基于家长视角的高校家校协同心理育人调研报告

以上海高校为例,聚焦高校家校协同心理育人这一主题,采取问卷调查法,从学生家长视角了解高校家校协同心理育人的现实情况。结果发现,大部分家长对家校协同心理育人持肯定态度,有参与学校心理教育管理的意愿,能通过新媒体与子女保持一定频率的亲子沟通,愿意通过线上和线下等多种方式与学校保持沟通,期待获取心理育人指导,50岁以下家长及女生家长认为这项工作更有必要,但是多数家长对主动与校方联系有所顾虑。因此,建议校方采取相应措施将家长的家校协同心理育人理念转为实际行动,引导家长在参与高校心理教育管理中树立科学应对子女心理困扰的意识,用好新媒体、搭好新平台,以满足家长对于家校协同心理育人的期待。     

Understanding youth transition system in Poland through the analysis of partnerships between vocational upper secondary schools and industry

This paper examines the current youth transition system in Poland focusing on the role of industry partnerships with vocational upper secondary schools. On the example of the aviation cluster in the south-eastern Poland, this paper assesses the strong industry-led partnership established in 2007 with local schools and authorities in delivery of aviation-specific programmes, and its impact of local youth transitions to labour market. In contrast to Poland's national trend towards weak cooperation between industry and the vocational education sector, three major dynamics regarding the aviation cluster's influence on vocational education are observable. The region benefits from: strong leadership from local industry in influencing the supply of particular skills by local vocational education and training (VET) schools and universities; a high level of willingness of local government authorities at the mayor's and municipality's offices to support the aviation cluster's influence on VET; and a free-market model of student choice influencing the practice of local VET schools and training centres. Such cooperation is valuable for businesses and local institutes of education. However, these processes affect the equal chances of successful school-to-work transitions for graduates stratified in different educational pathways, and successful transitions are still constrained by the structure of Poland's system, which is increasingly assuming ‘education logic’.     

并行支路卷积碼譯碼算法之簡化

本文主要工作:(1)从算法上证明了对于TCM用的一类有并行转移支路的卷积玛,其VITERBI译码算法可以作很有效的简化,而且简化不影响译码性能。(2)给出了表征算法复杂性的公式,讨论了简化效果。简化算法的复杂性约为常规算法的1/2~P。(3)用计算机模拟验证了简化算法和常规算法的等效性。因而,算法的简化不影响译码性能。     

现代生物学理论和社会生态学理论述评

近几年 ,以全新观点诠释环境作用的社会生态学和强调生物作用的现代生物学 ,从不同角度对人的个性和社会性发展提出了崭新观点 ,对目前我国的素质教育实施颇有启示。文章对生态学理论、人类行为学和行为生物学、行为遗传学等现代生物学理论和生态系统论、群体社会化理论等社会生态学理论进行了述评。     

十六大报告对祖国统一的新发展

邓小平“一国两制”构想作为实现祖国统一的既定方针,已成功解决香港、澳门问题,也必将促成台湾问题的最终解决;党的十六大对祖国统一又有了新发展;十六大报告中提出的“一国两制”是两岸统一的最佳模式,首次明确提议“三个可以谈”,郑重地将一中原则“新三句”及台湾问题的解决寄希望于台湾人民的思想写入报告,对促进两岸关系发展具有重大的意义。     

Emergence of shared leadership networks in teams: An adaptive process perspective

Adaptive leadership theory suggests that shared leadership networks grow in a complex manner. We propose that leadership decentralization (the dispersion of leadership), leadership density (the total amount of leadership), and situationally-aligned leadership (SAL: leadership transitions to those who fit situation requirements) are distinct aspects of a shared leadership network and should be examined together to capture the development of shared leadership process. Through a study of 450 participants in 90 teams, we find that each of these three aspects of shared leadership plays a different role during shared leadership network emergence. Specifically, transactive memory systems (TMS) contribute to decentralized leadership structures, which in turn precipitate more dense leadership networks. We also find that TMS contributes to the most situationally aligned team member engaging in leadership. Both leadership density and SAL predict team performance. We discuss the theoretical and practical implications of these results.     

圈层协作:尺度政治视域下全国性应急防疫的治理逻辑

国家治理是对具备复杂性的地理社会空间进行的系统化、整体化的全局运作。各尺度治理单元依据包含与被包含关系形成了特定的“圈层结构”。在防疫应急治理中,面临着疫情防治与社会风险防控的双重治理任务,且双重任务目标都是在特定尺度的地理空间内实现的。国家、市域与社区三种尺度的治理单元需要发挥互动协作作用。以此为鉴,文章认为政治地理意义上的国家治理,需要发挥各尺度治理单元的治理效能,有效地建立起适应各尺度治理单元运转的治理共同体。未来应当按照“圈层协作”的思维谋划国家治理现代化。      

Collaboration for community-based wildlife management

Perhaps as remarkable as the general upsurge in public interest in wildlife over the last 30 years is the trend toward greater community-based wildlife management since the late 1980s. This paper discusses the challenges and opportunities at the local, community scale of collaboration for wildlife management. We explain how collaborative activity between the professional wildlife manager and community stakeholders can lead to improved identification of human-wildlife interactions and better understanding of wildlife-related impacts that are of primary management concern in the community. Community-based collaborative decision making can also effectively result in the specification of management actions that are acceptable to a community. Furthermore, agency-community collaboration can lead to co-management that goes beyond stakeholder input or involvement in decision making about management objectives and actions, and includes appropriate sharing of responsibility for implementation and evaluation. A growing role for the wildlife agency in such situations is facilitating the development of local capacity by filling information and process needs so that individuals and groups in a community can participate effectively in collaborative efforts appropriate to the necessary level of agency-community engagement. This opportunity for the wildlife profession promises to be rewarding and have lasting positive influence on communities for the benefit of wildlife management. However, most agencies cannot address every issue at a community level. Public wildlife managers need guidelines for judgment about when to engage in community-based wildlife management. They need to assess various risks associated with not engaging in a particular issue and to prioritize the potential situations where various degrees of community engagement may be desirable.
