中共八大召开前党和国家领导人对我国社会主义经济体制问题的探索,是"三个主体、三个补充"提出的前提.陈云在中共八大的发言中,提出了"三个主体、三个补充"的思想.中共八大肯定了"三个主体、三个补充"的思想,但在文字表述上有所保留,反映出当时党对社会主义改造基本完成后的个体经济问题尚缺乏足够的认识.

Bitch,slut, skank,cunt: patterned resistance to women’s visibility in digital publics

Resistance to women’s public voice and visibility via street harassment and workplace sexual harassment have long constrained women’s use of and comfort in physical public spaces; this gender-based resistance now extends into digital arenas. Women face extreme hostility in the form of digital sexism in discussion rooms, comment sections, gaming communities, and on social media platforms. Reflecting on two years of in-depth interviews with women who have been on the receiving end of gender-based digital abuse (n?=?38), conversations with industry professionals working in content moderation and digital safety, the extant literature, and news stories about digital attacks against women, I offer a lens to think through the prominent patterns in digital sexism, showing (1) that aggressors draw upon three overlapping strategies – intimidating, shaming, and discrediting – to limit women’s impact in digital publics, (2) the way femininity and femaleness are used to undermine women’s contributions, and (3) men call attention to women’s physicality as a way to pull gender – and the male advantage that comes with it – to the fore in digital exchanges. Finally, I argue that when digital sexism succeeds in pressing women out of digital spaces, constrains the topics they address publicly, or limits the ways they address them, we must consider the democratic costs of gender-based harassment, in addition to the personal ones.     

从民事再审程序两个理论问题谈我国民事再审程序的重构

我国学术界对我国民事再审程序提起主体和再审程序中举证时限问题的论争很多。当事人申请再审诉权、申诉权的特性及其与检察院、法院审判监督权的对立统一关系说明,有必要保留检察院、法院提起民事再审程序的权力。我国民事再审程序中当事人举证时限制度也需要进一步完善。至此,我国民事再审程序需要重构。     

Unruly bodies at conference

Academic conferences embody a set of prescribed regulative practices. This article considers some of the tensions that arise when these normative expectations are disrupted by unruly bodies. As scholars of disability studies we lament the lack of understanding within an ableist society that is resistant to change. In this article, however, I invite us to explore closer to home to consider how unruly bodies might enable reflection on how disability is created even within our own ‘expert’ environments. It is argued here that new ways of conceptualising and accommodating behaviour at conference are required if these are to exemplify the inclusive and welcoming spaces desired by us all.     

Military Invasion and Women's Political Representation

The bodies produced by the violent practice of suicide bombing are a source of horror and disgust. They are, in feminist psychoanalyst Julia Kristeva's concept, abject: that which defies borders and is expelled to create the self. As ‘abject bodies’, suicide bombers' bodies frustrate attempts at calculation and rational control of security risks, and, in their mutilated flesh, expose as unstable the idea of the body as a whole with clearly defined boundaries between inside and outside. Female suicide bombers, whose bodies are already considered ‘abject’, produce a politics of the body that exceeds narratives of victimhood, and whose very monstrosity symbolically threatens the foundations of the nation-state. Attempts at constructing subjects out of the mutilated bodily remains of victims and perpetrators of suicide bombings are key practices in the production of the state and gendered subjects. The practice of suicide bombing and efforts to recover and resignify bodies reveals how power molds and constitutes the border of the body and state simultaneously. The explosive body of the suicide bomber thus has destabilizing effects beyond the motivations of its perpetrators and exposes the political work necessary to maintain the illusion of secure, bounded bodies and states.     

建筑工程项目建设主体行为博弈分析

在分析建筑工程监理单位和承包商的相互关系的基础上,建立进化博弈模型并对监理单位和承包商的博弈行为进行了分析,发现在工程项目建设过程中,监理单位对承包商监管没有积极性,承包商履约和违约两种行为策略交替出现,致使博弈在一定条件下没有进化稳定策略点。针对上述情况,本文提出一些提高工程项目可实施性和整体绩效的建议。
