辞格机制是反映某种思维的运作 ,因此对语篇建构有一定的映射关系。文章从人类认识世界和描述世界的思维程式入手 ,将呈一维线性的句内辞格扩展为语篇辞格 ,从而建立起辞格与语篇建构的内在联系与对应框架 ,为语篇搭构提出新的理论依据 ,并为辞格理论辅助语篇的解构阅读做深入探讨。文章所涉指的辞格超越了句内修辞而转向语篇层次 ,而语篇也不单纯指向文学文本 ,而是对所关注事物的广义语言描述。     

第二语言话语的产出及其流利性

对于对于第二语言学习的研究在我国语言学界受到重视,语言学者在不断研究探索,试图找出行之有效的教学方法,建立一个合理解释第二语言学习过程中的某些重要环节的理论模式。Ｌｅｖｅｌｔ的话语产出模式对第二语言话语产出机制提供了重要依据。影响第二语言表达流利性的原因主要为心理因素、语言环境、语言计划与任务类型等,在教育思想和教学方法上应有相应的对策和措施。

Beyond the Myths: Equality, Impartiality, and Justice

Violence against women is as much a matter of equality as it is an offence against human dignity and a violation of human rights. As the Supreme Court of Canada has repeatedly recognized, eliminating myths and stereotypes from the law constitutes an important part of remedying the law's historically inadequate response to violence against women. The author explores how the concepts of impartiality, equality, and justice shed light on the ways in which myths and stereotypes distort the truth-finding process and perpetuate discrimination. Looking toward the future, further equality-informed legislative amendments, judicial education, and international norms, such as those set out in the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (1979), will provide key means of ensuring that myths and stereotypes are fully and permanently eradicated from the law. The goals of equality and justice for all require nothing less.     

母性言说的缺席 --"五四"初期女作家作品中母性形象的再思考

"五四"时期女作家思想意识的觉醒,使她们在女性角色的定位和性别的自认中将母性的价值档和地位遮蔽起来,在对社会和自身的反思中,她们的作品缺少对母亲角色的正确认识,这就意味着女性在对自身性别意识特别是母性意识的认定中存在着模糊性,至此女性的彻底解放就是虚妄.     

苏格拉底被控和判罪的原因解析

公元前399年,古希腊哲学家苏格拉底在雅典的一个公民法庭被判处死刑。他悲剧性的死亡在后世不仅被用来和耶稣的殉难相提并论,还被认为是以言论自由著称的雅典民主制的污点,一直令古今学者难以释怀。而成就其死亡的审判却颇令人不解,对他的指控尤为教人疑惑。

研究《管子》对语言和言语行为的看法,认为《管子》中提出的“道在身则言自顺”、“有名则治,无名则乱”、“言脱于口,而令行乎天下”、“出言必信,则令不穷”、“言不周密,反伤其身”、“违言不存口”、“言辞慢,则臣下轻之”、“以天下之耳听”、“去奇说,诘诈伪”、“以法案其言而求其实”等命题值得今人思考和借鉴。     

隐喻与间接言语行为

隐喻与间接言语行为似乎有一定的共性,但实际上二者有着本质的区别,其区别主要体现在间接性、“一言多行”与“一行多言”、语意范畴、理解机制、原因与功能等。隐喻有着与间接言语行为完全不同的特征,使得隐喻不同于间接言语行为,并成为一种独特的言语行为类型————隐喻化言语行为。     

Hate speech harms: a social justice discussion of disabled Norwegians’ experiences

This article presents findings from a survey on hate speech reported by disabled people in Norway. Previous British and American research shows that disabled people are more likely than their non-disabled peers to be the victims of hate speech and hate crime. In our study, 38% reported at least one experience of hate speech during the previous 12 months. The respondents reported a wide range of consequences of hate speech related to psychological, social and societal issues. The findings reveal that people place restrictions on their own lives as a result of being exposed to hate speech, including raising their opinion in public debates. Drawing on the work of Nancy Fraser, we discuss the mechanisms that prevent disabled people from participating in society on equal terms. We conclude that to combat hate speech, transformative strategies need to be applied.
