综合实践活动课程实施的问题与对策

教师的课程理论素养较差,与综合实践活动课程实施的要求不相适应;综合实践活动课程的实施缺乏相关的制度保障和社会支持,是综合实践活动课程实施中存在的主要问题.解决问题的对策是:加强对教师的培训,提高教师实施综合实践活动课程的能力;完善学校相关教研、培训及管理等制度,为综合实践活动课程的实施提供制度保障;建立良好的社会支持和保障系统,充分利用各种资源,为综合实践活动课程的实施创造更好的条件.     

Fuzzy K-means clustering models for triangular fuzzy time trajectories

We focus our attention on the classification of fuzzy time trajectories with triangular membership function, described by a given set of individuals. To this purpose, we adopt a fullyinformational approach, explicitly recognizing the informational nature shared by the ingredients of the classification procedure: the observed data (Empirical Information) and the classification model (Theoretical Information). In particular, by supposing that the informational paradigm has a fuzzy nature, we suggest three fuzzy clustering models allowing the classification of the triangular fuzzy time trajectories, based on the analysis of the cross sectional and/or longitudinal characteristics of their components (centers and spreads). Two applicative examples are illustrated.

信息不对称与中小企业信贷支持——兼析中小企业信贷市场中的政府作用

通过建立一个银行对中小企业信贷的博弈模型 ,说明当市场上低风险企业过少 ,高风险企业过多时 ,银行不能通过贷款收益收回自己的风险类型鉴别成本。在不可能提高投资项目自有资本比例 ,而利率放开有待时日 ,极易加剧道德风险的情况下 ,银行无法改善其收益小于成本的处境。因此 ,从中小企业信贷市场退出是银行的最优选择。最终指出 ,为了促进中小企业的发展 ,建立一个由国家提供部分担保、商业性银行发放贷款的中小企业信贷体系对支持中小企业发展、健全完善的金融体系是可能的 ,也是必要的。     

Medicine on the line? Computer‐mediated social support and advice for people with diabetes

The advent of thousands of Usenet groups on the Internet, covering a vast range of medical and welfare issues and ostensibly devoted to the mutual social support of participating members, has raised the potential for the development of new forms of 'virtual' health care. This article critically analyses the use by people with diabetes of one such Usenet group. It seeks to establish, first, the extent to which such a site provides some demonstrable measure of social support to its participants. This is approached by undertaking a structural analysis of the site to identify the extent of usage, and the nature of supporting interventions using a fivefold classification (instrumental, informational, esteem and social companionship and other). Second, the article attempts to identify any disparity between the lay health-knowledge in evidence and biomedical opinions proffered by the use of a panel of consultant diabetiologists. The results of the analysis suggest that the diabetes newsgroup provides an example of an active forum for largely well-informed participants who routinely use the media as an aid to the reflexive management of their medical condition. It also raises the prospect of a renegotiated relationship between medical knowledge and lay experience based upon shared learning     

略论东南亚华族的族群认同及其发展趋势

二战以后 ,东南亚华人的国家认同 ,逐渐从认同中国转为认同于当地 ;其族群认同也从认同于中华民族转为认同于华人族群。各国华人的族群规模、经济实力、凝聚力 ,以及当地国政府的华人政策的不同 ,其华人族群认同的发展过程和走势也各不相同。但总体趋势是融合于当地社会 ,或作为族群之一构成当地国家民族的组成部分 ,或是同化于当地主体族群。他们作为东南亚人 ,在今后很长时间中仍将保持强弱不等的华人族群认同的意识。     

社会边缘群体对社会稳定的影响及对策--以哈尔滨建筑业农民工为例

社会稳定和社会边缘群体的生存状况紧密相连.建筑业农民工群体是中国社会边缘群体的重要组成部分,必须通过实证研究分析他们的生存状态及其与社会稳定之间的关系.通过抽样方法和问卷调查,从经济状况、社会分配、社会心理和社会控制等四个方面透视哈尔滨市建筑业农民工群体的生活状况,目前还不是影响社会稳定的因素.但从长期来看,若不注重研究并改善其境遇,则可能成为社会稳定的隐患.鉴于此,必须综合利用农民工社会保障制度、工会组织、技能培训、改善食宿和安全条件以及多样化的休闲途径,来保证这一群体的生活质量和合法权益,以维护社会稳定.

分析功能的深化是客户关系管理(CRM)的一大发展趋势,应用数据挖掘技术建立的CRM分析评价系统,可以对客户的行为以及市场趋势进行有效的分析,为企业的各种决策提供定性和定量的依据。该系统主要模块包括:客户细分模块、客户行为分析模块和市场趋势分析模块。以上各个模块涉及了企业关心的各种客户行为及市场行为,通过各个模块的分析,企业可以辨认出高端客户,理解各种客户行为模式,并掌握市场发展趋势以保证企业在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地。     

外派员工工作－家庭冲突及其干预策略研究

随着中国企业国际化的加深，越来越多的员工面临着自身职业生涯的国际化。来自工作与家庭的冲突成为企业和外派员工共同面对的难题，且已危及企业和员工个人的发展。文章分析了外派员工家庭难题及其产生的根源，探讨企业如何帮助外派员工解决家庭难题，提出了从制度和程序两个层面构建外派前、中、后三个阶段的组织支持策略，以期实现企业与员工双赢，员工职业成功与家庭幸福的和谐共融。     

EFFECTS OF INTERNET USE AND SOCIAL RESOURCES ON CHANGES IN DEPRESSION

We examine how people's different uses of the Internet predict their later scores on a standard measure of depression, and how their existing social resources moderate these effects. In a longitudinal US survey conducted in 2001 and 2002, almost all respondents reported using the Internet for information, and entertainment and escape; these uses of the Internet had no impact on changes in respondents' level of depression. Almost all respondents also used the Internet for communicating with friends and family, and they showed lower depression scores six months later. Only about 20 percent of this sample reported using the Internet to meet new people and talk in online groups. Doing so changed their depression scores depending on their initial levels of social support. Those having high or medium levels of social support showed higher depression scores; those with low levels of social support did not experience these increases in depression. Our results suggest that individual differences in social resources and people's choices of how they use the Internet may account for the different outcomes reported in the literature.
