教育转型期农村幼儿园课程实施状况 ——基于安徽省淮南市六所幼儿园调查

教育转型给幼儿园课程实施带来巨大变化。本研究基于课程转型的角度,运用问卷调查法、观察、访谈法,对安徽省淮南市六所幼儿园进行调查研究,探讨教育转型期农村幼儿园课程实施问题。结果表明：我国幼儿园教师的课程理念与实际行为脱节明显,其原因在于幼儿园管理体制不健全、幼儿园师资数量不足素质不高、课程资源匮乏等。据此,我们提出建立健全幼儿园管理体制;加强幼儿园园长对课程领导实施工作的参与和支持;优化农村幼儿教师专业成长模式,提高教师专业素质;加强幼儿园教材建设,积极开发课程资源等相关建议。     

农村幼儿教师专业发展困境论析

与城市幼儿教师专业发展相比,农村幼儿教师在专业发展过程中存在的困境表现为：发展目标的理想化与现实阻抑性之间存在藩篱;低学历标准与高素质要求之间存在适应性困境;主体发展动力不足与发展机会增加之间存在不协调性;培训传统与实际专业发展需求之间存在“对话”失语。这些困境的现实存在向国家学前教育政策提出适应性要求,更是对农村幼儿教师专业发展提出了新的变革挑战。     

学校质量、受教育程度与收入

基于对2017年典型省市劳动力市场问卷调查数据的分析,深入研究学校师生比和类型不同对个人受教育程度及未来收入的影响。结果表明,一旦考虑控制能力和家庭背景因素,师生比对男性收入没有显著影响,但是师生比对女性（尤其是低能力女性）收入有显著影响。研究还发现进入选择性学校的人,尤其是男性会得到更高的收入。对于没有进入选择性学校的人而言,个体学校类型对收入的影响更大。     

卓越教师评价标准比较及启示

卓越教师评价标准的建立与实施对教师专业发展起着重要的引导作用。美国、英国、澳大利亚、中国香港等国家或地区的卓越教师评价体系,在教师的知识结构、能力结构、教学成果、社区服务等方面具有一些共同特征,同时在教师能力结构、价值导向等方面又有各自的侧重。卓越教师评价标准应进一步体现卓越教师的实践专长,突出卓越教师作为教学变革的领导者,强化其对卓越教师培养过程的助推功能。     

多源流理论视角下《新时代基础教育强师计划》政策议程解析

以多源流理论为分析框架,对《新时代基础教育强师计划》制定过程进行深入分析。研究得出：多组客观数据指标所表征的教师思想素质、能力素养、资源配置、地位待遇等问题,在师德失范焦点事件的伴奏以及相关政策反馈信息的推动下迅速形成问题流;政府部门人员倡议、相关政策措施、专家学者利益共同体的回应汇聚成为政策流;强烈的国民情绪以及党的“办好人民满意的教育”的执政意识与理念构成政治流。三源流不断嵌套、互动、积累,在“耦合”之时,开启政策之窗,促成《强师计划》政策议程的确立。     

Minority Stress,Parenting Styles,and Mental Health in Brazilian Homosexual Men

ABSTRACT

Homosexual men are constantly exposed to prejudice and violence in Brazil. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between minority stress, parenting styles, and indicators of mental health problems in a sample of homosexual men. Method: quantitative, cross-sectional, correlational, and retrospective design. Participants were 101 Brazilian men who selfidentified as homosexuals, aged between 18 and 55 years. Results: concealing sexual identity was a predictor of depression and stress. Parental responsiveness was associated with a lower incidence of enacted stigma and depression. Conclusions: the mental health of homosexual men can be negatively affected by the need to conceal their sexual orientation. Parental responsiveness is a protective factor in terms of experiencing enacted stigma and depression. The results found in the study may be useful for counselors and social workers who are working with LGBT people and their families.     

Policy Learning and Transformational Change: University Policies on Sexual Harassment

ABSTRACT

This essay comes out of my experience as an attendee at the #MeTooPoliSci short course in the American Political Science Association meeting in 2018. I use the framework of policy feedback theory to explain the difficulty in reforming sexual harassment policies at universities and prescribe some actions we as scholars can take to improve the situations at our places of employment.     

When are organizations punished for organizational misconduct? A review and research agenda

Scholars have highlighted the use of punishment as a tool to defend laws and norms, deter deviance, and restore justice in the aftermath of organizational misconduct. However, current theory and research primarily draw on a micro-oriented lens to understand how punishment occurs in response to deviant actors within organizations, neglecting macro-oriented questions of whether and how organizations are punished for their misconduct. We review sociological and macro-organizational work that suggests punitive severity can vary with three key attributes of the organization: status, reputation, and embedded ties. We then develop a mezzo-lens framework motivated at the intersection of micro- and macro-perspectives on organizational misconduct to shed light on opportunities for theoretical expansion by crossing levels of analysis.     

Queering Canadian Social Work Accreditation standards and procedures: a content analysis

ABSTRACT

This paper reviews and critically analyzes the Canadian Association for Social Work Education—Association Canadienne Pour La Formation En Travail Social’s (CASWE-ACFTS’) Accreditation Standards and Procedures from a Sexual Orientation Gender Identity and Expression (SOGIESC) lens to examine how such are addressed in relevant documents. The CASWE-ACFTS Queer Caucus undertook a lead role in examining ‘diversity’ in the documents as it serves as an umbrella term for SOGIESC and other intersecting positionalities. This paper iterates an initial response in the CASWE-ACFTS Queer Caucus’ ongoing consultation with the CASWE-ACFTS’s Education Policy Committee’s work on Education Policy and Accreditation Standards 2019 (EPAS2019). The content analysis of the documents reveals that SOGIESC issues are not adequately addressed and this has implications for undergraduate and graduate social work curricula in Canada. The authors provide recommendations that address the integration of SOGIESC in CASWE-ACFTS’s Accreditation Standards and Procedures documents.
