年有一千多万初中毕业生不能升入高中，数百万高中毕业生不能升入大学，同时，大学毕业生找工作困难又成了社会问题。因此，加快职业教育发展，合理配置教育资源，实行教育合理分流就显得尤为迫切。本文对中华女子学院高等职业教育现状、办学目标和发展思路、办学成效以及面临的问题和困难等．进行简要评析。     

School Counselors Supporting African Immigrant Students' Career Development: A Case Study

School counselors play a critical role in preparing adolescent immigrant students to be college and career ready by attending to the complex variables that promote and inhibit career development. This article provides an illustrative case study of a Somali immigrant student's educational journey to highlight the academic and familial challenges that she encountered while attending U.S. schools. Through this case study, the authors discuss the issues immigrant high school students experience and present culturally responsive practices that school counselors can use to address career development. These culturally responsive practices include developing a strong knowledge of students’ backgrounds and cultures, designing small group interventions that are timely and sensitive to immigrant students’ needs, and strengthening school–family partnerships.     

初中起点幼师大学生历史课过度教学现象探析

一般而言，历史课及其任课教师是比较受初中起点幼师大学生欢迎的。与此同时，历史课教学中也时常不经意间在教学内容安排、教学方法运用和教学观点表达等方面出现过度教学现象。学生主体地位的异化，教学过程把控失当和教学反思的缺位，是造成过度教学的主要原因。消除过度教学现象的对策主要是坚持教学过程中学生的主体地位，掌握教学有度的艺术和重视教学反思。     

The Environmental Risks of Incomplete Globalisation

As the liberal optimism of the long 1990s has faded into a world of growing inequality and resurging nationalism, there is less certainty about the prospects of economic convergence and global integration. Beyond the formidable human cost of maintaining a divided world, the possibility of incomplete globalisation also gives rise to a number of environmental risks. While environmental political theory generally sees strength in localism, history rather shows that a robust world trade system is crucial to offset local resource scarcities and that cosmopolitan norms of solidarity are essential for helping communities to rebuild after environmental catastrophe. In relation to climate change, statist thinking has led to a focus on non-scalable technologies and a silent acceptance of chronic poverty abroad as a way of avoiding a climate emergency. Contrary to such views, this paper argues that accelerating the transition to a fully integrated high-energy planet may more effectively mitigate Anthropocene risks.     

浅析高中数学有效教学的内涵、特征及实施策略

高中数学有效教学的涵义即在数学课程标准基本理念的指导下，促进学生数学学习、提高学生数学素养、促成学生终身发展．高中数学有效教学的主要特征是教学目标有效、教学过程有效、教学方式有效、教学结果有效。主要实施策略是，以引导探究为依托，实现有效的知识建构；以暴露思维作平台，实现有效的思维训练；以激发兴趣作前提，实现有效的情意驱动．     

陕西省义务教育经费“校财局管”模式研究

2006年以来，陕西省按照中央部署，对义务教育“校财局管”模式进行了积极有益的探索。从校财局管的“局”是教育局还是财政局看，“校财局管”在我省有三种模式：教育局主导的？‘校财局管”模式、财政局主导的“校财局管”模式和混合型的“校财局管”模式；从是否实行国库集中支付来看，分为两种模式即实行国库集中支付的“校财局管”模式和非国库集中支付的“校财局管”模式。陕西省义务教育经费“校财局管”模式的完善，应按照中央关于教育资金管理的相关规定，对义务教育“校财局管”的管理、使用权限与责任进行科学界定。对目前正在运行的教育局主导的“校财局管”模式从两个方面进行改造：一是对接国库中支付模式，二是实行远程核算。     

Interplay between Friends' Aggression and Friendship Quality in the Development of Child Aggression during the Early School Years

The aim of this study was to investigate the unique and combined role of friendship quality and friends' aggression in regard to the persistence of young children's physical aggression from kindergarten to grade 2. The sample included 1555 children (808 girls) assessed annually using teacher ratings. Two theoretical perspectives (i.e., the social learning and the social bonding perspectives) served as frameworks to guide the analyses and interpret the results. In line with the social learning perspective, friends' aggression was related to a significant increase in children's physical aggression. However, in line with the social bonding perspective, good friendship quality played both a compensatory and a protective role, by, respectively, reducing children's initial level of physical aggression and by mitigating, albeit marginally, the associations between friends' and children's physical aggression. These results suggest that fostering a positive relationship between friends in the early school years may decrease physical aggression even if the friends are aggressive.

本文通过研究鄂伦春族与地理气候环境的关系 ,提出地理、气候、环境是影响鄂伦春族服饰文化形成的重要条件 ,在其影响下 ,鄂伦春族的服饰习俗逐渐形成 ,并在这一特定的环境中得到发展     

川西藏区藏族中小学校长心理控制源的调查分析

川西藏区地处四川省西部,其特殊的历史地理环境使得这一区域成为藏、汉、羌、彝等民族的聚居地,成为多元文化相互影响、相互碰撞的交汇之地。生活在这里的个体,特别是承担着振兴民族教育事业的各位藏族中小学校长们,在面对相对艰苦的自然环境、相对贫乏的教育资源、特别是面对多种文化交互影响的过程中,在个体心理控制源上表现出怎样的特征呢?作者采用罗特(Rotter.J.B)编制的《内在—外在心理控制源量表》对126名来自四川省甘孜、阿坝和凉山地区的藏族中小学校长进行了测试。结果表明:1、该地区藏族中小学校长的心理控制源在总体上倾向于内控性;2、其内控性在性别、年龄、学校所在地这三个因素上差异不显著;3、被测试的藏族中小学校长们普遍具有较强的社会适应能力。
