关于高等教育分权改革几个一般性问题的探讨

路径依赖与制度创新、静态定位与动态平衡、集权与分权的平衡以及事权与财权的划分是高等教育分权改革过程中需要认真探讨的一般性问题。高等教育分权改革是一项制度创新工程，但又难以回避路径依赖的影响，这就决定了改革不存在普适性模式。改革中要确立有效的法律调控机制，同时又要因应环境不断作出调整，因而改革最好选择渐进的模式。分权存在下限，改革中国家的宏观调控作用必不可少。另外，既要下放事权，又要下放财权，同时应坚持事权相对分散、财权相对集中的原则。     

系统动力学及其应用研究中的几个问题

当前系统动力学及其应用研究的现状为:方法研究主要集中于理论和思想、方法和技术两大类;应用研究可归为组织规划及策略设计、社会公共管理决策、生物与医学、环境与资源等四大类。已有研究在心智模型的表达与完善、规范化策略设计、结构层策略设计、有效度测试、模型及策略的实用性等方面的研究还存在问题与不足,今后的研究可着眼于心智模式的相关研究、策略设计的规范化、与其他理论方法的互补、模型有效度研究及应用研究等。     

Top management departures in cross-border acquisitions: Governance issues in an international context

This study examined top management team departures in U.S. manufacturing firms acquired by a foreign multinational during the six-year period following acquisition. Results indicated that greater cultural distance between the United States and the home country of the foreign multinational, higher levels of international integration in the target industry, and poor preacquisition performance in the U.S. target company were related to greater postacquisition top management departures. These effects were moderated significantly by the foreign acquirer’s international business and U.S. acquisition experience and showed different patterns over the short-term, intermediate-term, and long-term. Implications for future research on top management teams involved in cross-border acquisitions are discussed.     

汉语词义引申中的体用类型及其相关问题

体用类型是指由名词引申出动词或形容词,这是汉语词义引申中最为常见的一种类型。过去未能揭示出这种类型,是它被概括在其它类型之中。它的提出,得到当代语言哲学的研究成果与传统词义研究理论的启发。汉语词义引申中的体用类型与中国传统哲学中的体用范畴既相联系又相区别。流行的"词类活用"说其"本用"与"活用"的关系很大部分都是建立在"体""用"的联系上。近20多年来,围绕汉语词义演变所作的理论研究,有一些是对词的非理性意义的关注,它们与汉语词义引申的理论不处在同一个平面。     

Themes and Trends of Journal of Family and Economic Issues: A Review of Twenty Years (1988–2007)

This review article examines the progress and impact of the Journal of Family and Economic Issues (JFEI) between 1988–2007. Over the past 20 years, JFEI has become a major journal publishing articles on the relationship between families and economic systems. JFEI contributed to both the economic and family studies disciplines by publishing articles that explore the interface of these two disciplines. Between 1988 and 2007, JFEI published articles on a variety of themes not often found in other economic or family studies journals such as family resource management, consumer attitudes and behaviors, and economic issues and family relationships. Other unique characteristics of JFEI include many collaborative multidisciplinary studies and many studies analyzing international or cross-cultural samples.     

从《跨太平洋伙伴协议》（TPP）看美国区域贸易协定环境议题的发展

美国正在通过《跨太平洋伙伴协定》（TPP）构建新一代高标准的自由贸易协定范本。其高标准反映在若干方面,环境议题的变化尤为明显。通过文章的梳理和分析,同NAFTA和其他所有美国同他国间的自由贸易协定相比,TPP谈判草案环境章节涵盖的环境议题更多、加载给成员国的环境义务更重、规定的争端解决方式更具体、文本可操作性更强。这些变化说明环境议题在自由贸易协定中的地位日益凸显,彰显出贸易与环境之间相互制衡的关系在新贸易规则构建过程中的分量。中国的环境法律相对薄弱,是否以及何时加入TPP谈判应再三权衡。     

公共文化服务标准体系的基本理论问题研究

标准化战略是国家发展战略的重要组成部分,而公共文化服务标准体系研究则是当下的一项重要而紧迫的任务.公共文化服务标准体系的制定与实施是实现公共文化服务均等化的重要途径,是促进公共文化服务体系发展的关键.文章对公共文化服务标准体系的理论基础进行了研究,对公共文化服务标准体系的总体目标、基本特征及其必要性与可行性进行了分析,最后提出了公共文化服务标准体系的作用途径.     

The Johnson Typologies of Intimate Partner Violence: An Investigation of Their Representation in a General Population of New Zealand Women

Typologies of intimate partner violence (IPV) can inform practice and aid with the development of interventions. To maintain utility, typologies should be constantly reviewed in light of emerging results generated from internal and external validation. The presented study is an empirical exploration of the M. P. Johnson (2008 Johnson, M. P. (2008). A typology of domestic violence: Intimate terrorism, violent resistance, and situational couple violence. Boston, MA: Northeastern University Press. [Google Scholar]) typology of IPV using data gathered from the New Zealand replication of the World Health Organization Violence Against Women survey. We could not identify all types of IPV described by Johnson, and we suggest that mutually exclusive types of violent relationships do not exist. Further exploration of the validity of the Johnson typologies, including an exploration of the utility of categorization for suggesting appropriate responses to IPV, is required.     

土耳其民族问题及其影响下的对外政策

民族问题是因民族文化差异、民族群体利益或者阶级不平等的延伸等原因造成的复杂的社会问题。民族问题是当今世界一个极其重要和敏感的问题,它与宗教问题一起被喻为政治的两座活火山。地跨亚欧两洲的土耳其是一个多民族国家,特殊的地理位置、民族感情、文化特征、宗教信仰、地缘联系、历史渊源等因素在历史诱因的催化下,使土耳其的民族问题复杂多变。民族问题不仅造成土耳其国内局势的长时期不稳定,暴力恐怖事件频发,也使土耳其卷入多个国际争端和地区冲突之中,对土耳其的对外政策产生了深远的影响。
